I like the visibility as an administrator. It is very easy to run reports to analyze payroll. We also appreciate being able to monitor overtime before the payroll cycle is completed.

Nachteile

Honestly I can't think of anything I would change. Our only problems are user errors when people do not double check their dates when editing time entries.

Timesheets is so easy to use. Its very dependable and easy to export to QuickBooks. The reports are detailed and you can go back as far as you need to in time.

With everyone working remotely, Timesheets.com has been instrumental in helping us track the actual work & projects each employee is completing. It provides our volunteer leadership with assurances that our employees are being productive!

I wish it was a little more user friendly on understanding how to have your employees sign their paysheets and for me to approve the timesheets.

Like the ability to have mobile logon so the team can input their time. I like the easy of use.

We use this on a biweekly basis and it has made it much easier for staff, interns, and volunteers to keep up with their time as well as for HR to have immediate access to it.

We haven't experienced any cons or dislikes in using this software or complaints from the staff and others that use it.

We've just begun using Timesheets.com with our employees, and we've gotten a lot of positive feedback. It's got the main capabilities for which we were looking:
(1) Entering time for payroll purposes
(2) Tracking projects - broken out by team
(3) Requesting time off in the system
(4) Syncing with QuickBooks

By far the best part about Timesheets.com has been their customer service. They've been very responsive in answering all of the questions I throw at them!

Nachteile

It does have a few limitations that we've identified ... but they're mostly business-specific preferences. Some to note would be to request time off in multiple day increments, the ability to "copy" customers, and to generate different kinds of reports (charts/graphs). It's my hope that Timesheets.com takes customer feedback into consideration when making updates to their system!

Our staff can enter clock in establish their working hours which is totally separate from where they enter their project hours. The various reports for employee status and projects are super useful and easy to create.

sometimes it is tricky to set up a new employee and get all of the settings right. PTO and sick leave are really hard to navigate

This is the first time we have used a software like this. Looked into using one offered through out payroll service, but this one was honestly so much simpler and user friendly. Perfect for our company. High recommend. Support was always easily accessible- not that we needed it very much!

I work remotely and love that it is so easy to clock in from my cell phone from anywhere. It’s convent to see my time sheet and make changes.

I don’t like the buttons that show that I’ve logged in For example, I have been confused whether I was logged in at first and logged myself right back out.

Tracks pretty much everything you need to keep complete records. Easy use of clocking in and out for employees. Adding and deleting employees is easy to use and set up.

Some functions are hidden and have to be searched for. Some of the pages have way too much information on them and could be condensed.

The calendar view was very helpful to see who has time off through out the month.
Time off accrual rates that automatically calculate based on time clocked is also very helpful.

The software needs some initial handholding during the configuration phase, but there is excellent customer service in the trial period on chat as well as phone that made me to make my decision to use this service.
