Great software...the best at what it aims to do
Vorteile
I have used several app synching software packages. PieSync is the most intuitive and powerful of any that I have used. It is also remarkably easy to set up for any app. I appreciate how comprehensive its features are without creating unnecessary complexity. If you are looking for synching software, try this one today!
Nachteile
I haven't experienced any cons. I had one problem with the software and it was immediately responded to and resolved by their technical support team.

Can Connect My CRM To Hundreds Of other Apps
Keeps all of my contacts and data in sync

Pie Sync lets me connect my CRM, which is not a popular one, to hundreds of different marketing, email and lead generation apps. It also helps to keep my contacts in sync with each other so my database doesn't become a mess.
Nachteile
Monthly pricing can escalate very quickly depending on how many contacts you have to sync. Can become cost prohibitive if you have to sync many contacts with many different apps.

Easy to set up a 2-way sync between multiple apps
Able to keep a set of contacts in sync between CRM and email marketing tools.
Vorteile
The robustness of their integrations and the ability to set filters on what is synced, the direction of sync and custom fields is the best thing about PieSync.
Nachteile
There is no way to do a delete function with the sync. I understand they want to limit mistakes, but there should be an advanced option to say when contact A is deleted in this source, delete it in the synced source.

Phenomenal service; integration we have always needed.

Learning curve. I had to make some mistakes and start all over a couple of times before I figured it out, but I suppose that will happen with anything.

I wish I pulled the trigger sooner
Using it between ActiveCampaign and Google Contacts. I was shy to pull the trigger thinking I can just manually update things once a month to save money. Boy was I wrong, this was a game changer, and saves me a lot of time.
Vorteile
Made my life easier in a sense that I have more time to do other things versus trying to sync my systems together on a monthly basis.
Nachteile
Lack of duplication, so setting it up for multiple users is time consuming but I guess you only have to do it once. No global settings.

The Ideal Solution
The team have been great. My questions were answered quickly without long delays from automated email responses.
Vorteile
You can drill down and select only certain contacts to sync. The ability to add more syncing options is helpful and gives us peace of mind moving into the future.
Nachteile
The cost to add our entire database is prohibitive, but I'd love to have the option to fully sync occasionally without a regular cost. That would keep our wider database up to date.

We're satisfied with the Operations Hub but as it is a newly launched tool, so we're looking for further improvements.

Easy Contact Transferring
I've been through a free trial so far, and it was a breeze!
Vorteile
I used other third party services to help funnel my contacts from my landing pages into my email provider and also to my online store contact base, and it was always messed up. Some missing here and there, but then I decided to try PieSync and I was pleasantly surprised. All my missing contacts got synced, and it was SO easy.. Love it.

PieSync has solved our contact integration problems!
Pie Sync helps us sync from Salesforce to our GSuite contacts. It then allows us to integrate with Outlook and our iOS devices.
Vorteile
We use PieSync to keep our Salesforce and Google contacts talking to each other, Integration with outlook and all our iOS devices also works flawlessly! I would highly recommend giving PieSync a try!
Nachteile
There was a minor hiccup in setting up the mapping, but the customer service was able to fix the problem in less than a day!

Excellent solution for contact synchronisation
Vorteile
We were using software that didn't integrate directly. We found what we were looking for in Piesync and our contacts are now synchronised over 2 different databases.

Great two way synching solution
Their staff are extremely knowledge and have always been a pleasure to deal with.
Vorteile
PieSync allows us to synch two ways simultaneously between platforms which gives us a lot more flexibility to plug in different apps. We are mainly using it to connect our CRM with an ESP without having to consistently worry about deduping. It's been working great so far.
Nachteile
It would be great if they could raise the tag threshold in Infusionsoft.

Perfectly fulfills a real need
I use Highrise contact management software. I also use Google Contacts. How wonderful to have the information I input to a Highrise contact automatically populate to that same person in my Google Contacts! Once set up, it just works, and for all practical purposes does so instantly. Spooky, and fantastic.

No more frustration
Working with several google accounts, salesforce and other business apps, with several teams, I had multiple contact database, as most people have in the absence of such a tool. Once I've started using PieSync, the complexity of using all those different databases has been resolved and I have access to all my contacts in all my applications. I just works, in the background, without any hassle.

The answer to our challenge
I was able to reach out to support during set up and after a few emails back and forth, to document the concerns, I was able to get on a call. I learn better when I see things executed.
The team member was fantastic, friendly, professional and within 5 minutes had explained what I needed to do.
Overall I am very pleased with this product for the use case I outlined above.
Vorteile
It did exactly what I needed, synching unsubscribes across Pardot, Hubspot and Outreach. It is at a great price point and was easy to integrate into each tool.
I also love the control in limited which records I sync and how new records are or are not created within other platforms.
Nachteile
Inititally, I was a little confused with how to set up the limitations when it came to disabling the creation of new records from one tool to another.

Good synchronization software for contact data between HubSpot and Exchange
I use PieSync to synchronize contact data between HubSpot and Exchange. I use specific rules to control which contacts will be synchronized and to propage changes, e.g. setting specific tags.
Vorteile
Very easy to setup, reliable, flexible, versatile. PieSync supports flexible definition of rule to control data transfer and to propage updates of contact data.
Nachteile
I would prefer a one time payment over a subscription model.

Automate your business
PieSync appeard to be an interesting alternative to Zapier for a specific need. The licence is affordable and it can help you spare much time if you need to synchronize contacts using tools like Google Contacts, Podio, etc. It works fine and I recommend it to my clients to improve and automate their business / CRM tools.

Quick & Efficient Sync - Saves Time
Huge time saver at the end of the day. The main benefit is that the marketing team is not spending time scrubbing contacts across tools, and every tool is ready to go when it comes to contacting our customers and prospects.
Vorteile
PieSync saved us time syncing across marketing automation tools. It was easy to use and set up. Within the hour, we had it syncing pretty well.
Both Zapier and Automate.io were too limited in their rules. I kept having staff spend precious time doing clean up that prevented me from actually using my marketing tools.
Nachteile
PieSync has a good solution for syncing across various best of breed tools. There will always be a need for this.
I had some difficulty with some arcane rules blocking my sync. The error messages didn't appear on my end, so kept re-syncing without seeing the reason for certain contacts not being updated.
Other than that, it's more an annoyance that some of the big players don't play together nicely, even when you've signed up for a premium subscription, so we have to pay yet another solution to bridge the gap.

It does a great job of keeping contact information synchronized between our different systems.

Integrating Hubspot with Mailchimp
Vorteile
We’ve used Piesynce to integrate our CMS with Mailchimp and were shocked at how quick and easy it is to do. Using this software has freed up valuable time which we are now able to dedicate to more important tasks. We are safe in the knowledge that Pisync is taking care of everything for us while we concentrate on our business.
Nachteile
Before the free trial we did not realise that it was a rule-based software, so took a little longer to set up than first expected.

Easy to use, but missing important features

PieSync was easy to set up, and since we use Hubspot, its direct integration with HS was nice.
Nachteile
Missing major "basic" features like syncing email activity. For this missing feature, the cost becomes very high. Because it's the only solution, we're using it, but if I had a choice of another provider that also synced contact activity, I'd switch.

Saves so much time
It was simple and it worked. The first time!

The beauty of this product is its simple interface that saves me so much time. Manually syncing is just not as efficient or effective.
Nachteile
When I delete a contact in HubSpot, it doesn’t delete in MailChimp. This could also be a feature though.

I like that is it very easy to set up and to create rules. I love the speed to Support team, too.
Nachteile
There are a few functionalities missing in a sync with Podio, but it's not that big of a deal because they is a workaround. So at this point, nothing comes to mind.

Google App to CRM
Great two way syncing from my Google Apps contacts to my Insightly CRM. Very easy to set up and haven't had to think about it again. My contacts appear in both places regardless of how I entered them. Love it.

I use PieSync to effortlessly sync leads from Pipedrive to Intercom with labels like "Hot lead", and Intercom pulls them into sequenced drip campaigns. It works perfect and was really simple to set up!

Easy setup, excellent customer support
Vorteile
We use PieSync to manage contacts in RingCentral and Salesforce. When a bug in RingCentral sent things off course, the rockstar support team at PieSync worked patiently with us to get it all set up properly. They've been quick to respond and very pro-active.
Setup for PieSync has been very intuitive. Once setup, it requires almost zero management.
Nachteile
We have over well over 10,000 contacts. The price is starting to be a lot.

Synchronicity
Two-way syncing keeping everything aligned.
Vorteile
It was intuitive and set-up took no time at all. Two way sync between CRM and mail system is just such a timesaver for me.

Nothing as yet. Have not had long enough to find anything I dont like

Game changing
Saves me a lot of time transferring my contacts to hubspot for marketing purposes
Vorteile
The ease of syncing my google contacts with hubspot, I no longer have to manually input my contacts
Nachteile
I don't see this app needs any improvement at all, very happy
