Started really great and then a couple of months ago, could not connect and customer service couldn’t explain why and suggested client and i use more updated devices when it worked fine before. Started freezing up at first and then eventually couldn’t connect at all. No real help from customer service nor did they do the test call they scheduled with me 2 days earlier. Disappointing

I wish it offered more language options on the user end. Some of my clients only speak Arabic. Fortunately it is simple enough for them to click through.

doxy.me shut off access to the camera from the browser twice for no apparent reason. Any use of the camera by any chrome page was shut off.
I had to clear the cookies and reboot twice to get access to the camera.

None of the help articles address this. I'm going back to the less attractive, lower quality, but reliable, product I was using before.

You can pay by the day. I have a full time job in the schools. I do some private practice on the side. Your site allows me to pay when I am using it. It fights my needs.

The fact that it is a very easy to use for practitioner and clients, no need to download any kind of applicacion at client's end, just share the link with the client and they can reach you easily. It's great to see that you have a virtual waiting room, so your clients know that you are there for them and that you will give the access to the session. It's been a great resource during this pandemia.

Some times the speed of connection is not so great, has happend to me that page keep loading for couple of minutes before I can see my client in the session room.
