EASY TO USE!

Easy to use, easy to understand, all information can easily be viewed. Adjustments can be made with ease. Customer service has been very helpful and responsive when I've had questions.
Nachteile
Time displays as hours and tenths of hours but entries are made in hours and minutes. Causes confusion for users.

I like the reporting function timesheets offers. Being able to pull up an employees vacation/sick time usage for the year is a great feature and has helped our company keep a better track of time used by employees.
Nachteile
The settings are a bit confusing at times. It would be nice if there was an easier way to allow certain employees to see others employees time without being a supervisor of them.

Updating of daylight savings time can be a challenge as it doesn't always work so it can cause a few issues

Great system
Easy for the employees to use.
Vorteile
I have been using this software for more than 7 years and dont have any plans to change. It has been reliable from the start. Very easy to set up and the scheduling option has been a plus.
Nachteile
The options of keeping track on paid leave could be a little easier to set up. I still havent quite got it down how to set up it so it shows correctly on the employees account.

Greatly simplified our timekeeping.
Vorteile
It is very easy for employees to use and ensures our timekeeping is accurate. Further, it makes it easy to ensure that employees are taking their meal breaks in a timely fashion. The software accurate determines and calculates overtime pay instead of relying upon employee submitted hours.
Nachteile
The only thing I can come up with are additional features I would like to see - things like some reporting features allow us to spot trends and alerts when an employee is about to be late taking a meal break (instead of discovering it after the fact).

Simple to use for our small business
We use the software to track project time, and to track vacation and sick days. It is easy for our staff to use, and the reports function is very straightforward. It is also very cost-effective.
Vorteile
2 things: the ease of producing reports that are useful to us, and the excellent support we have gotten from set-up and going forward.
Nachteile
Sometimes I need help fixing small errors that I have made , although the support I get is very good.

I love this product. I find it a great value for the money. I have had two minor issues today. I clicked on the chat link and was immediately connected with a very knowledgeable associate. I was walked through the process very quickly. On the second occasion, the chat was disconnected. The representative I was chatting with immediately called me to finish addressing my issues.
Vorteile
I like the flexibility my employees have. Not everyone has an office, or even reports to the building each day. The ability to log in from the job site is paramount for me.
Nachteile
I had a little trouble in the beginning with setting up account codes. As the administrator, having access to all usernames would be helpful. I have seasonal employees who don't work frequently enough to remember them.

Timesheet.com, get it and your payroll team will be over the moon
Vorteile
Timesheet.com is a great tool to collate time sheets. Managers and payroll teams can check timesheets much faster and billing clients also becomes much easier. The alerts that are sent to you when a timesheet is submitted means there are no excuses if timesheets are not checked.
Nachteile
The software has allowed our payroll team to save a lot of hours. Information is shown on the dashboard for checking and this makes it much easier for payroll function and billing

The customer service. We don't use many of the features but what we do use is great. Even better, when I have a question, I get a real person immediately and they are able to answer my questions and resolve any need I have.

Who likes to punch a clock? That isn't a software issue. :)

Love this software program
This has improved my ease to report my hours to the employer. Getting the hours reported and approved is no longer an issue.
Vorteile
I love the functionality of this software. Having a cloud based timesheet when working for a temporary agency in multiple locations is amazing. The time sheet has always been the most aggravating part of working at multiple companies and the agency is not located locally.
Nachteile
I do not have anything to say negative about this software. If pressed I would say why didn't you come into my life sooner.

Great online time-clock
I really like this software. It's easy to set up and use (customizable for each employee), facilitates communication about timeclock exceptions between the employees and employer, generates useful reports and is good value for the money!
Vorteile
User friendly, you can restrict the computer locations where employees can clock in/out (ie: they have to actually be at work!), employees can make notes if they need to make an exception, tracks PTO time, generates useful reports (especially for payroll), great customer support.
Nachteile
A bit hard to understand/resolve overlapping time clock errors

Its a great tool as it makes billing easy. It can provide accurate data for millage and expenses and makes easy handling of Time Off for employees.

2. Its user friendly interface makes it easy for Managers to review usage history and run time off reports.
3. It is a very good for Expense tracking there is no need to hard coded receipts and files as the data is maintained online.

Should have used Timesheets.com for our office years ago
Our local CPA/accounting who handles our payroll had a tough time keep track upto date PTO hours, OT pay, etc. Since we have used Timesheets.com.. this has been a non issue. I wished we would have used Timesheets.com years ago.
Vorteile
Costumer Service. When I have questions, need to make changes, etc. I just call and someone is always there to help. This is very rare of a software company to find these days.
Nachteile
Nothing I can think of. Easy of use, cost effective and great service.. whats not to love.

Everything you need plus excellent customer service!
We implemented Timesheets.com about 9 months ago, and have been lucky enough to add 7 employees during this period. Timesheets.com provides our employees with an easy way to track time and expenses and request PTO, and our supervisors are able to easily create, review and approve reports. The QuickBooks integration is also excellent. But by far the best feature of Timesheets.com is the availability and quality of customer service. During implementation and as our company changes and grows, I've had many occasions to use the Support Chat feature. All of my questions were answered quickly and many times via a phone call from a Timesheets.com support technician. I have recommended this product many times, and will continue to do so - excellent!

The product is easy for our remote staff to use, which is key. Superior customer service!!

Nobody likes filling out timesheets...
It all flows so much better. We still don't like filling out timesheets, but it no longer is a pain.

but they are a necessary evil. We stepped away from our homegrown solution to use Timesheets.com and have never looked back.

There are a few kinks here and there and tailoring to specific needs could be easier.

GAME CHANGER
The customer service [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] provides is outstanding, he treats us with the same customer care he would if we were a large firm.
Vorteile
This was an absolute game changer for our management team. This software took the burden off upper management to keep track of hours, vacation, holiday and sick pay . Very cost effective, we are glad we made the move. Other time tracking software that we looked at were either too much money or too complicated for our small business needs. This fits our small business needs to the T.
Nachteile
Having to edit the clock out time when we clock out manually...nothing too horrible to be honest, just a few clicks but you asked!

The free trial offer helped us decide if this software would be a good fit for us.
The Customer Service Team is outstanding. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] have been amazing, providing training, support and follow up beyond our free trial time period. Their response time is minimal and they are always available via phone or email. They are patient and courteous and I feel valued as a customer.
Vorteile
The one item I love the most is about timesheets.com is the ability to add various types of employees from interns, volunteers, salaried, hourly to contract workers. All of which our agency has all. This allows us to track time for everyone in one system. Timesheets.com has thought of everything.
Nachteile
The online help and tutorials are good but found it a little hard searching for answers to my specific questions.

This is a great timesaver and love the tools!

I liked the ease of use the most with it. I really like how fast, thorough and patient my support expert, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was when assisting me with QBO export! I did not feel rushed nor that he was demeaning.

Easy to use
We've been using timesheets at our company for about 2 years now and it has definitely simplified the way that we track our employees hours. It also functions are a great place to store all contact info as well and let's you see it in a list format when you go to Directory. Great thing about timesheets is that it allows you to create custom accounts for your business and it's easy to track hours both in decimal format and actual hour and minute format too.

Easy and customizable.
In the business the agents come and go, but the staff do not have that type of potion. I never want to miss out on a client who walks in 10 mins before we close and find no one there. Definitely helps provide better customer service.

My employees used to give me handwritten timecards. I have offices in different locations so I was not able to physically see if they were late. It has helped me see what times they are actually getting to the office.

I don't have complete control of my employees logging in from outside of the office. I am not sure if I am using the software correctly when it comes to that or not looking at the right information.

Easy transition
[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was an immense help and very pleasant to work with.
Vorteile
Transitioning the staff from paper timesheets (which required manual calculations) to Timesheets.com was easy. The reporting features are a huge timesaver for processing payroll data. All the information is in one place -- even the salary employees use it for requesting PTO.
Nachteile
The time entry feature is the same for each employee. It would be nice if it was more customizable so that salaried staff didn't enter their PTO request into a time sheet tab, etc. But with a little more familiarity, the staff will learn to recognize which features they need.

The fact that notes can be added to the time. This is all I have. Why does this have to be 100 characters? There are not many pros to the product.
Nachteile
There is not enough customization on the exported reports. Does not have alerts to allow me to let employees know that their timesheet needs to be updated. Does not provide a periodic report (daily, weekly, etc.) that allows me to know which employee did not add time to their timesheet. Daily time reporting is very important to my business.

One of our clients is already using this and forced us to use his solution, we are amazed by its performance and features. Pricing is also very less as compared to other solutions. Complete reporting is available to generate project or company-wide sheets.

It might be hard to learn initially which is quite common with time tracking tools as you have feature to customize your solution according to your need.

Good general time tracker software
This software worked great when I started hiring employees for my small business. Once I grew to a certain point, however, it was unable to handle my specific demands. I know from shopping for additional software, my needs are VERY particular and unusual. This software works well if your needs fall within their parameters.

Track your time
This is a very important and useful software every HR should use for the billing and other payroll related issues.
Vorteile
With Timesheets.com it is very easy to run daily, weekly even monthly payroll of candidates. We can even track the in and out time with this as well. Additionally it gives us ease to calculate billing for any project. It gives function to set a hourly clock.
Nachteile
As far as I am using I have not faced such issues yet.

Vorteile
I like that as an employer, you are able to see a full list of employees and their hours worked and expenses accrued. It's nice that this software gives you the option of using their program for hourly employees or employees that are paid per project as well. They supply you with great training videos for employers and employees to watch for better assistance using the program!
Nachteile
I wish this software also had the option to use for salary employees as well because I would still like to use this program for these employees so that I can use for the function of keeping better track of holiday, sick, vacation, and PTO.

I recently took over responsibility of timesheets.com from my employee and rep was very helpful to me in gaining a better understanding of the program and fixing several issues I had. He was clear and easy to understand in his instructions and went the extra mile to send me his direct line for future issues. I called again today and rep again was very helpful and got back to me right away. I am very satisfied with the product and the service at timesheets.com.

Great value to provide compliant timekeeping.
Vorteile
week-view entry is very easy/convenient and minimizes employee errors. The report options give all I need as a supervisor / employee and for when I need to do invoicing.
Nachteile
Likely as we haven't inquired yet on customizing it, but it would be good to have default screen for employees show up as week-view.

Good time tracking tool!
Vorteile
That I can track time, billing, payroll all under 1 roof
Nachteile
It tends to be slow and hang often. Nothing apart from that

Hi, Please contact us if you feel you're experiencing latency. The symptoms you're reporting don't seem to reflect our product's up-time and latency values which are better than 99.9%, so perhaps there is some other cause we could help you identify? Definitely don't sit on this - contact our customer service center! There should be no reason to have to wait for a web page to load these days.

The support is the best I have ever seen, but once you get going you will hardly ever need it.
We have tracked our time against the project for invoicing and payroll.
Vorteile
The import / export features save so much time.
So easy to enter time.
The ability to merge Clients or Projects and the ability to Archive time
Nachteile
Doesn't track project estimated hours (estimated vs actual)
Only has Customer and project, no task.

Useful software to manage working hours
It helps us to record working hours, submit leave request, etc
Vorteile
It's easy to setup and navigate, can export/import with quickbooks, great customer service, very helpful

the ability to track my hours so i can provide the detailed info to my customers to pay me properly
Vorteile
It's easy to use and allows me to keep track of my hours with ease. I have never had any issues with this software to date.
Nachteile
It could develop an app for independent contractors who don't always utilize an office. I don't always work from the same location so this would be a helpful tool to help log hours on the go without having to log into the web portal on my phones browser

Way Better than Time Doctor!
Vorteile
Ok, right now our company uses Time Doctor. I HATE IT. So I am using the free trial of this product to try and convince our company to switch, and I am convinced! This software is easy to use, has an awesome mobile app with powerful tools, and has a BEAUTIFUL UX design. This is important to me. I hate feeling like i'm working in the early days of the internet. I especially love that with my phone I can request time off from my supervisor. This makes life so easy! If I am talking with family and friends and planning a trip, I can just request time off in a couple seconds with the App and my supervisor will get to it when he see's it the next day. Powerful tool!
Nachteile
No Cons! This is an awesome software! I mean even down to the pricing, this thing is legit!
