AnyDesk REVIEW
It is really a solution of daily use in my case, what you have to invest in the purchase of its licensing, it pays off quickly.
Vorteile
It is one of the two world leaders in remote access and support solutions, but costs at least half of its direct competitor (TeamViewer).
Nachteile
I would only ask for an integrated video conferencing system (as TeamViewer has), other than that, it's perfect.

Seamless remote device access using AnyDesk
Vorteile
AnyDesk allows connecting with another person's device remotely from anywhere which helps in assisting them with any issues that they are facing. The dashboard is user-friendly and the application is easy to use and set up. It is compatible with mobile devices as well.
Nachteile
It requires a high-speed internet connection. Otherwise, the application starts lagging a bit if the internet speed goes down.

Easy to Use
The biggest problem we always get to fix with Any Desk is whenever we need to update a users computer software with a newer version. With the file transfer it makes it soo much easier to transfer folders or exe application.
Vorteile
what I like the most about the software is that it doesn't require the user to give any sort of data to take advantage of the product. Even in our organization, a free account is enough to alleviate the technical difficulties most of our users experiences.
Nachteile
What I don't like is that Any Desk allows too much access by default including audio.
Every time I need IT or someone from support assist me while I am on a clients meeting, I need to manually deselect the audio and several other functionality.

Vorteile
One of the best remote desktop programs I've ever used is AnyDesk. It has been really helpful to me in providing remote support to our clients for the past four years that I have used it. Our customers may utilize it without any technological expertise because it is so easy to use. The amazing part about it is that it is less than 4 MB in size. Multiple session features enable me to handle multiple clients at once most of the time without any problems, and AnyDesk functions well without consuming excessive amounts of system resources. Without the client's permission, I am unable to access AnyDesk's system. Once you have permission, controlling the system is simple. After getting permission it's easy to control the system remotely and provides technical support. Easy to share files and links through a chat feature that helps me a lot.
Nachteile
A fantastic remote desktop tool is AnyDesk. Future improvements could include adding a one-click audio transfer option, among other things. To make the audio transmission possible, I must access the settings. To utilize it in high resolution, you need a fast internet connection. If there was a lifetime business plan, that would be fantastic.

Best FREE solution for Remote Desktop Connection
Overall experience of using AnyDesk is really good to me and its the best "FREE" alternative for remote desktop connection software. Data consumption also very low and its very user friendly software.

Anydesk is a user friendly remote desktop connection software and it outruns major "paid" remote desktop connection software in many ways. User can connect with a remote desktop in hassle free way . It also gives file transfer between two desktops and not only that it gives many features like Privacy mode, Clipboard and many useful features. Lastly data consumption is very low comparing other remote connection apps.
Nachteile
When we come into cons Anydesk and good internet connection is a must factor. If you having a bad internet connection it causes lag on remote computer and you are not able to work properly. But you can drop image quality and continue on your work.

Con Anydesk organice todos mis servidores no accesibles por comando para gestionarlos directamente desde mi celular o casa. Puedo acceder en un mismo servidor con distintos usuarios a nivel consola o usuario.

Anydesk hoy día es mi primera opción para el control remoto de mis servidores o asistencia técnica a mis clientes. Con anydesk puedo transferir parches de seguridad y instaladores a una velocidad mayor al promedio. Puedo gestionar contactos rápidamente desde el menú y conectarme a ellos. Lo mejor de todo es que posibilita a dar un sobrenombre a cada PC, sin necesidad de números.
Nachteile
Ocasionalmente mi problema es a la hora de asistir a usuarios que no instalan la herramientas, eso no me posibilita aceptar los mensajes con UAC

It helps me to work faster and with little or less effort.
Vorteile
I love AnyDesk a lot, as it's very easy to use and very easy to understand. You can remotely access and control several computers at the same time. It's available for all Windows, macOS, or Linux platforms. You can also use it on your mobile Android or IOS Apps. Unlike other remote access software, AnyDesk is very lightweight and secure.
Nachteile
Anydesk file sharing is not a great experience, especially for larger files. Sometimes it requires to further accept allow button in a remote pc while accessing settings or securities.

Gets the job done while being stupid simple to use
It's a great tool to assist people over desktop which has many useful features while keeping it stupidly simple for all parties involved. Its greatest strength apart from the quality of the remote access is its ability to work without the need to install, which is a boon for clients that do not have install access.
Vorteile
The remote desktop application is right on the money for what it's supposed to do. Just download the software and get started (without even installing it). Just need to enter the client machine number and start assisting. Even absolute beginners don't find it a hassle to use, which is worthwhile in our service.
Nachteile
There are some minor issues while connecting from my Android mobile to a client's machine, but I'm not sure if I should chalk it up to Anydesk or my internet quality. I have faced a lot of issues while connecting between my mobile and tablet as well. But issues on desktop are rare.

there is not too much disadvantage of using anydesk, but yeah sometime it work too slow and lags a bit and also scrolling is too fast in anydesk, so that is the issue i face using anydesk apart from that there is not much issue in this software.

The general use is very good, it is easy to use, it speeds up the remote support, the transfer area works very well.

If you are not a highly technical person and you need technical support AnyDesk makes things easier and faster. It's really easy to use and adapt. If you're a remote worker, it gives you an opportunity that any of your colleagues can help you with your work. It's like you're at the office and asking your colleague something and directly showing it on your screen. It makes the collaborative working process faster.
Nachteile
Sometimes the software crashes while file transferring. And I think some additional security and permission options could be better.

I worked at there full time for more then a year and I can say the community is friendly, rewarding technically.
I was able to balance my work and personal life because of its flexibility. There were plenty room for promotion. I learnt a lot during my stay at GitHub.

The management can be unorganised sometimes and I feel there's no clear path to career growth. Nevertheless, I still see it as a great place to work. A rewarding platform.

Remote view/control even on weak bandwidth
We are using MDM solutions for application management and kiosk mode and I tried many (10-20) different ones to find if any has remote control working on weak connection. Unfortunatelly we had to opt for additional product, and Anydesk has shown to work in such conditions and have decent pricing at the same time.
Vorteile
Anydesk allows us to connect to remote computers or android phones on vessels with extremely low bandwidth and high latencies. We use MDM solutions but none have been able to cover remote control part on such bad Internet conditions as Anydesk. Unlike other solutions, this one actually works.
Nachteile
Address book or organization could be with nicer UI. When connected to remote mobile, there is no two way transfer of data for all folders on remote PC/mobile.

Very convenient software
Overall, very good experience using AnyDesk
Vorteile
This software was particularly useful due to the pandemic, we had to start working from home but we could not take all the computers with us. It helped us keep working without having to jeopardize our health and with all our information/tools within our computers. Also, it has a very convenient mobile app.
Nachteile
If you don't have a fast computer, it might crash or lag. Also, the installation process for Mac computers is a bit hard.

After a long investigation and several trials of both commercial and free solutions (TeamViewer, Remote Assistant, RealVNC), finally discovered AnyDesk, which is commonly announced as one of the fastest remote control platforms. Well, AnyDesk is really capable to deliver where reduction of lag time is key. The user experience offered by AnyDesk in a remote connection is comparable to a local ethernet connection performed through Windows native "Remote Desktop" app. Its compression algorithm is so good that there's no need to switch from "auto" to lighter modes (like black/white) in order to eliminate that bothering delay between your mouse clic and the remote reaction. Extremely useful to control remote production machines you need to have always ON.

Speed, stability, consistency. Forget about the distance between you and your remote located machine. AnyDesk makes you feel like if you were seated in front of it.
Absolutely stunning in long sessions, with no drops experienced in weeks.
Nachteile
Not so feature-rich as most of other commercial products, but still enough to grant a productive experience. General user interface could seem slight old fashion, and surely could be more appealing, but huge benefits coming from robust-solid-quick connection overpass any of described lacks.

At work I’m often into switching back and forth from my desk to helping cover the front throughout the week. It is such a relief to use AnyDesk in order to work as if I were sitting at my desk.
Nachteile
The one feature I’m missing is being able to see both monitors on the respective monitors at another desk. Instead, I have to click between each monitor which is frustrating when one document opens to the next and I’m constantly having to click back and forth.

Overall, I really love how this works for me. I'm not super literate in computer repair & maintenance...so this is a real help.

AnyDesk is a great tool for remote repairs to your Laptop and other devices. It is 100% FREE for personal use. Packages range from $9.90 - $29.90 (they do offer a free trial).
Personally, I think this is the greatest product! I find it very simple to use. I really love that repairs and upgrades can be done remotely. It saves me a LOT of time. I can get other things done while it's happening--and without travel costs, repairs are considerably less expensive.
Nachteile
Honestly, I don't have any real complaints. To date, it has worked very smoothly for me.

Controlled remote work.
AnyDesk has been a great help since we adopted it when we were in trouble with COVID-19 infections and many of our workers had to work remotely to avoid infection.
It allows us to collaborate, assist and monitor our remote workers effectively and within our company's safety standards.

What I like the most is being able to control multiple devices at the same time, even from my mobile phone without slowing down or losing connection.

Wonderful remote support application
We used a different application in Windows based systems, but we installed machines with different operating systems. they contained linux system. We could not connect to linuz systems from other application. We started using anydesk because we had problems switching from windows to linux. and we are very pleased.

The application's interface and management screen is very good. The screen image quality is very good when I provide remote connection. Connection speed is very good.
Nachteile
The application works well. Not difficult to install and use. There is no feature I do not like.

Thought I had seen better remote control softwares until I tried AnyDesk. Simply the best.
AnyDesk is the fastest, most stable and reliable remote access software I have used so far. I have not used it for so long but so far, it's the best by far. I really love it
Vorteile
Anydesk I supper fast with connections. And there is almost no lag between the device that is remotely accessing and the one being controlled. The image provided to me when am remotely accessing my clients PCs is a full screen
Nachteile
I have used it for just countable times and so far, I have no complaints. Hopefully the free version is not going away anytime soon. But I am willing to pay as I have loved what I have seen

The Best Free Remote Work App
Vorteile
I have been using this app on daily basis to help end-users solve their problems. The good thing about Anydesk is it is free and works well without any lag or interruptions. The unattended access is a very useful option as we do have a Mac mini which is headless and act as a server for our POS, with the help of Anydesk I have been able to access it more often. There are barely any pop-ups or sale offers as it is free.
Nachteile
UAC control this option is very annoying most end-users don't know how to disable it to which it makes even more difficult for me to work because the options are blocked unless it is allowed by the user. This user permission is the only issue that I really don't like about Anydesk.

The app that allows me to be in two places at once
Vorteile
In a very intelligent way, I am simply sure that the app directly designed so that with a couple of clicks we are entering the world of virtuality, not only if at some point something unforeseen happens, but for recurring use, it is a very good application.
Nachteile
In the same way, and perhaps due to external factors such as the network connection, the distance, things that are out of the control of the application, it presents some problems regarding sharing images, files, and quality in its interface.

A speedy, robust, easy to use tool for remote support
Excellent, highly recommended if you need uncomplicated access to your customers equipment and focus on helping and solving problems .
Vorteile
Any Desk is easy to use. Specially for my clients. Most of the times my support efforts are focused on non-tech customers. I have yet to find a customer with "problems running AnyDesk".
Nachteile
Not a problem for me, but I have noticed that the remote screen runs fairly fast 99% of the time, with the exception of really old equipment.

Sophisticated yet user friendly!
I am graduate student, and we work as teams on multiple projects in different courses. This makes it difficult for us to meet in-person. But AnyDesk has helped greatly to share screens and collaborate well.
Vorteile
The most amazing feature of this software is it's user interface. Every functionality is crystal clear and distinct. This enables collaboration and communication to be made easy. It also has built-in file transfer and it is available for all platforms which makes it pretty awesome!
Nachteile
For the multiple number of times that I've used it, giving permission to the user on the other end has not been successful; sometimes it got stuck or otherwise it never worked.

I liked working with anydesk as I can help people online with very little hassle they can see exactly what is going on, installation is easier also not so expensive that it makes it out of reach for people.

Very easy to use picks up all screens if thier are multiple screens involved.
Very secure not just anyone can get in you have to accept the person and also it is very consious of if you changing system files it likes to warn and make sure you know that you are doing this.
Value for money - even on the free version the options are great
Easy for customers to use as well don't require length installation for it to work
Nachteile
Very little to dislike about the program really enjoy the functionality and use of it.

Remote work can be performed seamlessly. It also contains the record of devices connected in the past along with their current status(online/offline) which enables faster tracking and avoiding task repitition

Perfect for computers, poor for mobiles
My business uses remote desktop daily to assist customers who are having issues. 2 seats on AnyDesk costs the same as 1 seat for Teamviewer making it a very smart business purchase.
Vorteile
I like that AnyDesk is exactly the same as Teamviewer but much cheaper. I like how the address book is easy to use and you can see if users are online and ready to connect. The interface is very easy to navigate and there are a lot of options to choose from when you are connected on remote desktop. Unlike Teamviewer, Anydesk allows you to see multiple cursors which work independantly of others. This is especially helpful if you would like to point something out to a user with the cursor without interfering with what they are doing.
Nachteile
The product is perfect for computers, but on mobile I felt a bit let down that there is no functionality of being able to click on the mobile screen. This is a bit disappointing because I had hoped that I could operate on customers phones remotely with this. Another let down with mobile is the lack of instructions on how to control the remote desktop from your phone. There are no explanations on how to scroll, zoom in or access the keyboard. Other than this, great product.

Cheap Remote Administration Solution
It works on every platform including android, windows and macOS. I can even remotely lend assistance on my handset on data. I am very happy with the product and I am looking to purchase a licence to further extend the capabilities especially in a pandemic.
Vorteile
It is free to download and use with limited functionality - but even with the limited functionality it offers fast, consistent and stable behaviour.
Nachteile
At times on limited bandwidth the video gets choppy - but it is still discernible and very functional. The downsampling seems to be automatic.

Great software with amazing features
My overall experience is very positive there's some few it's and buts but that is a part of any software lifecycle.
Vorteile
Anydesk is a perfect solution for screen sharing requirements it can help you is variety of use cases like in covid when I faced any issues with my system the it team can solve that issue from anywhere.live chat is smooth as well.
Nachteile
The only con is it gets very buggy sometimes.Sometimes when I provide access of my system to someone else the other party sometimes receives an error and they are unable to see anything so they have to reconnect again due to which we loose all the progress.

If the network conditions are good, AnyDesk is the go to software for remote access.
In overall, AnyDesk is my go-to remote access software as so far despite the few negative experiences i rarely experience, it has never let me down.
Vorteile
I am generally happy to have discovered this software. Not only has it allowed me to support clients remotely but also proved to make my life very cost effective. As long as the remote client's laptop/desktop is connected to the internet and i'm granted access am able to support fully the client. Furthermore, once connected successfully the connection is very stable with clear video quality.
Nachteile
As good as the software is, it can get really frustrating when trying to use keyboard shortcuts when connected to a remote device. Basic shortcut keys such as Ctrl+Alt+Del, or copy-paste function don't work and sometimes can be frustrating especially when time is not on your side.
