very nice design for a todo app

Intuitive, easy, way to organize your to do list
I really wish the free account allowed you to upload files and pictures. This is quickly remedied by the paid version of the software, though.

You can create subtasks, color code, e.g. This organization also allows you to prioritize tasks which is something good old pen and paper and even some other apps have difficulty with. It also is quite easy to change those prioritization levels.
Nachteile
I really wish the free account allowed you to upload files and pictures. This is quickly remedied by the paid version of the software, though.

Any.do - My favorite application for time organization
Any.do allows me to manage my time carefully and focus on my projects. Moreover, it's an excellent never-miss-a-thing solution. There is also a built-in grocery-list feature that divides the products into categories and helps me with shopping.
Vorteile
Any.do is an efficient agenda software, that could have a positive impact on your life. The tool helps you to manage your tasks and projects, which might be divided into appropriate categories. You can also add subtasks, notes, and attachments to specify your plans and simplify the process of checking progress. Also, it's easier to take action, if it's divided into several steps. Setting up the reminders, that makes you sure nothing essential will slip out of your mind, is effortless. Any.do offers some features that facilitate teamwork, as it enables you to assign tasks, share lists and even chat with others. The tool works well with other calendars and email boxes.
Nachteile
When you add new tasks, you can see icons that represent activities to make the process quicker. It would be perfect if the icons were shown at the dashboard, as I prefer the pictorial language regarding planning.

Tasks reminder that is effective and visually mind-blowing
Vorteile
The visual layout of how the tasks are shown are mind blowing. The Daily planner is designed to quickly go through the task list and come out with the most important ones.
Nachteile
The software can be pushed a lit bit to manage projects. Even though there are subtasks the task workflow cannot be defined.

Gave it a try and wasn't disappointed.
Overall i don't see any major issues with Any.do. It has all the important tasks, that you could potentially look for in that kind of software. On top, you can find the option to share your lists and collaborate with more people.
Vorteile
With drag'n'drop function you get a straightforward experience with resorting your tasks.
The built-in prioritization takes over the presorting for you.
Compared to other task-manager apps, the tag-system really sticks out with this one. The colors help to keep track of the tags you assigned.
Nachteile
I really had problems connecting the app correctly with my calendar. Not all my entries where directly shown in my calendar. In the end, it was a checkbox, that i didn't correctly check. But in my opinion it was poorly placed and should be activated by default.

Task management at it's best
I came across this software by chance, not many expectations, but I can assure it is worth the try. Very useful app!!

Vorteile
The GUI is clean, minimal, and gorgeous. The app does not have too many features! Which is something I love the most about it. Any.Do gets straight to the heart of what I need ina to-do list app without all the added fluff you find on most the other apps littered through the appstore.

Good! I had to find a new todo list when my previous one was bought out and canceled.
Vorteile
I have been using it for about a month. I really like the morning, plan your daily reminders. It is quick and easy way to move tasks to various parts of the day or even later in the week.
Nachteile
Some of the items you can not use unless you upgrade to premium, such as labels and focus mode. Overall it is great but limiting in some ways.

A must have for checking things off
Overall I love using any.do to help me stay on top of everything that I have going on, or coming up.
Vorteile
I am a huge fan of anything that helps with organization, especially to do/checklists. I used to just use my notes app but that was not as organized as any.do. What I love the most is that you can list things that need to be done immediately, things to do in the future, things coming up, and things that you hope to get to some day.
Nachteile
I think that any.do could be confusing for those who are looking for a simple, basic application. There are a lot of options and I can see how that might be too much for some people.

Any.do helps me be more productive, not letting me forget my tasks, and helps me organizing my day, I've been very happy with this app since a few years ago

Efficient personal task management
It really helped me get my tasks done and never forget an appointment.
Vorteile
I like how I can easily sync my tasks with Google Calendar which I use a lot. The dashboard is also useful as it gives an overview of curren and upcoming tasks. Outlook integration is useful as this is where most of my work-related tasks are stored.I also like that it has a dedicated section for grocery list.
Nachteile
So far, I think the only thing lacking is the ability to add priorities for the free version. Other than that, I am very happy with all the features and integrations.

Easy to configure, helpful
Vorteile
It's great for managing life tasks. I love the usability and interface and especially think the notes section and the subtasks are extremely helpful. It has numerous upgrades beyond the Apple Reminders app, which is why I first set out to use it. I also like that I can have a backlog of tasks as a reminder of future things I want to accomplish and the desktop version (web based) is clean and easy to use.
Nachteile
The notifications are at times not as helpful as they could be. I see they've just launched the Apple Watch add-on, so I may start using this more again!

Customer Support is terrible
Free app works. Premium DOES NOT WORK. Any.do promised to fix this then stopped communication. I was not rude or abusive.

Very happy with this tool. It integrates well between mobile and desktop, is easy to use, and has a ton of great functionality...even as a free user!

I've been using the Any.do software to keep track of my to do lists for over 5 years and it just keeps getting better. They are forever updating the software to add features and I really love it, even the free version! It works well across platforms, allows for categorization, prioritization, and scheduling of action items. A definitely must-have digital tool in my toolbox!
Nachteile
Cannot share lists between users unless you are a premium user. The upsell is real here.

A great to do list app
I used Google Inbox for years and was very happy with it, but Any.do has been the best replacement I've found

It keeps my to do list straight. I love that it integrates with other things like Amazon Alexa and my Google Calendar
Nachteile
I'll always have this beef with any to do app after using Google Inbox for so long, but having my to do list completely integrated with my email was the best thing ever. Being able to flag an email and immediately turn it into a to do item was perfection, and Any.do does not offer that functionality.

The best "first to do app"
Great, I really like how the team keeps improving the UI and capabilities over time,
Vorteile
It's the easiest To-Do app in the market with really good interfaces for both Web & mobile (I use Android), and has a lot of nice touches that make the user experience very smooth.
When I recommend a To Do app for someone who's trying to get their life more organized that's the first one I recommend
Nachteile
It's great for the new To-Do user, but for the more experienced user it still lacks some advanced functionality such as keyboard shortcuts when typing a task or allowing the user to type "Monday 13:30" in the task description and have the app understand that's when you want the reminder.
As I became a really heavy user (dozens of tasks managed concurrently)I ended up moving to another app at some point for the advanced functionalities (not the same consideration as a light / new user)

Clean and Simple
I really like the user-friendliness of Any.do.
Vorteile
I really like how clean and simple the lists are and how easy it is to navigate. With any organization-type software, simplicity is key. You don't want to be wasting time trying to figure out how to use it. You want to punch in what you don't want to forget to do or forget to buy and Any.do does that.
I really like the quick add option at the bottom of the Today, Tomorrow, etc lists. Saves a step. Love that.
Nachteile
I am a very visual person and like to use colors to help me organize. Having the option to add color to the Today, Tomorrow, Upcoming and Someday tabs would be something I would definitely use. Would also like to add a flag or other way to somehow attach an urgency to the task to make it pop out on the list.

Any.do - Great for simple needs
Vorteile
During my short time with this app, I loved it's UI the most. It was a delight, adding tasks and checking them off. I also love its seamless transition from desktop to the mobile. And the natural language to create tasks is its best feature. No other to-do app can topple that at the moment.
Nachteile
I didn't like that you had to buy the pro version to get a theme. Also, sometimes the Android version of the app just freezes, which is highly undesireable for me. Finally, I can't help but feel that the pro version is a tad bit more expensive that I'd like a to-do app to be.

- The feature of editing and setting due-date for sub-task is not available. And it is a big flaw for me.
- Creating recurring task takes premium membership.
- Adding new tasks and setting due date could be more convenient
- I cannot move task just by dragging hem. And makes a little bit more difficult to organize task.
- No 2 way sync is available, and you can't vieew the task in your calendar account.
- Its interface is not effective

Minimalist
It's the simplest and easiest app I've found to get things done ( to do lists ). As simple as white background, folders, list with notes and attachments, and obviously reminders.
I love that you can organize the ALL the tasks by date or priority, even if they are not in the same folder.

Great integrations but horrible UI
Any.do integrates well with other serivces and they've clearly made that a priortiy over their competitors, but the difficulty of using your lists once they're in there is so terrible that I gave up trying and switched software.

Any.do has great integrations, particularly with Amazon Alexa which has become a central part of my workflow.
Nachteile
The UI is absolutely horrible, making it difficult to actually use in practice. Lists are difficult to arrange and organize and the app features constant annoyances.

Perfect task management tool
This is a tool that we discovered only recently, but we are really enjoying it and we've been using it quite a lot over some other competitors tools in the last few months. Keep going!

Great for personal task management
Great and easy to use. Modern look. Cross platform is great.

I like to use this for personal task management. That is, I use other solutions with my team. But if I have small tasks that are just for me they go here. The system is easy and love cross platform and browser version.
Nachteile
Sometimes I accidentally forget to hit a button to add task. I wish tasks were automatically added as soon as you start typing. No need to confirm to add it.

The main reason I love this application is because it lets me to quickly add tasks, prompts, reminders and lists that efficiently help me to get through the day without any troubles.

All my lists in one place, across all of my platforms (phone, tablet, computer) and works with alexa.
Nachteile
I wish you could categorize the lists into folders. For example all my personal lists in a personal folder, and all my different work lists in a work folder, separate shopping list in a main shopping list folder. Can't wait for smart grocery list to be available for android.

This software did not really benefit me, but I'm sure it would work as a simple task manager for those seeking a very minimal/limited experience.

I liked the clean layout. Also, I can choose what day the week starts on, I can connect to Alexa and Siri, and can select which window of the app is the preferred home screen.
Nachteile
This app has a couple of issues. While those who need a simple task manager would enjoy this app, I'm looking for something a little more complex with more features. Also, scrolling through the calendar feature is too fluid, and you can easily end up in a different year and getting yourself confused if you don't pay attention. Also, the app wasn't colorful/visually stimulating enough.

Vorteile
My favorite feature was being able to create tasks and share them with people. I also like being able to use the planner feature that could allow me to plan my day and prioritize my tasks.
Nachteile
When I would get behind I would get swamped and overwhelmed with the push notifications and would just avoid using it how it was designed.

Amazing Product
I love this app. I am very forgetful and this app helps mitigate that.
Vorteile
I love how I can interact with this app on multiple devices. I love that it prioritizes my daily tasks to make it easier to get my many tasks completed and not forgotten.
Nachteile
I have not had any issues or complaints with this app. It took me a little bit to get used to but overall I am very happy with this app.

Very easy to use, so much advanced features. Accessible on all devices. Very clean and friendly user interface. Nice alarm sound and reminder notifications.
Nachteile
No integration with popular apps. Not so popular. No windows app. No drop down menu for subtasks. Limited free version.

This to-do list tracking software is easy to use and has all the features I need to plan my day and week.
Nachteile
Not sure if I can enable geolocation so it lets me know if I'm close to a location related to a task in my list.
