Great for syncing Nimble contacts with Google Contacts
If you are a user of Nimble CRM , this is the only way I know of to sync Google Contacts. The important thing to note - it just works! I am using the "Solo User" version, and as far as I can tell, everything has been seamless.

If contact sync is important for you in Nimble - this is for you!

Great, seamless syncing with CRM
Ease of managing contacts, clients and leads.
Vorteile
PieSync seamless syncs both ways from our company contacts to our CRM - this allows us both to manage contact information and updates on either platform and also to easily add our contact's full records to our CRM for ease of adding sphere contacts or people made via email introductions.

Mature product, excellent way to sync your SaaS subscriptions
We use Operations Hub to connect our HubSpot CRM with Quickbooks Online to help automate the sales process and save us time. The two-way data sync feature is best-in-class! Most Operations Hub competitors are one-way push (or) pull only, and require two connections be setup to sync datasets. This is hands-down easier to setup.
Vorteile
As Operations Hub is a division of HubSpot, if you use HubSpot's CRM the integration is seamless. The free tier is generous, and Starter plan is competitive with competitors. The two-way sync feature is industry-leading, and this product has matured over the years into a solid tool.
Nachteile
Quickbooks integration can be improved. As it's one of the most trusted invoicing/accounting services available, we were a little disappointed that Quickbooks wasn't a priority integration at time of writing. This may change in the future though.

Flawless real time sync
I have several CRMs constantly updated from a single point of entry. This gives me piece of mind as I'm no longer tied to a CRM platform, I can switch tool as I please.
Vorteile
Real Time sync and two way sync. It just works, I can rest assure all my CRMS are up to date. Really easy to setup too.
Nachteile
Price plans change based on number of contacts or integrations. It gets quite high. I dont believe the number of contacts one manages correlates with the size of the business.

PieSync is a great company with a great product, but
Vorteile
We are using PieSync to connect Hubspot and Prosperworks, our sales CRM. In order to build a true sales funnel, we needed the Hubspot CRM to update when contacts change in Prosperworks. We are still tweaking the integration, but it is working. Without PieSync, we would have not been able to work with Hubspot or track marketing attribution without switching CRMs.
- Excellent customer support (they will do an intro call with you, and offer you additional assistance in setting up your integrations)
- Simple, straightforward UI
- No down time (none of our integrations have broken/gone offline). Honestly, seems like a really quality product all around
Nachteile
- Unlike Zapier, PieSync has a relatively small number of apps they sync with. Would love to use it for more functions, but we do not use the other software they support.
- The integration we mainly use (syncing Hubspot to Prosperworks) is a bit limited. For example, you can only sync CONTACT data and not OPPORTUNITIES or LEADS. We have had to find ways to work around this, which we did not expect going in.

Excellent product and the best for syncing data between cloud platforms.
Massive time saving and consistent data across multiple platforms.Because it works so well I forget about it, when it can make my life so much easier. I have had to add a task in my diary to remind me to login and see what else I can use it for.

Practical tool for synchronization of ZOHO CRM and Phoneburner databases
So far so good. It will be a timesaver and improve my productivity and overall quality of my data across 2 systems. Clearly I’d prefer that ZOHO and Phoneburner work directly on a synchronization function so I could avoid another vendor and related monthly fee.
Vorteile
Enables continual syncing of my prospects in ZOHO CRM with my Phoneburner auto dialing SaaS. Setup was simple and the synchronization works well.
Nachteile
It took some work to correctly configure the initial synchronization of data and although the help videos were good it was not as intuitive as I would have hoped for. Plus the pricing is based on volume of data records synchronized so not sure yet if the value will support the cost beyond the 2 week free pilot.

An easy, and intuitive process that made me a much happier person compared to the last...
Constant two-way syncing was essential and helps a great amount!
Vorteile
Besides the two-way syncing capability, the ease of use is wonderful. Granted I am decent when using technology but that does not mean that I do not want something that is simple and efficient. We had other services prior but they just did not get the job done like PieSync does. We have a few Customer Relations Management systems (CRMs) we use to keep track of all our clients and business relationships. Some are more of a phonebook in the sense of contact information and notes, and others are more like Constant Contact and Salesforce where events can be created an managed. With a team, it is difficult to update and add contacts across all our platforms and PieSync does that heavy lifting for us.

Great functionality
PieSync has turned into a mandatory tool in my toolkit. Its web-based, automatic, sync between OnePageCRM and Google Contacts has saved me invaluable amount of time and effort in keeping all my data in sync.

Nachteile
- Does not sync the images (thumbnails) of OnePageCRM to Google Contacts (useful to see who is calling when contacts sync back to iPhone / Android)
- Dashboard does not report which Contacts were synced (just the total amount of sync operations on a single day).

Intuitive & easy setup!
Overall the experience with PieSync has been great. From competitive pricing to customer support and ease of use we've been very happy.
Vorteile
We just switched to a new CRM and PieSync is the only automation tool out there that would "speak to" both our new CRM and our email marketing platform. The transition was easy, the setup was intuitive and so far it's been syncing contacts amazingly day in & day out freeing up our team to do more important stuff!
Nachteile
So far there is not much I don't like about PieSync. Some of the "rules" are not available but the team has been very open to exploring some of our ideas. However, as it is right now the rules setup fit our needs just fine.

Syncing Done Right
Vorteile
First and foremost, it's SUPER simple to set up syncs. Whereas our previous syncing solution took a couple of hours to get up and running, PieSync took about 5 minutes. What's more, we were able to customize the sync to our liking, cutting out several extra steps that we had to complete in our previous system. This saved our team about 30 minutes per person per day. It's amazing!
Nachteile
My only gripe is that I get logged out of the system relatively regularly. For someone who LOVES watching the real time report of syncs, this can get a little annoying (but just a little).

Solid app
It's been hard to find a good contact syncing app, and PieSync does exactly what it says. My issue with other similar apps is a shortcoming of connected services; PieSync keeps adding more and more, making it incredible useful for us!

It's fast, efficient and affordable.
Nachteile
None, really. I kind of wish they'd add more services, but they have a ton already and they're doing a great job of adding more on a regular basis.

Very helpful neat product
Very easy and lite product and super helpful if you want to share contacts from cloud systems especially within an Office environment. No headache application, so far haven't seen any glitch and are happy to now have all contacts in personal contacts and Skype for Business (for which is no other easy solution like this). Quite happy, but pricing will make it rather expensive for larger organisations.

Easy Peasy
Simple to set up and data changes are pushed through quickly. Support is amazing and will work with you to get rules for syncing up and running smoothly.
Zapier can do something similar (and was what we used previously) but PieSync is simpler and

Support is amazing - emailed asking for a new filter option and they created immediately for us.
Once set up it just works.

Using email as the data match can make it a little harder if a contact changes to a new company and then receives a new email address. A unique identifier would be a better option

PieSync to Connect Hubspot to MailChimp with Ease
I'm loving PieSync and its ease of use for setting up. The logic is uncomplicated and easy to understand.
Vorteile
Once I realized that this was the missing link to really push my Mailchimp and Hubspot informaition back and forth, I was really able to customize and automate the data to help sales, marketing and billing support to understand the traffic coming in and out of our email automations.
Nachteile
I didn't know this was the link between Hubspot and Mailchimp. I knew something was "broken" within Mailchimp which was why stuff in Hubspot not make sense.

Need a Bigger Slice of PieSync
Given the limitation of PieSync (which shouldn't be a problem for most users), it's difficult for me to test and really use the software. Your mileage may vary, but if you're a user with a lot of contacts, beware!

PieSync appears to be a very capable contacts syncing service, with various ways to import your contacts across different devices, software and cloud services.
Nachteile
PieSync isn't working for me since I work at a large organization that means I have over 4000 contacts I was hoping to keep in sync. That exceeds the SAAS utility's current maximum capacity.

Piesync is being successfully used as central syncing tool in our Sales 2.0 toolstack. It can automatically sync contacts from XING, LinkedIn, Twitter and FaceBook to our Social CRM (NimbleCRM). This helps to reduce manual work for maintaining the contact data base to a minimum by automization. You are welcome to contact me. I stronly recommend to consider PieSync.

easy setup, syncing happens like magic
contacts, CRM and mailing app are syncing automatically. Don´t have to move a finger. It saves me at least 1 hour a week.

What I like most about this software is the ease of use (connecting two apps), lay back and let piesync make the syncing job magically.
Nachteile
What I like least about this software is the fact that still some app connectors are missing and from my perspective took a long time to become productive, BUT it´s only my view and doesn´t represent necessarily an objective point of view. Good thing is, that the pipeline is fully packed with apps to come in the future.

Reliable and works like a charm
Vorteile
PieSync works as designed, it is great for two syncs. I synced my ESP Drip and CRM ZenDesk - it was just great and worked from the 1st moment. It was flexible in three ways:
1) I could add custom fields, sync custom values
2) Set triggers to start to sync (I didn't have to sync everything)
3) Send custom values to either side
Recommend it to everyone.
The support team is also great and responds in good detail.

The product is very reliable but the pricing is on the high side.

The workflow terminology takes some getting used to. So make sure to pay attention to the direction of sync.

Real time integration
Setup was very easy. the recent upgrades to the leads integration functionality has added a lot of power to the amount of data (number of fields) that can be synced.

I love the speed of the integration between Active Campaign and our CRM. Also the support by the PieSync team has been amazing for me.
Nachteile
Not all the applications I use have a connector. I know PieSync is adding new applications all the time. I've submitted my request and will see where it fits in the priority queue.

Must-have App for your Cloud Tech Stack
I have totally eliminated Double Data Entry and my CRM and smartphone are always up-to-date.
Vorteile
I used to use Zapier to automate my contact transfers, but now I use Piesync and it is much better now. It would take 10-20 Zaps to replace one Piesync Connection.
Customer support is sublime in a word, via email and phone.
I force all my clients to set up Piesync as soon as possible
Nachteile
No complaints yet! Whenever there is a lack of functionality, it is usually the fault of the the app that is being connected.

It takes care of syncing contacts from Nimble to Google to iphone automagically virtually every time. I have an amazing experience and will highly recommend to anyone who like to be their contact in sync and awesome experience.

This is life saving solution to save lot of data very anonymously and securely
Vorteile
We use Pie Sync to sync contacts between Microsoft Exchange. This allows us to enter contact information into mobiles sync over old contacts from Outlook and help us to be up-to-date with current contact information easily. The sync happens seamlessly. Pie Sync runs continuously so there is very less disruption and people always have access to the latest contact information. It runs in the background so that’s why it doesn’t require more attention. It is very easy to use, organized and its protocols are simple as well. It also has a great staff which response to our questions right away. It can perform synchronization as changes in one are reflected in the other side and vice versa
Nachteile
It is a great feature to use but it has some little problems and one of the problems is that it lacks details within syncing, there is a problem while sync it is very hard to detect the problem. Even though mostly it’s users error but it is hard to determine the error with current system available. It should have more software programs in it. It would be great if Pie Sync could send monthly reports emailed to us directly of what was synced and what wasn't. Other than these I don’t find any drawbacks in pie sync.

It just works in the background
We are a smalla company using Piesync between Capsule CRM, Mailchimp and Google Contacts. We ended up to Piesync after trying out several sync apps. It was easy to install. It just works in the background, and is easy to re-learn when you want to go and check things.

It just works! Does exactly what it says on the tin!
Simplifies syncing data across multiple SaAS software we use online. Means we also don't have to waste Zaps from Zapier on just doing syncs and can save them for more complex tasks.
Vorteile
Straight forward interface for syncing all your data across multiple platforms. Clear instructions, clearly laid out and actually has clear error messages when you screw up.
Nachteile
More data sources would be great, but they keep adding them all the time. Sometimes it appears to pause and more feedback would be good on what it's doing.

I love the product, how it works and the interoperability of so many platforms and if I wasn’t as budget conscious as 2020 is making me it would be a buy! If they had an alternative to the user count based pricing I’d reconsider.

I have found PieSync to be very useful
Besides a minor billing issue, which candidly was our fault, PieSync has been very easy to use and the PieSync team has been very easy to deal with. Overall I have had a great experience and would highly recommend.
Vorteile
Overall, Pie sync serves its purpose valiantly, eliminating the worry of importing the wrong contacts or associating those contacts with the wrong accounts / opportunities. PieSync totally automates the process of bringing in contacts from our LinkedIn add sources. As soon as the contact downloads the asset, they are immediately imported into Hubspot AND synced to Outreach, which makes my job much easier!

When I installed PieSync, I hoped that it would be capable of syncing historical data associated with contacts, accounts, and opportunities from Hubspot to Outreach. Sadly, it only synced the contacts and left me to manually sync the rest.

Simple et efficace
Je synchronise actuellement, Outlook avec 1CRM, Hubspot et SendinBlue. A l'arrière Google contacts avec Fullcontact
Vorteile
Enfin une application qui fonctionne en sync dans le deux sens, et pas seulement un import une fois qui n'importe pas grand chose. Qui travaille avec une seule application ? Chacun de nous a le besoin de synchroniser, des contacts principalement, entre plusieurs application pour rester à jour.
Pour la première fois, cela fonctionne du premier coup. Merci !
Nachteile
Deviens couteux si vous avez besoin de souplesse pour paramétrer des champs nommés différemments, surtout pour des privés ou des associations..

Excellent for syncing contacts.
Vorteile
It just works. It provides real synchronisation between Office 365 (Outlook) and Pipedrive. The email support is also excellent.
Nachteile
Minor niggle is I wasn't sure if I should choose Outlook or Exchange as Office 365 sync option. Turns out both work. This isn't really a con, but I wish there was an additional service to sync tasks. I can only 'push' from Pipedrive to To-Do at the moment, which doesn't really work.

Good, but I miss PieSync
Listen, if you're in the HS world it's great and works nicely. Especially in a bundle of other HS hubs...no reason to not use it. For those that don't know, HubSpot bought PieSync and it's now called Operations Hub...

It integrates awesomely with HubSpot and works very well when it comes to syncing outside data sources.
Nachteile
I hate that Hubspot bought PieSync and now there is a hole left for that type of software in the world. Also, I can't sync two different things in HubSpot...

AirCall <> Zoho CRM Sync
We are using PieSync to sync leads and contacts between Zoho CRM and AirCall. The set up was surprisingly easy and until now the sync has worked without any problems. Thumbs up for this great solution!

Awesome concept and a big time saver
Overall, PieSync worked great for us and saved us a lot of time doing exports/imports daily. The functionality and concept are great and most everything worked very well. We were able to sign in via HubSpot and quickly set up an integration. The UI was easy enough to use though not up to par with HubSpot. Since HubSpot recently acquired PieSync, I'd love to see the HubSpot UI/UX adopted since HS does this so well.
Vorteile
The biggest advantage is the speed at which you can set up a sync and how many options you have. The customization ability is great, though limited in some areas. However, It was flexible enough for our needs. Another benefit is that there is a lot of transparency into errors and what the result of the sync is. You can see why syncs fail and troubleshoot.
Nachteile
Navigating things was a little confusing and it can be easy to get lost between the various views. They are also launching a beta dashboard that's actually pretty useful and sometimes I was flipping between that and other views. One frustration was that there are a lot of properties that couldn't be synced or mapped how we wanted. The advanced features could be developed a bit further to support more complex needs.

Really easy to use, gets the job done
Vorteile
I love how easy it is to setup syncs between software. It really takes less than 5 minutes to setup your sync, and you can choose if the data syncs one-way or both ways. I also love the beta dashboard that shows you everything syncing in real time.
Nachteile
The options on what data to sync is somewhat limited, especially when it comes to customer purchase data. I've been told that they're working on that, so I hope it's released soon. Other than that, it does kind of get expensive if you have a lot of data to sync, and they upgrade your account for you if you pass a certain number of sync'ed contacts.

The Ultimate in 2-Way Syncing
Overall, Piesync has been very helpful in keeping data synced up across a couple of our platforms. We've run into some problems recently, but that seems to be the fault of one of the platforms we were keeping synced through Piesync.
Vorteile
Piesync does a great job at keeping things between 2 platforms synced seamlessly. Setup is pretty easy, and the platform is easy to navigate through as well.
Nachteile
One major issue is that, even when added to a team by another user, you cannot access and work on syncs that they have created. Kind of makes the team function seem useless. Also, the code/email needed to login is incredibly cumbersome. Should just use a typical email/username and password login. Lastly, the customer support takes quite a while sometimes. While I have gotten responses within the same day, I have also waited 4-5 days for a response.

This integration worked flawlessly the entire time we used it.
Vorteile
The application is simple to use and there is nothing to download. So, you can administrate it from any browser. It has always worked with no maintenance required.
Nachteile
There is no faults I am aware of with PieSync. If the integration also synced Google Calendar, that would be even better.

Fantastic
I had a few syncing problems because of a Mailchimp's restriction, which did not allow us to update the contact. I had a chat with the customer care; they were ready and quickly on the response and find out a workaround to fix it.
Vorteile
It does exactly what we were looking for. Syncing contacts between Google Contacts and our Database in Mailchimp it is crucial to communicate properly with our audience. Moreover, because we work on a weekly basis on the labels and create clusters and groups of audiences.
Nachteile
Actually, I did not find it yet.

Customers contact us by various means, within minutes their details are in our CRM, our accounting software and the contacts list in my phone via Google Contacts. Someone makes a change, updates a contact file or adds a tag or label in either system....SYNCED
Nachteile
Had to upgrade from the basic subscription in order to sync tabs and labels....but to be fair, I'm now syncing 109 labels!

A great and easy tool for synchronizing contacts between cloud storage applications.
Vorteile
It is very easy to set up and use. You can start with the trial version where you select and sync the applications you need. You can organize contacts into two categories work and personal. The application is integrated into google G suite. A great customer service and support team. The two-way synchronization helps in reflecting the changes in one of the databases reflected in the other one. Custom field mapping is another robust feature which helps in improving investments. The requirement to import and export has been eliminated, which has, in fact, zeroed data typing errors. You can share your contacts with your team.
Nachteile
The number of supported applications are comparatively less. It will be easy if it has a feature to link applications in a single click.

Worked great for me
I needed to Sync my contacts from our Front application into our Exchange Online environment. Works perfectly.
Vorteile
Its a No-Code way to sync files. It has a simple interface for setting up a Sync between your different products.
Nachteile
It doesn't offer every platform right now, I would like them to have more SharePoint integration, but none of these Sync platform support SharePoint, so I don't fault them for it.

PieSync just does it thing, seamlessly in the background. Having all our databases updated with the same most up to date information real time in invaluable.
Nachteile
PieSync doesn't delete contacts in Mailchimp when they are deleted in Highrise which is a bit annoying.

It does what is promises jolly good
Two way syncing of data to save time and money.
Vorteile
Comprehensive two way data sync for a frequently growing pool of SAAS tools simply by pointing and clicking. It does what is promises with a neat interface.
Nachteile
Haven't found anything till now to dislike. Only that not all my tools are supported. They choose the next integrations by user votes. So their is nothing to complain about.

Easy to use and good support

Vorteile
Very straightforward to set-up the two-way syncs between platforms and the customer support is very fast and helpful.
As it's still fairly new, full integrations aren't built out yet on certain platforms like Base CRM.
Nachteile
We're now able to create a two-way integration between our CRM system and our marketing automation platform, integrating two systems that previously weren't able to talk to each other.
