We chose Livestorm because it is browser based, easy to use, and easy to integrate with our Salesforce CRM.

Nachteile

A private chat for those who are on stage is sorely missed. Whenever speakers have issues, they have to use the chat everyone can see and it would be so much better to have a private one.

After months of searching for a simple, easy-to-use webinar software, we finally stumbled across LiveStorm. Killer platform. Way better than everything else we tried.

Equally as important to us: they've have great customer service. We've been very methodical in making our decision over the last few months, and they were helpful every step of the way.

They are also constantly iterating. A sign of a healthy, growing SAAS.

Nachteile

Price could be a little better. But it's obviously not a deal breaker. Other than that, we've found no real negatives, especially in light of webinar software alternatives.

With Livestorm we organize bi-weekly digital conferences. The ease of use and sleek look impresses all our speakers. The participants love the platform and the experience.

The uploading of presentations and sharing videos is as basic and as simple that it makes everyone look as professional as they can.

Nachteile

We didn't have tech support during the weekend for one conference and we had to switch to an other platform.

A more "Event organizer" would really help to keep a clean library of presentations and switch between functionalities.

No software installation is required to participate to a webinar. It is very important for us as we do B2C webinar, the service must be very simple, and Livestorm is !

Nachteile

I found the first pricing threeshold a bit high for small companies not sure about webinar, but after our first one I'm sure I'll make the most of it now, organizing more webinars. And there's a free trial version to test it.

As a speaker the platform gives me an easy and professional way to create e-learning content for my platforms. I get great audio /video quality I need.

I like what is but it is missing some components I’d love it to have to help me build my own elearning platform. It offers some integrations for them but I’d love the ease of everything in one spot.

You cannot host longer than 3 hours and that i would not record longer than 2 hours.

For our company, we have monthly webinars and this is the easiest solution we have come across. It is very convenient, easy to use, and suits are needs quite well for a casual webinar experience.

There is a limited capacity of I believe 500 attendees at the moment. For us, this suits our needs quite well as we typically don't have more than 100. Other than that, I do not see any issues with this product.

It guided me through the creation and suggested things that I did not think of earlier. Invitation built-in, analytics is clear, follow up built-in, recording is automatic, sharing screen/videos is easy. I set my webinar withing minutes.

Pricing could be more affordable, but you know... we always want it.

How user-friendly that platform is. I've used a few webinar programs out there and by far Livestorm takes the cake. Easy to use, friendly customer service and very easy and simple process for attendees to join webinars.

Can't figure this one out yet.

2. Chats during backstage are made visible to participants once webinar goes live - consider having a chat option just among hosts and collaborators

it was incredibly simple to use - both from the speaker end and the admin end. setting up an event and the landing page is straightforward, and having the reminder capabilities within the platform is very useful. i didn't realize until after our event that I could've linked those who RVSP'ed on LinkedIn to the platform itself, so I'll definitely use that in the future. We aren't running any complex events, just a live roundtable chat and some upcoming webinars, so this was a great solve for our needs.

Un problème technique est survenu de mon côté durant mon événement (mais cela n'a pas entravé le webinar ni le replay).

Big pb : speakers must have a really good quality of connexion. We often have problem of connexion.

It's easy to use as a host but especially for people viewing the webinar. No irritating pop-ups and great user interface. It's also convenient that Livestorm provides landingpages and standard emails to subscribers.

There isn't a translation in my language at the moment, but the customer support told me it was coming soon though. They are also working on a function to add a specific call to action at the end of the webinar.

Livestorm is very easy to use. Setting up the accounts and the webinars were quick, it is straightforward. The quality of the event is good. You can easily switch between live and pre-recorded, and the video quality is good throughout the events.

Having only one host included is not the most practical, and I would love for additional networking features such as several rooms within one event.

Very intuitive and easy to use. Lots of customisation options available which works well for us. Automated emails and reminders are really useful, and again, can be customised to suit us. Customer support is great and has been on-hand throughout to help.

Nachteile

Would be great if the session filters stayed in place until amended, as they revert back when navigating away from the page. Would also be useful to see exactly what time an attendee joined and left the webinar, rather than just a percentage attendance rate. And an Intercom integration would be a big bonus :)

Branding is great (putting your own logo on it), clean interface, easy to use, both for organiser and for participant.
Great that you can share your screen (Google presentation) and at the same time can show polls and Q&A. What I also like is that you can work with multiple monitors, share one monitor with the audience and on the other monitor have LiveStorm and the 'presenter view' of Google Presentations, including your notes that you made for each screen.

Nachteile

There's no "close" button for the webinar, chatbox, Q&A and video remains open if you've left the room yourself.
Would have loved a 'both sides' Q&A to make webinars more interactive, not only participants can ask questions to presenter, but the other way round too (with answers in the Q&A window). But I haven't seen any software that can do this.

L'interface d'administration est très facile et agréable à prendre en main, et l'automatisation des emails de rappels est un gain de temps non négligeable. Les pages d'inscriptions et l'interface de visioconférence rendent les processus et les événements très simples et professionnels.

La tarification monte rapidement si l'on a besoin de plusieurs animateurs, mais le système de modérateurs illimités (membres de l'équipe et intervenants externes) permet de répondre en grande partie à cette problématique.

Livestorm is way above than other platforms because of these features:
1. Playing Video (Youtube or Upload)
2. Taking Polls
3. Creating an Offer and it comes on top of the screen, clicking more and converting more clients.

They dont have plan for 500 users, however I am going for 1000 users as it is value for money.
