Projects have sections and sections have task. Time is tracked on tasks and that makes grouping and organizing really powerful.

Nachteile

Invoice feature is to simple for me and no full support for different languages.
When I need to generate invoices for my customers they have to have the proper date and currency formatting.

My title says it all. I love how it's intuitive and there's no steep learning curve.. actually, barely anything at all. Just easy and beautiful time tracking, as they say on their website. You also stay organized with your projects because every individual one gets tracked and you can customize your report with what project and what timeframe you would like on it.

Nothing really. I'm happy with it. It's rather straight-forward.

Saves us money by understanding exactly where our time is spent, and that of our employees. The person leading the team seems to be super focussed on improvements and service.

Reporting used to be sub-optimal but it's improving in leaps and bounds. No other complaints really.

Ease of use and of course, the ability to print very detailed reports for our accounting dept. It's very fast and editing of items is clear and straightforward.

The menus for adding and editing current projects are tucked away under the Tasks menu but that is easy enough to get used to.

Ease of entering time on specific stories and the reporting options are awesome. We are able to see our team's total time spent for a given week broken down any which way at a moments notice and find issues and bottlenecks before they can become an issue.

Nachteile

Adjusting time can be a hassle if you forget to turn off a timer overnight (or over a weekend) and having to do some mental math to determine how much time to subtract.

Everhour was super easy to get started with, as I looked to start managing a team of my own freelance engineers. It is reliable, well designed and engineered and I could not be happier with our selection.

Nachteile

The JIRA integration was not easy to set up, but other than that really great job team, you should be very proud of your product!

Everhour 1 was clunky and dated but Everhour 2 is a massive overhaul and significantly better. Needs an IOS app.

It doesn't total of hours for subtasks. It would be easier to have a final total for one major tasks if it would automatically add it for us.

We use everhour to track time for our small team of 8 developers. We tried several other solutions, which did not work for us. We love about everhour the excelent integration with Asana, the overall speed and the beautiful design.

We use everhour as an application to Asana, and it has a very easy UI. Tracking hours and adding estimated time makes it easy to see what projects and tasks are profitable or not. Also Everhour offers great reporting; daily hours spent, or customized reports by projects that can be generated in different file types.

Nachteile

There might have been an easier way of sorting all labels and tasks per projects in Everhour when generating reports. As it is now, all labels appears for all projects even if one project is selected.

Everhour has user-friendly, almost perfect integration with Trello! Looking at the Everhour 2 Dashboard it is also clean and easy to operate. The visualisation is great.

The interface is very minimal with not many distractions and it's very easy to start/stop tracking. I also love that you can add estimated hours or budgeted hours.

I wish we could see the deadlines for various projects in a minimal calendar form. And I hate that we can't delete the "Connected" projects tab or set the default tab to "Internal", because we don't have any connected apps.

Good program. Does its job in a very simple way. Is easy to use and integrates with a lot of options. Users can be using it in a couple of days, and that's de best part of it.

Reports could be better. I would like the filters could be changed with no need to make a new report. In this way, a simple report (i.e: time reported) could be used in several ways (by week, by month, by year, etc.).

Not having a cheap plan for my profile that is from a single user (1), and not having how to inform in an easy and interactive way, my hour value so that in the reports he already calculates how much I should bill for my clients (2), or at least I do not know where to setup this, but I also did not have the time to search.

We were looking for a time tracking tool that integrates with Asana. We wanted to report hours done on specific client tasks and aggregate hours for each client and this pairs seamlessly into Asana and is easy to use by our team,

Nachteile

The way we label tasks by clients is not quite the same way as how the reporting mechanisms work here. All of our tasks live in one project in Asana, and we group the clients underneath a section in that project. When that section header is checked, Asana assumes all those tasks now fall under the section header immediately before, kind of an inconvenience, but there are definitely workarounds to label the tasks by client.
