Ok, right now our company uses Time Doctor. I HATE IT. So I am using the free trial of this product to try and convince our company to switch, and I am convinced! This software is easy to use, has an awesome mobile app with powerful tools, and has a BEAUTIFUL UX design. This is important to me. I hate feeling like i'm working in the early days of the internet. I especially love that with my phone I can request time off from my supervisor. This makes life so easy! If I am talking with family and friends and planning a trip, I can just request time off in a couple seconds with the App and my supervisor will get to it when he see's it the next day. Powerful tool!

No Cons! This is an awesome software! I mean even down to the pricing, this thing is legit!

The team at timesheets was there every step of the way during the setup. I find the software easy to use. The team was very quick to respond when asked to provide training material for our staff.

Nachteile

Setting up each employee on their personal phone was very time consuming even after receiving the detailed instructions. The Desktop version is very hard to work with on a phone. It would be helpful to have an option to edit the punch in time on the mobile version instead of being required to go to the desktop version.

Graphical user interface can be improved for easy clock in and out. Many other features can also be added for ease of use.

This program is easy to use. It's a great way to see all of the employees time clocks without having to look multiple places.

Nachteile

While this issue didn't directly pertain to me, I have heard complaints of employees being able to manually change their hours themselves without having to get it approved by their boss.

Ease of use and quick, competent, friendly Customer Service. Timesheet is very user friendly. When I need help Customer Service is very quick to respond and always super nice. They help me with my issues and explain things very well.

The set up and transition was very easy and simple. Our staff learned to use the software in one short training session. The time sheets staff are very helpful and quick to return your phone call. I am please with the product. The product is exactly what I need and fits the needs of our business.

I would like to see more time off / accrual categories to track employees time off. However the number available is very good.

Easy to keep track of time with multiple clients and projects. Easy to keep track of mileage and other expenses. The customizeable reports are so helpful for invoicing and for figuring out taxes.

The only thing I wish they'd add is a mobile app. The site does work well on a mobile browser, but an app would be awesome!

The ease to set is up on the smart phones and the ease to see when they are signed in. I also like the ease to download it to our payroll program.

I have heard this software through my friend, he was working form home. He told me about this we don't do anything it automatically login and logout my system when my work time was completed. I have aloo used this software after that, I have worked with different customer there timing and my timing are different they all are worked in a different time zone and this software accommodate very easily.
My organization is also used this software for the last 6months we can easy add the holidays and vacation days.
And by shared the sheet we can track any of the employees PTOs.

I can't think dislike about this software I have used this form the last 7month. For me it is best for the organization.

Setup for importing to Quickbooks can be tricky, but their awesome support makes up for it. We invested some time in the setup, but we easily make that time up over and over again when we import our project time.

Setting it up was probably the most challenging, all the tools and functions and different options that are available. However, once that's complete, it's very easy to use and maintain. Well worth it.
