- The ability to link somehow to google docs, slides, etc. (we all work on google emails and drive)
- Milestones can be improved with a deep sense of status and progress colours.

it's still a new product, so there are some hickups, but the support is fast and the rate of development is really fast.

This tool has almost every component needed in a PM software. For starters the unlimited guest and clients feature has been my most useful, also unlimited projects makes it even more exciting since you are not tied to a number. I can add as many tasks and milestones as i like and even more i am able to add recurring tasks that align to my milestones. Team chats makes it easier to stick to one communication channel and avoid opening 100s of email threads whenever we are discussing a project. Ability to add docs and files right in the project space is super useful. Finally, i can set my budget and this works as a reminder of how much i charged a client.

Nachteile

Sometimes when i use a pre-saved template completing the milestones is somehow impossible, navigating and ustilising all the features needs a bit of learning and it needs time to become really good at using the tool.
CNAME has long been delayed its still on their road map for a long time.

It allows the team to work harmoniously with the task that each one has. It’s a great tool that makes our team work more effectively.

It's fairly easy to use and intuitive. When my marketing agency assigns me something to review I get notifications and when I assign a new project, it's easy to set it up.

It is not hard to use, even for a complete beginner. The ease of use, the accessibility, and the graphical interface is what make the use of this software easier. The file-sharing, task management, tasks, and deadlines creation in various rows or however we want them, is a cherry on the top.

Sometimes, after we upload a file, it does take time depending on the internet speed but also takes time to show the uploaded file once the uploading has been completed. We need to refresh the entire page to see the recently uploaded files, which can get a bit irritating.

This is missing a whole lot of modern features which other companies are offering and the UI/UX experience is a little bit rundown.

Nifty has done an incredible job of maintaining visually appealing UI, something that makes it not look like a cheap product. Functionality is very good as well. You're able to use major features with no issues and that shows reliability.

Nachteile

Some features could have been built-in, instead of requiring monthly payments. The Forms add-on is an example of that.

I am a daily user of the product roadmap feature, very easy to use.

I like the overall functionality of the product and the tagging tickets as per purpose like task, bug, subtask, etc. that should be added to the existing system.

I love the milestones + tasks features, it gives me the possibility to map very clearly on time how we're doing on each project we have.

The learning curve might be challenging for certain roles that might benefit from it, it needs more help during the onboarding.

NiftyPM is very easy to use, even if you're not familiar with Project Management software. It's interface is very intuitive and a pleasure to use

I've not yet found anything to dislike about the software - There are a few features that I would like to see added though such as CName integration for white labelling.

Nifty has built in both kanban and gantt style project management, team and client chat functionality, native docs and google doc/sheet integration, calendaring and workload management, and other features I haven't even dug into yet. It's saving me and my team from having to switch between 3-4 applications to get the same work done. It's giving clients better insight into their projects and also helping us move the client back-and-forth out of the endless email threads and into project discussions that are easier to track.

Nachteile

As with any new application, it takes a few minutes to learn your way around but the onboarding process was smooth and easy.

Where do I begin? It has been over a month since I started using Nifty and it has made managing daily tasks, reminders and communication so much easier. It's very user-friendly and easy to adopt. You know what you are supposed to finish in a day and what all you are working on.

The interface can be slightly made better, look and feel-wise. No other suggestions!

Ability to set up multiple projects and decide who has access to which projects. Easy navigation and implementation made the change very easy from Basecamp

The load times of the files in "files" is a bit weird.

It was useful in that I had to use it for my illustrations and I had no choice. The illustrators I used to illustrate my book used it and Nifty is how we communicated. I did not know it had a video chat component. I would have asked to use it.

I found it somewhat hard to use it's functionalities. The illustration company knew the software well enough to train me but I did not know enough on my own which frustrated me.

I was given access to the software via a new client that I work with - and with it, I was able to quickly pick up on all tasks & projects they were currently working on, making my onboarding a lot smoother.

Bad onboarding - I had no idea of what to do when I started using it... Would be good to get instructions. (If I did get them via email, then they were lost somewhere, and didn't see them when I got my account.)

Milestones, Critical Path and Discussion over Docs won me. I think they are implemented in a very well thought way. All those are essential to anyone want to call himself efficient Project Manager.

Nachteile

UI becomes a little bit crowded sometimes. But I expected that cause of the may features. Maybe even better design/UX would solve this even further.

I like that it's easy to use and visually appealing. You can manage projects and multiple tasks. You can assign , add, edit, and delete tasks easily. The drag and drop feature is very helpful too and the time tracker. I can also see the time spent on tasks for me and my teammates.

Nachteile

So far, I have no problems yet. I just hope that no features will be deleted.

Nifty is one of the easy-to-use project management platforms that helps to track and assign tasks. I like the chat feature with team members as it facilitates communication and cut the email traffics. The user interface is cool and easy to navigate.

I have never used any type of project management software before and this is pretty easy to navigate. It is so wonderful to have a place to collaborate with my team, a common place to have everything we need for our current project.

I feel like I need some training! I think it does a lot more than what I can figure out on my own.

Nifty is so easy to navigate and use. It doesn't require any experience at all. I like that Nifty makes the project management process easy and facilitates the collaboration between team members. File sharing and tagging members is also very simple and helpful.

I love the ease of use and simplicity. It's easy to set up, it's easy to use, and it's easy to work with. I love that you can access Google Docs and Sheets from within the platform itself. The team chat has replaced Slack for me, saving me some monthly expenses (It can't replace Slack completely if you're using Slack for notifications, which I am).

I've run into some minor bugs and issues but I'm hoping the team will fix things up soon.

With the roadmap covering the overall progress of the tasks and collaborations, it's easy to keep track of a project as a whole. it works well without being too excessive on features. The interface is wonderful and elegant and ultimately for how useful it is, it's well priced.

The ability to draft a task for review by customers would be greatly appreciated.

There are certain functionalities that still have room for improvements.
1. The members activities, the idea is great but it would be great to have more of a "history" of activities rather than only the latest ones.
2. The documents editing is quite basic and is lacking features to replace platforms such as Google Docs or Dropbox Paper.
