User Friendly

Vorteile

Very easy to use

Vorteile

The ease of usability and It's not slow are the two things we like. The interface is also nice and looks decently good. It has almost all the required feature and top of that eZee have good support, that makes everything better.

Nachteile

The reports can be a little better, especially while exporting the reports into excel format. Everything else is fine.

Its a great program, just it needs a better translation (I am latin american customer)

Quickly and instegrated system. Stop Overbookings. Easy managment of the entire hotel. Make recepcionist a easier job

Vorteile

The easy of use and the fast reservation option. The technical team have a quickly and certain response the most of the time.

Nachteile

The translation to spanish is bad, Sometimes the technical team dont give a quicky response or a certain response.

It's really easy to use.

Vorteile

I am using it since 4 years and been a hotelier for past 32 years, Ezee soft ware is my best as most important features are available.

Nachteile

When ever need to receive a assistance 24 hours your tearm helping. Specialy Sumit and Bhavesh even at mid night they support me.
I absolutely appreciate the way they help us. These two gentlemen is out standing. There knowledge and support

Very dissatisfied

Vorteile

Many of the features just doesn't work and doesn't make logical sense.
The biggest issue is accounts team. Even after making payment on time, they will keep displaying message the account will be deactivated because of non payment. If it was easy to shift to another software? I would rather do that.

Nachteile

Accounts team just doesn't look at payments and create a problem for everyone.

Using Ezee has made our work very simple and easy. They company is very supportive and prompt.

We have been able to automate our booking system effectively, the software operation is simple hence its easy to train staff.

Vorteile

This software initial setting up cost or fixed cost in nil. This make is Flexible as we are small properties in one group.

Nachteile

May be could improve more on the communication templates. We need to have more photos or sliders in our templates.

Amazing property management system that is extremely easy to master.

Vorteile

Very user friendly with all necessary features. Frequent updates to ensure that everything is up-to-date and any requested improvements are implemented.

Nachteile

The function to manage groups in the system was not great once we started using Ezee two years ago, but is already multiple times better than what it was.

Stellar Support

Changing software is never easy. The support at eZee absolute has really helped to make it a great transition.

Vorteile

I love the chat support feature. I generally chat with the same few people. They never give up until the situation is resolved. If they are unable to walk me through how to do something, they "show" me how to do it by remoting into our system so that I can watch them actually do it on my screen.

Nachteile

We did have some issues initially with our credit card processing but it has now all been resolved to our satisfaction.

A diversity of properties

the setup given our requirments has been relativlet straightforward. Easy access to the staff for assictance.

Vorteile

Depth of functionality. Its quite easy to use and the diverstiy and simplicty in handling the various sales channels. The particulair use we wanted from a system is met. Terrific value for money.

Nachteile

No issues. There will always be some pain in changing systems particulalry from staff used to previous systems. The upside in this change is plentiful.

quite easy to get adapt to the system, user friendly. live support is quick and responsive thanks to Mr. Sagar. working on the cellphone apps, moving forward since 2years ago when i 1st started

Nachteile

too many limitation, many function is not practical, and too many updates within days, should accumulate the system update and do it once a months or more.

Great value for your money

After conducting a market study for cloud PMS's I found this was the best by far value for money cloud PMS I could get. This was back in 2012 and by then I was the first user in my country. Now they are hundreds. Even so support keeps being helpful and development is open to improvements by from the feedback we have offered.

Vorteile

Value for money. Support. Development is very active.

Nachteile

Limited functions, but hey, that is was small self-catering properties look for in a PMS

Ezee Absolute has amazing features but it is quite complex to register the property and details

Just started using it - not live yet! Hope to save quite some time with automatic emails to guests and also save time by moving and amending reservations without too much hassle which was the case with my previous channel manager. Tech support is amazing and thank you for that!

Vorteile

Very flexible for moving rooms or amending stays. Quite helpful in keeping track of accounting. Great features!

Nachteile

Requires a lot of teaching in order to register the property descriptions, rooms, etc. No so obvious to find out what you need to do because of name of functions. Need a lot of guidance to go through that phase. Have to go on Centrix, on Configuration and use it on Front Office. Not to flexible regarding various languages.

Easy to use and Saves Time as well

Vorteile

We are using the eZee Front Office software since last two years and found it very simple to understand for every one . It makes all the Front Desk operations very fast and accurate and we are completely satisfied with it. The regular updates and new features added everytime saves time, and makes guests happier.

Nachteile

No comment. All works perfectly in my personal experience. outstanding service by the team. Thanks again guys

Very happy to be a eZee hotel from the start, the system is always improving and keeping up!

Vorteile

Cloud based, real-time updates, user friendly interface, technical support, regular updates and upgrades

Nachteile

speed.
There are of course problems that come up but the only thing that can´t really be fixed is the speed.
That´s the price you pay for a realtime cloud based globally accessible PMS

A very good reservation management package that provides me with an overview of all reservation...

Cons:
1. Individual login for Absolute, Reservation and Configuration. When opting for highest level, i.e. Absolute, it should include Reservation and Configuration as part of one set of menu's
2. Acceptance of credit card payments without having to acquire a speedpoint machine, eg. similar to Nightsbridge
3. Absence of a cellphone app. Not possible to process a new reservation on a mobile phone
4. Duplication re mananging calendars and reservations because Reservation doesn't fully interface with certain OTA's, eg. Airbnb, SafariNow and Travelground
5. Is an expensive option when compared with other similar packages
6. Not able to communicate with guests by email directly within Absolute

Pros:
1. Excellent customer service
2. Interface with OTA's, except for few mentioned above
3. Ease of use and tutorials provided

Regarding your feature requests, your account manager is aware about it. We have added them to our wish list and have already started working on it.
Also concerning the OTA integration, we do have a ready interface with Airbnb & for your property. However, AirBnB doesn't provide a booking API and thus we cannot directly fetch the bookings to the system. We are still researching on it will update as soon as we will develop the new feature to serve this purpose.
Moreover, we are in communication with the other 2 OTAs you mentioned to establish an interface as well.

Our experience is not to good because the reports are not helping us.

Vorteile

Can create many folios and then merge them. Can transfer balance due from one reservation to anther reservation.

Nachteile

Have to use inclusions to enter an extra charge for a future date. Reports section are not helping us.

Budget PMS

It's quite good but recommended software. Easy use and handy feature PMS system for hotel and resorts.

Easy to Use and System Freindly. It helps us to manage well all of our reservation and promotions online. Their 24/7 support group always willing to hel pand assist to our needs.

Nachteile

Some glitches with card details upon receiving the reservation online. I much prefer the ezee reservation than ezee centrix but both systems are good.

Excellent software. it is very customer-centric. I like it very much!

The Reservation list, Group Booking, Folio Management, Invoice, Stay View interface, Housekeeping, Maintenance, eZee Centrix, and eZee Reservation.

Nachteile

The eZee Absolute hotel app sometime slow and lag especially the notification page. Furthermore, it doesn't have the feature of making a reservation.

Nachteile

Ours is a seasonal property which operates for only 4 Months in a year & it requires regular brainstorming regarding Features & Functionality . Though the customer support team is easily reachable there should be a little flexibility in terms of features.

EZee is really easy and have fantastic support

After 5 months of testing of 4 softwares and research I did I have decided for EZee and I am happy. No outages, really good support. We are the hotel with 25 rooms and the restaurant. All works for 100%

Self checkin option is missing. There must be some options to collect the customer details from what's app or sms before tye checkin so we don't have to collect it and update it manually.

Must have!

We would have been more overwhelmed if we didn't use eZee absolute. Why? As a first starter, all you need basically to have your channel manager set up so you do not even have to worry about your room allotment being randomly input by yourself every time you have bookings from many of your extranet. It helps us so much in managing better room allotment, since we used ezee absolute channel manager, we're no longer having a nightmare where people book at the same time from a different extranet. Once they book, it will be automatically in the system without us having to go again and check and assign them. Everything is easy the user interface is very friendly looking, we cannot recommend enough.

half of the things just go natural like iPhone and the other half is mystery. But I love love support!!!! I get all my answers easy and clear and in a few minutes!

Nachteile

I need Home button to come back to main page with reservations whenever I am. Also Ezee logo dont work as home button it piss me off a lot. It is waste of space! Just do it! it is so simple and natural ;)

Simply AMAZING! Not only is the support team wonderful but this software is easy to use!

This software has great functionalities are great. It competes with other really expensive and they have the best customer support staff!

Nachteile

My least favorite thing about this software is the fact that we are unable to backdate/post for past date or future dates.

However, we have a feature of "Insert Transaction", using which you can add transactions in past dates if you have availability on those days. But, this transaction can be performed by "Admin" user only, and is available on privilege basis for other users.
