Omnisend has been a great ESP solution for my business. I have used several marketing & digital platforms in my professions career and overall, the ease of use and features for the cost are outstanding.

It is very user-friendly and has intuitive and easy-to-use interface. Campaigns and automations are easy to create and launch without much clutter

It's integration part. It cannot integrate with most of the data analysis tools like TripleWhale or Glew for data analytics purposes which is very crucial

I love all the tools for seeing how the email, texts, and automations are working. On the rare occasions I've needed support, it was prompt and friendly.

If I'm picky, I would always like more tools for email layout, but the current iteration works really well.

While the SMS feature is good, for it to work properly (and reason why we don't currently use it) is that the phone number has to be as local as possible. For Baltic state customers to receive number from US seems immediately suspicious compared to message from local or neighboring countries.

They have a complete suite for a small ecommerce outfit like us. I hope they can make this service more affordable as I am sure may will adopt if they lower the cost down. Otherwise, they are a great platform which helps ecommerce SMB.

Their spam alerts can trigger (they only send you an email and useful ways on lowering it) at a low rate. They say to aim to keep it below 1% but a few other softwares say to aim to keep it below 1.5% which is a bit more comfortable and doesn't any confusion.

The only real con, if you had to call it that, is that you have to pay to use all of the features. However, It is well worth it for the value and pays for itself.

Lower pricing vs another large ESP. Customer support is available 24 hours. Small features like pre-customized buttons that I can then add without needing to customize every time make work more efficient.

A lot of little features that I miss from using their competitor ESP. But the biggest issue is that they pause your account if you get a lot of unsubscribes. While this is important that they red-flag it, it's very annoying that you are not the decision-maker and can't even get the metrics from them for what caused the pause.

I liked the professional templates that helped me achieve the EXACT look I was going for. Literally I drew up my thoughts, checked out their template, and there was the one I needed. If I wanted I could easily add pictures and links and move their template around to suit my needs. I also like the stats it sends you such as who clicked, who shopped, how much money was made, etc.

Nachteile

Starting out I was a BIT confused, but after playing with it and launching demos to see how my tweaking was actually panning out I was able to achieve the look I desired. It is SO customizable, sometimes that can be confusing for non-tech savvy people such as myself. But again, after playing with it that all changed and now I can make an email in 15-20 minutes and schedule it to send out when I'm ready.

We switched from mailchimp to start SMS marketing, but there is not way to convert existing subscribers to sms marketing without manually going in and deleting thousands of phone numbers by hand. Numerous calls with support yielded no better results so we took the sms marketing off our account.

Omnisend is easy to use and there isn't a very huge learning curve either. Also it has lots of pretty inbuild themes that I felt mailchimp lacked. Mailchimp themes are basic and are nice too. Omnisend has prettier and more aesthetic themes.

Nachteile

You can only send out 2000 free emails in a single day which makes sense on the free version. You can always schedule 2000 emails per day to overcome the limit though!

to compare with other similar app, this is best software I can tell. very easy to use without instruction. not complicated. clearly defined what it can do. automation function is very useful and easy to create email campaign as well. And one of best is free for starter. I will definitely keep using this software!!

Omnisend makes creating a newsletter or email ad an absolute snap to do! I was worried that creating one would require learning HTML or another type of coding, and thankfully we found Omnisend and it eliminates the need for that. With just a few easy clicks we had a professional looking newsletter created and sent off to our customers. Couldn't be happier!
