- Process management, for managing Quality processes (deviations, CAPA, Change Control, etc.) in the form of workflows.

The solution is accessible via a web browser: it is visual and highly intuitive to use.
The basic configuration, which requires no programming skills, makes a major contribution to enabling continuous improvement in complete autonomy.
The solution has an API for connecting other systems, in particular BI tools.
Of course, it includes an audit trail.

Ennov offers a ticket management platform, which enables incidents to be reported immediately. Support is good and is still improving. The company listens to its customers, and suggestions for improvement are regularly incorporated into new versions. Updates to the application are made available continuously and regularly, incorporating bug fixes and new features.
