As for permissions, we offer group, folder, sub-folder and document permissions so it would be helpful to connect to get a better understanding of the areas of focus. We also offer a tool called View As which allows you to see what folder level permissions you have applied to your groups, perhaps that is something of interest to discuss.

As of the ability to delete files once uploaded, we do have capability but it is only available for users with the right permissions. This particular instance is most likely the case for why you are only able to upload and not delete, which is another great example of the granular user/group permissions Firmex can apply.

As for the showing of information and upload updates, I believe this is via our email notifications which can be adjusted to a frequency you are more comfortable with such as once a day or once a week instead of hourly or immediate.

Thanks for the feedback on how easy and intuitive the platform is based on your user experience. As for renaming we have the ability to do this where other providers do not, therefore you have to delete the content and rename locally before reuploading. We have the ability to bulk move documents within a folder into another folder, as well as copy/move from data room to data room.

As for data limits, we offer a fixed pricing model for storage compared to the archaic per page model a few of our competitors are still billing on. There are reports in the product to let you know of your data limits, as well as notifications sent so there are no surprises should you go over those limits.

In terms of folder separation, using multiple (top-level) directories can help with folder separation. As for your comment about upload speeds based on file size, without understanding your set up or the file type I can understand the issue this may cause. We are the only platform that can handle 50 GB upload through the browser, it is internet based so depending on that set up it can impact file upload speeds. Thanks for the feedback on how the experience has been when adjusting folders and the structure of folders as it is all drag and drop functionality. In terms of the ability to customize permissions, we offer a role based system between what users have access to within the project (data room) and the information within meaning the documents. The permission combinations we have made are the industry settings we see most commonly used based on the roles you want to give host users vs guest users. If you require assistance further on how to best set those permissions, our support team is available 24/7.

We pride ourselves in how easy our user interface is to accommodate all users logging in to our data room. We do have the ability to leave comments and tags which can be found on the right hand side of the documents tab. Those comments and tags can be searched for within the search tab as well, although isn't a report function it still can be found easily.

As for our integration, we currently do not provide a direct integration to iManage and can't comment on what their product offers for the legal space. We do have API's that our clients optimized and these can be built in order to facilitate those potential needs.

Thanks for the feedback. We do send out invitation emails when being granted access to a data room, wtihin the email are links to the URL of the data room project you have been invited into. There are always links that users can send to one another for a specific document.

As for providing permissions, we have folder level security as well as a View As tool that allows you to see through that groups perspective on what they have access to.
