Best Solution for remote access.
I have been using Anydesk personally for years and started using this for my organization recently. It is well worth the investment. A great product in it's niche.
Vorteile
In Anydesk, we have found unattended access, file transfer, remote restart, and TCP tunneling to be the most useful features.
Nachteile
The two services that need improvement are permission management and single sign-on.

Keep your work updated any place any time

Problems after buying license
Vorteile
This product worked great when I was using the demo. Once I bought a license, I started running into all sorts of problems, like being displayed a dialog box telling to buy a license (what, another license?) or logging me out randomly. When I tried to contact customer support, I was redirected to a page that said "You cannot access this page". Not impressed. I am sorry I paid for the license.

Fastest Free Remote desktop software on the market.
I work with a lot of my clients with Anydesk where I can troubleshoot what they are dealing with and also personally when talking to anyone, if there is a computer screen involved, it's usually done through Anydesk. It's helped me be mobile and still be connected and able to do whatever needs to be done.
Vorteile
Anydesk is a relatively new player, however, it is so convenient and it works. The best thing about anydesk is that it does not require you the install the software. You can just download and run it. It's blazing fast, has cross-platform support and as a basic solution, it's a no-brainer.
Nachteile
There are still a few bugs when it comes to cross-platform remote desktop, like when you connect a windows pc with a mac. What it does it does perfectly, but it lacks a lot of features available on other solutions, like drag-and-drop file transfer and copy-paste.

Anydesk is a great alternative to all other kinds of remote access software.
I use this software, with my family, and also with some colleagues, because is very easy to use and fast, one thing i like, is that is shows as many screens as i have, so the other person can see the 3 screen monitors that i'm using.
Vorteile
I've been using this software for like one year, it is very easy and quick to use, it has a very good speed of sharing and control, also i can share more than one screen, so my colleague in the other side, can see everything i do and also control it if i want. Something i like is that you can save many ID's that you have connected before, so people won't have to give you the number all the time.
Nachteile
I think this software has a bad security in this way, if you have your session of anydesk without password, anyone can get in, at anytime, so if you have started anydesk in your machine and were ausent of keyboard, people can just get into your machine and control it. This has happened to me with some friends, anything bad happened, but its a security risk.

Very capable alternative to TeamViewer
I did not want to pay the high price of TeamViewer and came across this software. It is very good for what it does and I feel like I will stick with it as it grows,

This software uses a very beautiful graphics engine, making the remote support experience very pleasant. It is very featureful and almost always gets the job done!
Nachteile
It would sometimes disconnect, sometimes extremely frequently; some of the software appears 'clunky' or as an afterthought.

The overall experience of AnyDesk is very good for me. It completed every requirement needed for accessing another system remotly.

Connecting to anybody remotely got much easier!!
Vorteile
One of the best features in today's exploiting world is the security it provides while connecting to someone remotely. Whenever you want to connect to someone it will ask you for the key which is different everytime. Also, the overall experience and ease that anydesk provides its end users is very good.Also, it gives you a bunch of tools to workaround with.
Nachteile
The most disliked feature about anydesk is about its UI which is not very pleasing to any user. There are still many features which can be implemented to better use. It is also not compatible with every operating system.

An excellent alternative to TeamViewer and others and the best of all has a free version.
After a while evaluating and testing remote access software such as TeamViewer, Remote Assistant, RealVNC, and Zoho Assistant, I discovered AnyDesk which is advertised as one of the fastest remote access software. And I was surprised by AnyDesk, it can deliver what it promises. The remote connection of AnyDesk is comparable to a local Ethernet connection when made through the Desktop application. It also surprised me that AnyDesk has one in an app for smartphones and that remote access is quite fluid even on mobile internet connections.
Vorteile
AnyDesk makes me feel like I'm sitting in front of the other device I'm remotely accessing. The software is fast, stable, and constant. It allows you to record sessions automatically when you are being remotely controlled, allowing you to review the actions done on the device, not to mention other security mechanisms.
Nachteile
Very few times there was an interruption in the connection, but I believe it was due to the interruption in the internet connection on one of the devices. It is a little limited in resources as for other software. The user interface could be more attractive. Even in the face of negative points AnyDesk, in general, guaranteed a great product experience.

Remote work without latency or interruptions.
AnyDesk is a simple but very useful and stable platform that has allowed us to attend to emergencies remotely without having to go to the workstation of the person requesting assistance.
It is also a great tool for when I have to work from home because it allows me to control my work devices in the company.

A light but powerful tool for remote connections
I use this program to provide remote assistance to different users regarding installation and configuration of software, fiscal printers, among other aspects, from the office and home without having to travel to the place where the client is. Also through the chat tool I guide the user in the use of technological tools.
Vorteile
What I like the most is that the application is light, and very simple and intuitive to use and allows me to provide remote assistance to users around the world, without the need to move from work or home.
Additionally it offers a portable version so it is not necessary to install it on the computer besides having a chat tool that allows people to communicate without problems while making the remote connection.
Nachteile
What I like least about this application is that sometimes depending on the operating system that the user has, the program hangs. In addition, it is necessary to have a connection to the internet to operate, so in local or private networks it does not work.

Perfect software for support
In the end anydesk is great and easy software for any helpdesk/support and all similar kind of workers.From some time Anydesk started to make ads when you are on free version and informing you, that you are overusing it. I think that's a great thing, beacuse if you wana use it for commercial then you should pay.

AnyDesk replaced TeamViewer and I wish I had known about it sooner
I switched to AnyDesk from TeamViewer after a 5+ year long personal endeavor with TeamViewer for managing remote machines. AnyDesk is better in nearly all aspects, namely value.

-Client is easy to install and setup
-Mobile App has all of the same functions of desktop
-Cross-platform client compatibility (Mac, Windows, iOS, Android)
-Discrete usage (no nagging indicator that a remote session is in place, no pop up before or after session)
-File transfer supports shared/local clipboard
-Excellent performance/speed
Nachteile
-Mobile app can be a bit finicky when switching between touch and mouse-scrolling mode. The navwheel helps a lot with managing the controls though.
-No Account-Based device remembering (you'll need to enter your remote device tags on any machines you want to access them from, rather than managing a single authenticated account)

Platform For PC Remote Management
The one aspect of AnyDesk that I really appreciate is that you don't need to type the 16-digit code every time because it displays a list of previously connected devices. to remotely fix client laptops and desktops and user computers. Additionally, I can immediately utilize it after downloading it.
Vorteile
Using a mobile device or desktop/laptop, remotely troubleshoot problems and resolve them immediately. It connects almost immediately, and there is little latency. I enjoy connecting to one of my PCs remotely since it is stable and reliable, allowing me to work, transfer files, edit videos, and do many other things.
Nachteile
sometimes, it ends the connection on its own or disconnects. Anydesk functions flawlessly on a PC, but the mobile version is awful.

Great, service was nice and answered question even before we bought the software in less then 24 hours

Remote control is fast and easy, really easy to set-up, you can set your company logo and branding, everything is pretty easy, and everything can be configured from the admin page.
All the feature you really need from a remote acces software, plus some cool feature, not seen in most software

the auto-update feature does not work on a custom client, but if you have a deployment solution is pretty easy to deploy the new version

Overall, AnyDesk is good product for remote access, but This was being infected by Virus. Therefore, I don't recommend this product to others

Anydesk is truly any desk
AnyDesk is a very convenient if one is one light remote access. its very useful to connect with other people especially if you not at work.
Vorteile
Anydesk software made it possible to literally connect with any desk in different locations. It gives remote access to virtually any computer that gives you its log in credentials.
Nachteile
Its not compatible with a some other operating systems. Mostly use Windows so tough luck if you Linux

The ease of connecting two PCs is possible and Anydesk allows it
In general it is a good product. If you want to make punctual remote connections and for punctual tasks, it is a very good option. It has a recording advantage and is a plus, in addition to being able to select the interface language you want.
For people who do not share much their connection to their computer, it is a good option.
Vorteile
I like that it's simple and doesn't require as many updates. One of the biggest advantages is that you can record the login of someone of your interest and then review what they have done. This is especially useful for technical support or after sales service for any use of the program you are working with.
Nachteile
I do not really like the idea of keeping a fixed password since some user who has previously entered, will be able to enter in the future if you have not changed the password.
Sometimes its startup can be a little slow and the interface once connected remotely can also be slow to show ... this can turn into a nightmare.

AnyDesk gives you remote access from anywhere
I use AnyDesk to assist members of my team or clients of the organization when they are having problems with any application on their computer. I also use it to provide technical assistance to our clients with their servers. The biggest benefit is that we can hold more than one session simultaneously.
Vorteile
AnyDesk is very easy to configure. The installation is carried out with a few clicks. What I like the most is that you don't need to be an expert to make a remote connection in this software. Just by entering the unique identification you can connect. Another feature that I like is data transmission speed, since the audio and video quality is great.
Nachteile
Something I dislike about AnyDesk and it's the price, since it is a little above that of other competitors, especially in its professional version.

Es una herramienta muy práctica
Ha sido demasiado práctico su uso, comparado con otros. Ha facilitado la conexión entre usuarios.
Vorteile
La rapidez de su conexión. Con otros softwares la conexión tarda más tiempo en establecerse comparado con AnyDesk. Es más fácil para ambos usuarios.
Nachteile
Hasta ahora no hemos encontrado algo que nos gustaría cambiar en el Software. Se adecua demasiado a nuestras necesidades.

Anydesk para mi... el mejor
Excelente software, pequeño, lo uso desde mi móvil o pc.
Vorteile
La facilidad de uso, es amigable con el cliente, fácil de encontrar en la web e implementar en cualquier equipo... la seguridad que le da a ll cliente al momento de brindar el acceso remoto.
Nachteile
No tengo ninguna queja del producto, es funcional en todos los aspectos de mi trabajo

Not the best remote desktop sharing software
During these work from home period, having an application like this is the right choice. We can easily share our screen with our colleagues or IT team so that they can easily solve or troubleshoot any problems in our computer. AnyDesk does the job but not up to the mark, its laggy sometimes and disconnects randomly which might be pretty annoying. However its free and with regular updates it is getting better.
Vorteile
AnyDesk is free to download and use. It works on different platforms such as windows, mac, android etc. It can installed easily just like a regular application and doesn't require any technical knowledge to use it. We can easily share our desktop and let others access it with just few clicks. It works better with high internet speeds. Doesn't consume much ram like other applications. Its getting better with updates.
Nachteile
UI is laggy and with slow internet it gets worse. Screen sharing drops randomly and doesn't even notify the users. No option to share system audio. Needs lot of improvisation with user interface. It's mobile application lags so much making it hard to use.

Efficient and latency-free remote work.
AnyDesk is an excellent tool for working when I am not in the office, I can access my work devices from my personal laptop and work without latency or performance issues.
Vorteile
I like it because it is easy to use, has an intuitive design and allows me to manage multiple devices at the same time without slowing down performance.
It allows me to control remote employees and assist them in case of any contingency.
Nachteile
There is nothing I dislike about this software.

Safe & great remote-control tool for computers!
Remotely access AnyDesk computer in a clean, secure and efficient matter.
Vorteile
What I like the most about AnyDesk is the easiness in remote connecting to the computer and how effortless it is in order to control the other device remotely. It's 100% safe to use between parties that are working remotely and need access to the other device for help in general.
Nachteile
I like everything. No cons at this time!
