Great support team. Prompt and patient to explain all your doubts.

Vorteile

Being cloud based and can be accessed from anywhere. It is easy to use and understand also not very difficult to train the staff.

Nachteile

All the softwares have different links. Would have been better if everything was under one roof as it is integrated with each other.

eZee & team (Parth Bharta) provide a great support along our business despite the new...

Vorteile

Most of it a quite useful, managing the rates and inventory all at once. Frontdesk, centric are easy to use, checking reports and monitoring our daily operation easily.

Nachteile

some features are not to our requirement - such as getting individual report of each room unit. That plays an important role in our business - vacation rental management, where we report to each individual owners of the property units.
Managing some changes of settings would be great if all properties can be done at once.

The mobile application is very helpful

Nachteile

Takes some time to select the features you need and to learn how to use them all. Lack of the option to block or assign the room directly from mobile app

User friendly and Excellent software ( E-zee)

I have been using different software before using E-zee and I am happy and Found myself out of every headache since i used E-zee . I can say that Ezee is, User friendly, Excellent and Complete in every manner.

Over all a positive experience and really easy to learn how to use the software

Vorteile

How user friendly it is. The fact that it is Cloud based and I can work from wherever I want in the world. Grate customer report.

Nachteile

There are a few things I would like to see improved:
The possibility that it's possible to search for a voucher number
When making a group booking I would like the reservation card to open directly, it is time consuming to have to search for the reservation again to finalize the booking each time you make a reservation.
That it is possible to have a group name and then name for each individual of the group at the same time

I am extremly impressed with the the promp support from Key Accounts and Consultant Farhin...

Its hepled us with a lot of back office stuff. Good apps for financial records and accounting eg.recons.

Vorteile

Very informative. Good back and front office apps. Can be accessed from mobile and remotely. Good record keeping apps

Nachteile

Not user friendly. There are too many clicks to get into an app. Some functions are duplicated. The user end is very complicating

I very happy for the support given by Representative.

Vorteile

I can manage all the Rates/Inventory and the Bookings from one place, like Expedia and Booking.com from one portal.

Nachteile

Nothing as of now, because I am still learning the software but this eZee Centrix is works much better then other Channel Managers..

Generally a good value and the comprehensive associated product in the package that has 24/7 tech support is attractive

Nachteile

no info available as you go along in the system when you are in a field and are confused or forgot what to do it there isn't any other way to figure things by but tech support

It is a great advantage that we can integrate all our processes and it allows us flexibility in running our business remotely. I enjoy the competitive advantage that the hosted solution gives us.

Nachteile

I would liked to have started the process with reporting and worked backwards as I may have worked differently. It has taken a bit more time to achieve the seamless reporting I need as there are many reports.

Competent help

Got very angry about Team Viewer... Frozen keyboard and shut down the browser.. but for sure not your fault :-)

Manage my Hotels efficiently

Vorteile

It lets me manage both my properties very efficiently. Very easy interface. Less errors than the PMS I had before

Nachteile

Mobile app can be improved. It gets stuck while switching the properties and also does not let me make new reservations

Fully integrated Hotel PMS for small and Medium Properties

using this Hotel PMS for 3 months. We do not have any experience in this Hotel Industry. Ezee team has helped us start using the system.

Vorteile

Support : We had more than 75 interactions on phone, Whatsapp, Chat and Email. Without any concern, eZee team supported in going live. They even helped us with multiple ongoing trainings.

All our requirements are achieved. It is feature rich solution for Hotels.

Overall great product

I am really happy with ezee Absolute. It is a bit overwhelming in the beginning, but one learns fast which of the many options not to use.

Vorteile

Value for money is excellent and also the funcitonality

Nachteile

A bit complex and old design (I like though what I see when I go to Reports, there the design seems to be fresh)

Very poor customer service.

Though i liked the produce, Customer service is very very poor.

It is easy to manage and less consuming of time

eZee Absolute best of PMS for hotel. Interface and function can be use easy. Report is great for hotel management. Especially working very well to support us in all area.

My experience with this software is ok.

Pros: Mr. Sagar Paperwala and his team has been very helpful.
eZee Absolute is connected to eZee Centrix/Reservation
Very helpful when it comes to posting to Quick-books.
Cons: Can not post with future dates (extra charges)
Reports generated by eZee Absolute are not very helpful

Wonderful total solution for our ARAGORN hotel and future ARAGORN hotels.

After discovering this EZEE software solution, I took directly the 30-days free trial. Together with the manuals, it is easy to start and there are so many possibilities. I regret only one thing and that is that I should found this software 3 years earlier. Now we are starting with the Ultimate EZEE program without any investment. Easy to use after its been properly setup

Better organization of my listings.

Relatively easy to use, helps keep track of all my listings and plan for upcoming days in one glance.

Nachteile

It is not integrated to Airbnb properly. So you'll have to monitor closely to ensure there isnt a missed booking from there.
