What I like most is that it is easy to customize for our brand and you can easily see how your meetings or webinars are performing based on active attendance and nonactive attendance

LS is very user-friendly, even some of my colleagues that are first time playing with it, they can easily get the job done.

LS should empower the polling feature, at least let the voters to change his answer, you know, sometimes voters may accidentally clicked the wrong ones.

Le logiciel est très facile d'utilisation et très complet, de la création d'un évènement jusqu'à l'accès aux reporting très détaillés, tout a été bien pensé.

Si je devais donner un point d'amélioration, ce serait en terme de design : pouvoir un peu plus personnaliser le visuel de la page d'inscription de notre évènement directement et plus facilement à partir des paramètres.

Les formats des images n'est pas toujours très clair et ca fait perdre un peu de temps pour l'adaptation.

No opportunity to save surveys or to send surveys after the event. Impossible to get a "raise the end" option or to mute all mics

Everything I need to run a webinar is in one place - registration, reminder emails, live event, viewer polls and questions, and then replays and on-demand as well.

Nachteile

Analytics for live webinars are good, but weaker for on demand events - this seems like an oversight, as there's a lot more potential for ongoing engagement with on demand. The dashboard for stats also isn't very customisable.

Customer support chat can be rather slow on replies, had some issues with the system going down when we sent out our invites, but haven't had that issue in a while now - not uncommon given current WFH environment that servers are getting overloaded.

Livestorm helped us with training and onboarding of both customers and new hires, it's very easy to use, a very intuitive software.

Nachteile

I am not a big fan of the design, specially before the redesign feature.

It has a questions and polls feature which helps meetings/presentations become more interactive without interrupting the speaker. You can also switch over to a pre-recorded presentation any time, which runs a lot more smoothly than trying to do the same thing on Zoom.

There are sometimes glitches and issues with PowerPoint compatibility. However, overall I've had less issues with this than when I'm using Zoom.

Easy to use, connect and great quality overall. Service is good as well.
You receive followups email all the time. You can sense that they are really interested in you, and be knowing if you are doing fine.

Can't think of anything. I mean, the first time I used it I was a bit lost and could not find the Start Webinar option. Maybe They could have had it bigger or vibrate or something.

Le back office est facile d'utilisation et intuitif, la prise en main est donc relativement rapide. De pus l'équipe Livestorm est disponible et réactive si nous avons besoin d'aide. Je me sens sereine pour mes événements car je sais que je ne suis pas seule. Du côté participant, les campagnes d'emails envoyées par Livestorm en amont de l'événement nous font gagner un temps précieux.

L'exportation des résultats de sondage n'est pas très intuitive.

I liked the registration page which can be customized quickly and mobile-friendly as well. Another thing, I liked autoconfigured email templates (invitation/reminder/watch replay) and these adopt the design of registration page automatically.

I justed started using this software and I don't have the issue. But, I would recommend adding more options to customize email template.

The thing I like most about Livestorm is they are always developing the platform. I drop an email to Livestorm team every once in a while asking about a new feature or things I think should be there and it was not long for them to implement it. Besides, the support team is very responsive to my queries and willing help.
