As indicated in the title, I love the simple yet efficient interface where I can register time in a few clicks. On top of that, the dashboard and reports are easy to use at gets straight to the point.

Nachteile

I'm missing an integration option to our support solution. However, objectively, Everhour does provide an open API i.e. we could make an integration ourselves.

Vorteile

Teams, Budgeting, Basecamp integration, Reports and of course the ease of use. It really helps a lot to have a straightforward way to capture time and linking it to Basecamp To-do items. That way everything is coherent.

Nachteile

We had to adjust our way of work on the Basecamp side in order for Everhour 2 to be accurate. It's not a problem but certainly it is a challenge.

Vorteile

It is easy to use and to integrate in other tools like Asana. You can start the timer right from a task and thanks to the browser plugin you cant switch your current project in a matter of seconds. Additionally, you can analyse and evaluate the time you spent on certain tasks over multiple months and manage your time more effective.

Nachteile

The tool is great, however the time in "My Week Entries" is rounded to full hours. That's not a big problem but I think it'd be better if it was the exact time.

Intuitive integration into our chosen system (Asana) meant developers and designers never had to leave the main platform. This aided adoption and users could easily report time on the most granular of tasks without a PM creating them manually.

The ability to collect estimates and the customisable reporting were also strong points.

Nachteile

When adding a person to a project they weren't immediately able to book time to tasks. This meant resyncing from within app.everhour.com or waiting.

Its simple, easy to use, and it has a user friendly design and structure.
We tried more platforms, softwares before, but I think Everhour is the solution to our time tracking requirements.

And we would really like the possibility to stop the timer in the browser, and to being able to give a member a full permission, even for the billing section.

It's been so easy to keep track of times worked on our tasks using this tool. It's helped us better estimate how long tasks will take in Asana and that's really invaluable information for making sure we can realistically meet deadlines.

I absolutely loved how easy it was to build reports and share them with clients for invoicing. Also the fact that you have the ability to use the chrome extension where you only have to press a button, or use the app specific integration to start the timer, is great!

The timer keeps tracking time even if you put your computer to sleep, if I could suggest an improvement, it would be that.

I like the integration with Asana. It makes it very easy to track time at a task level. I have used other time tracking tools and found this to be the easiest to use. The reporting is also very good. It's easy to run customizable reports. Customer service is very accessible and very helpful.

I would like to see additional features such as an overall time estimate or budget for overall projects rather than just at the task level. Some type of forecasting tool would also be nice.

Our team had a big struggle in find a good time-tracking option. We tried many, many time-trackers and every one had bugs or were just bad. Everhour is simple, light and works just fine. We can add time we forgot to play, it's compatible with Trello and runs at an browser extension.

Sometimes Trello don't sync with Everhour and we have to it manually. But it's easy to fix.

The automagic Trello integration is just great. Working with Trello either from Trello itself or within Everhour is a breeze. The simple interface is easy and powerful reporting facilitates power users well. All of that for super reasonable pricing and with great support too.

No major cons I can think of! No publicly supported API yet but the team is working on this so not a real complaint.

The best thing about Everhour is its simplicity to track time. Also since Everhour 2 the reports are really amazing, flexible and beautiful.

Nachteile

Since Everhour there is not single user account, you have to start with 5 users. This is really bad when you're just starting to track time for your tasks and understanding its importance.

We primarily use Asana for all our project management, but it's a bit lacking in the actual time tracking. Everhour is the perfect addition to Asana. Now we always know how long each project takes for every member of our team.

As someone who's not very good at tracking time, Everhour was a real lifesaver​. The integration with BaseCamp is especially​ useful for me, and I find it easy to view all the time spent on​ different projects. Invoicing my clients is no longer a nightmare. Thanks, Everhour! :)

Great product quality with no hiccups in day-to-day usage. Service availability was also excellent. A simple, clean and easy to use interface.

Everhour's integration with Asana has made it nearly effortless for my team to track their time and progress at a project / task level. Time tracking compliance is way way up!

I'm unable to create an export of time estimates on tasks that have not had hours logged. Conversely, estimates and actuals are not included in my Asana exports. This is somewhat limiting in that I have to use custom fields in Asana for estimates, and Everhour for reporting of actuals. Additionally, I can't set up invoicing on a day or retainer basis.

Everhour has already paid for itself for the year by helping me track time I was missing in client projects. It is easy to use, has friendly customer service people and the reports make it easy to invoice clients and track projects.

It's very easy to track time using this product, which has given me a wealth of information about how I spend my day and has made me more efficient at work!

I wish the search feature would let you search by keywords. You have to type the name in correctly from the first word and then narrow it down. Or maybe have an ability to categorize projects to make them more easily searchable.

This software allows me to manage our designers time in the studio and to also accurately report back to my clients with reports that can show varying amounts of detail depending on their needs.

The software takes a bit of time to work out on certain complex areas but once you understand how the software works everything is intuitive.

It motivates you to work more efficiently on your own; Great customer support; Tracking the time spent on different projects. It makes it possible to work on your own or with a team located in different place (or even different time zone!).

Creating reports: If a user makes a mistake and report cannot be created, there is no clear message about an error - it just keeps loading the data and it looks like an issue in your end. Instead, you should communicate an error and ask the user to change his/her input. It'd save so much time! :)

Everhour is really easy to use, and this feature alone makes the software quite good. The time tracking process can be a difficult task to achieve, and for that reason the time tracking software must be simple and as painless as possible.

Nachteile

The integration has some things that are not working as smooth as we would like to. In our case, sometimes the integration with Asana is slow to sincronize and the DueDate feature in Asana seems to cause issues in the EverHour reports.

Everhour integrates with Trello and that makes my life so much easier when it comes to time management of our team.
Exporting the time sheets to a csv. file is a huge help.

It would be great if Everhour reporting had multiple filter functions to select jobs that have not had time recorded.

We can fully rely on this software in our everyday work. It had no bugs so far. Also, the integration with Insightly is very fast without any errors.

The reporting is also great. You can create a custom report which you like and that is excellent.

Nachteile

Lack of flexibility when it comes to customization. For example, Everhour tracks all Insightly task as one project and has no option to link tasks with particular Insightly organizations. For that reason, we had t do a lot of work to establish all our internal metrics.

Also, we still can't link specific comment to the specific time entry because the Everhour gives you the total sum time for the particular task not separated entries.

Everhour works directly with our project management software and has allowed us to better manage the time our graphic designers spend on individual projects. It's simple to start and stop the time tracking on the user end, and provides a great top-level few for the management side.

I was having issues trying to get it to integrate with Asana because I had no idea what I was going and Waclaw Wolodko was wonderful at guiding me through the entire process!!

I really enjoy the simplicity including the integration with tools such as Trello and Asana. Critically it is also the most cost effective time tracking solution I could find.

I don't like the fact that everybody can edit times. Maybe it's a function you can block so only team leaders can change times.

We looked at a lot of software to integrate with Asana and Xero to track our project time—and this one was the only one that ticked all the boxes. The feature set is great at achieving what we need and helping us better understand how we spend time on projects. It works seamlessly with our other apps! The support is also really responsive, answering any questions we've had and taking our recommendations into account on product updates.

Reporting can stand updates but with the amount of changes they've made since we signed up, I only anticipate this to improve. One thing that is annoying is the inability to see when a time was logged, which is needed when you forget to start your time and are trying to work back to figure out the time you spent doing something.
