I enjoy Motivosity, it is great to use in the workplace as it helps with showing appreciation to your managers and fellow co-workers. We enjoy using it here at my job, and I am thankful for all the perks that come along with the service.

Overall great application and internal motivator with cold hard cash.

Motivosity is a great application that has been used at our institution for quite some time. It helps quite a few employees/colleagues to give that extra "push" in either completing something awesome or motivation to get it done. The ease of use of the application is super straight forward and very eye opening to the team and company of how we appreciate the individuals we work with!

I work at a company were they allot you 20$ as an employee or more if you are a manager (me) to thank people for their help, or motivate someone. I love it! We have tons of competitions based off Moto, it's great to get people started on the real vision of what you want them doing!

Motivosity has created such a positive atmosphere at my company. When someone recognizes you, it brings a smile to your face. Recognition that may not have happened any other way. Motivosity is a great tool to keep motivated and spread good work attitude across the workplace. It's just not about receiving money but recognition for something you have done to earn that and I gladly feel appreciated that I get the excellent feedback from my peers after I've helped them and show appreciation to someone who has assisted me.

I use the software mainly for recognizing my peers, and I really think giving money for "thank you" is a great idea. The software had several inconveniences but it improves moving forward.

My experience has been great so far! It's very easy to make sure that you can reach back to your co-workers and thank them for help! Ever had that day you cant get on track, someone comes along and helps you? Ya well, this is how you reward them! Plus, love getting the email of money sent to me!

I love this software! It is basically social media for the workplace where peers can give mini bonuses to each other. It is stellar to be honest. I have seen it do wonders to make people feel more appreciated in the workplace.

Less depth but great option for small companies

Great Reward Program

Motivosity is a great program for company internal recognition. So often folks help each other out and this is a great way in front of peers to explain and share how they are making a difference in each others lives.

Happy with Motivosity

I've been really happy with the ease of use and design layout of this. The only thing I don't like is that the survey window keeps popping up after each login, regardless if I filled that out multiple times or not.
