La grande flexibilité de l'outil nous permet d'adapter les événements et en cette période, c'est vraiment l'outil idéal.

Easy to set up and run webinars with a nice design and interface. Can get started in only a few minutes and it works easily for people watching because they don't need to download any software.

The only thing I’ve not been able to do is create a playback link for those who weren’t able to attend without registering them.

This product is far better than many of the others we tested. I have to say, their customer support is absolutely excellent. I get answers to my questions in seconds. Livestorm provided all the support we needed for our needs. The software also has much better aesthetic than other providers. We even had many of our partners compliment the software we used in our presentation.

The software is a little pricey but worth the cost. The only other con is that it only allows two presenters on stage at the same time.

It's very comfortable to be able to record the conference automatically. Moreover, the general quality is very good. Every prospects were very pleased of the quality of the broadcast.

I think the biggest problem is that when you share a document (ppt for instance), it doesn't appear on the record except if you share your screen, but that's just a detail.

Livestorm is very easy to use and has a wonderful platform! It has all the needs we were looking for and the customer service is as good as it gets!

The price is very high for the number of users we seek to have on the platform and for a small non profit this can be difficult to pay.

The Livestorm team provided excellent support getting started upfront, the video tutorials were very useful to learn how to use the platform, and ultimately, we found the quality of the presentation was excellent.

The only shortcoming is the lack of ability to use PowerPoint slides with the webinar. PDF files work but the resolution needs improvement.

The software is straight forward and easy to use. It can be as complicated and complex as you'd like, or as easy as presenting a powerpoint presentation.

There is nothing I dislike about the software. I'd say what I like the least is the minimal options to customize the registrant page. Maybe a few more font options would be good. But sometimes minimal is the best.

I love the fact you can easily pre-record segments, this allows me time to field users questions simultaneously and means that I can run the webinar programme without needing additional assistance from colleagues. I like that Livestorm feels like an app where the developers have set out with the purpose of making the best possible Webinar workflow.

It's missing some robustness such as a way to dial in, and have more than 3 presenters. However, other than those small elements the platform is top notch!
