I've been using this product since 2014 and so far so good.
Did very well as a patch management on my environment with remote control feature, software deployment etc. all for a lot less compared to others.
Vorteile
Easy to use pretty much can figure out on your own... and with lots of website support on how the product works. Best bang for the buck.
Nachteile
some updates fails just to find out it was already running or not needed on the machine when set to auto which is not a major issue.. it's also constantly having a hot fix.

I love the product, simple.
Vorteile
Remote Desktop Access, Inventory Management, Software Deployment. All these are made easy and enjoyable in manage engine.
Nachteile
There too many agents, one for Asset Explorer, another for Inventory et, and a new one is release with every update and deploying them via Active Directory is not very clear. This is confusing at time.

Excellent Endpoint Management
Vorteile
This is one of the most user-friendly systems I have used. It's intuitive enough that I did not require any training on it. If I had questions, their support team is just a click away and they are quick to respond and are quite thorough and attentive. We use the system primarily to update our Windows systems and to manage our mobile devices.
Nachteile
The remote access piece can be challenging on Android devices.

Good Product!
Our business was looking for a software to handle our computer updates and software as well as remoting in to asset our end users.
Vorteile
Was easy to hook up to our Active Directory on premise. It was super easy to get the agent to our computers in our network.
Nachteile
When a software deployment fails it doesn't tell me what is wrong it just fails.

Fantastic Platform

Great all in one tool for patching, deployment, and imaging
It's been a great and essential piece of software.
Vorteile
The software is good value for the money and covers a lot of aspects. In addition, the vendor is always adding additional functionality.
There are some really good value in their managed packages where you can easily push applications without having to manually package them.
Nachteile
Imaging component is a bit weak, sometimes some oddities found with certain components (for example it wasn't until recently you could re-push a profile for MDM)
Once in a while it can take some time for commands to start working on the workstations.

Desktop Central is a great all-rounder at a good price
Very good!
Vorteile
I was looking originally to improve the patching capability for software on our laptops, which are not connected to a domain. Desktop Central absolutely did that - but it gave me so much more, such as inventory, software reporting, MDM and more functions that I knew I needed but had put onto the longer-term roadmap. With Desktop Central able to cover these things too, I know I'm going to be able to roll them out quickly.
Nachteile
There is very little to complain about. If I was going to nit-pick, I'd say that the UI might be a little more intuitive than it is. The same is true of the knowledge base - it isn't bad, but it isn't simple.
However, UI complexity is the cost of having a highly-featured product, so this is not a big complaint.

Overall the experience has been great. As a teacher part-time at the local State College I turn all of my students on to this solution. This way the students can practice themselves maintaining their own updates.

If you have bought all the licences, it is a very good product.

It is easy to use, you get the important information and it is a good basis for our CMDB.

Very poor sales advice. The combination of the different modules they sold us does not work together. We had to buy several additional licences after the launch.

Reliable for Windows, but not for other platforms.
Vorteile
It is easy to deploy and rollout the remote agent onto end user computers and systems, as well as the interface for the browser based admin console is easy to use.
The tools and functions for Windows based devices seem well done.
Nachteile
Integration for Macs feels very limited in comparison to what is available for Windows.
There isn't a way to immediately force deploy/remove Patches/Software to computers, you can only schedule deployments with an ASAP priority, which may not deploy in a desired time frame.
Information and reasons why patches and software aren't being deployed is vague even when according to documentation it should be deploying.

They are sending reports by mail and their various number, ease of setup, remote control of stations (many functions), presence of hints, possibility to set up an automatic updates on stations, editing of register in real time, own application on the phone, and many others.
Nachteile
sometimes when the drop-down menu from the agent cannot be postponed, the button is not pressed. Also, during the On-Premise system testing on my laptop, the connection with the server was lost twice and it was not possible to do anything.

Perfect for a small agency
I am a contactor and cannot always be onsite to fix issues. Making sure systems are up to date was my deciding factor on the software, and it doesn't disappoint.

Cleanup of Active Directory, vulnerability management, patch management, mobile device management.

Centralized management and visibility of patch status, including third party products is great. The inventory reports out of the box work well. It takes some time to get set up. Deploying via remote agent never worked correctly, but via GPO worked just fine.
Nachteile
Remote deployment would have been nice. Several of the user guide articles seem to be out of date. Lots and lots of settings to wade through.

Secure and easy to use
Vorteile
Fully scalable and free for small businesses. It schedules updates on your Mac, Windows and Linux machines and even mobile devices and remotely manages all of that. Deployment was easy.
Nachteile
All good, the Two Factor Authentication occasionally doesn't work correctly in Chrome and requires login from another browser.
