This is the best web application for editing product feeds ever! It's been so far very intuitive to navigate and manage. Furthermore, it's very easy to edit product feeds from different eshops of my clients and help them to promote their products via different price-compare platforms and ad systems as they each require unique data structure. It is also very affordable.

Nachteile

You might find some minor bugs but this is caused mainly because of development and adding new featerues. So far there has been nothing significant.

I do not use Mergado often, but my team-mates use it everyday. I wanted to fix something towards to better marketing and i did not know how. Support team was great, they helped me and quickly wrote me back. Thanks.

Works reliably, which is the greatest benefit. The UI is easy to use and comprehend, how it works. Mergado also has a store, which offers some useful add-ons, which allow you to do even more automated work with your feeds.

The technical support is very good in terms of knowledge, however there were cases, where I would appreciate swifter resolution of a problem.

Mergado is very easy to use. Really appreciate the support and tutorial videos and articles. Also after the migration, Mergado 2 has some new features which if you understand how to use, it is even more useful and easy to use overall.

Nachteile

Sometimes the uploads seems not to be working since there is an error message in Mergado, but every time i check with support and with the third part (e.g. Google Merchant Centre) everything seems to be working. Also the migration to Mergado 2 was not 100 % smooth at every time.

What I like most about Mergado is its complexity and endless possibilities of use. If I remember correctly, we managed to solve every problem in the feed thanks to this platform.

Nachteile

Here it is quite complicated. The only thing I can think of is that it is not easy to use at first. However, the Mergado team regularly organizes free trainings where they explain everything clearly and simply.

With Mergado we can very comfortable set up our campaign on servers like Heureka.cz, Zbozi.cz and set up Google Ads and FB ecommerce. The tool is very intuitive and with great support (forum, manualls, chat support).

For first look it can be difficult, but in 10 minutes you can work with it very well.

Probably the best tool on the market. A very nice price and an active community make Mergado a must have for all marketers and online shops.

The time to generate a report and apply rules can take up to tens of minutes depending on the size of the feed.

It is simple, understandable. There's no feature he can't help with.
In addition, the implementation of Mergada itself is very simple and fast. Not to mention a huge advantage - multilingualism and support for foreign xml feeds

At the moment I miss duplicating tags (eg the ability to set 2x tag categorytext, always with a different value). Furthermore, it is probably a delivery info updates for some comparators (but this may be the error of the comparator itself). Sometimes I miss the ability to copy already set rules or selections to different feeds within one e-shop, but it's not necessary.

For more advanced work, it is useful to know regular expressions, which I had to learn. But it is not strictly necessary.

I know from experience that to manage ad campaigns for various products on different search engines can be a tedious task. With Mergado’s many app "assistants" I now manage my ad campaigns effortlessly.

Url Checker, for example, checks URL addresses of all of my products for functionality, such as redirects or 404s. As you know broken URL links negatively affects your SERP and Google analystics. What I like is that URL Checker runs an audit every 24 hours and detects when a page did not load within a certain time limit, and sends notification of the error. It really saves me lots of time from having to manually find and correct broken URL

Another fantastic app is Bidding Fox, an automatic bidding machine for advertising management. This app works 24 hours a day, manages advertising, monitors competition, helps increase sales, and reduce costs. It is an independent tool used by agencies and e-shops.

Nachteile

Mergado can certainly increase the library of apps. Some useful apps need to be added such as PPC management, url shortner, and utm link.
The list of supported channels and number of countries supported can be extended. This will make Mergado a really superior platform.

It is very easy to use and in case you need an assistance, their support reponds usually the same day. I like its market with add-ons. I personally use Feed Image Editor which is great for PPC advertising. It allows you to edit product images in bulk. I also appreciate their constant work on adding new features and organizing free workshops to learn to use it efficiently.

Nachteile

I would appreciate more add-ons useful for PPC advertising, right now they are mostly oriented for price comparison shopping, but if I think about it, I can't think of any PPC features missing in Mergado.

It is really easy to use it and to learn work with new features. Amazing is also support - every employee is very nice and I always get answer to the question. Pricing is very friendly and almost everyone can afford it.

There is nothing what bothers me. There were few thinks in past, but Mergado team works really hard and they add new features and improvements very often.

I don't think Mergado has major disadvantages. It can be difficult for beginners, but they have really great technical support and training to help with the use of Mergado.
