Vorteile
The software is extremely powerful and let's IT administrators spend less time with manual tasks. It is easy to use and is great for companies with regulator requirements (GLBA).
Nachteile
Desktop Central is not updated if laptops are away from the office.

So far, so good!
It's been great, thus far. We're working on a deployment plan, but everything I've tested is very good. I do wish that there was more clarity around the use of Distribution Servers, IP Scopes, etc., in a multi-site, multi-domain environment. It's a bit confusing, but so is our environment. ;)
Vorteile
Much more intuitive interface and streamlined workflows than Ivanti Security Controls.
Nachteile
I wish there were more granular permissions for the service accounts, for security-conscious companies like ours. Tossing Domain Admin at everything may work, but is totally unnecessary, 99/100. Heh.

Overall experience is good, as now it is easy for me to manage and look after the status of development and developers' updates.

A little confusing to start but they place help links all over that have answered all my questions.

Difficult to use
I get frustrated often. I would rather use a different product.

Not much. The remote app works well. That's about it.
Nachteile
Very difficult to navigate and use. I've been using it for 3 years, and still have not figured out how to get it running smoothly. Downloads fail for various reasons, and support does mostly well for simple things, but difficult things, not so much.

Very good. With some room for improvement.
Vorteile
Patching is nicely automated and reliable.
Nachteile
Some configurations have to be done manually. Some updates require investigating and uploading specific .iso files with specific naming. That is pretty annoying. Some of the error codes are also not understandable. There should be more details and clear instructions.

Remote Control spares us talking to end user asking questions, instead we take control of the mouse/keyboard remotely and address the issue, while training the end user in one session!

Remote Control and pushing software updates on both windows pcs and android/ios devices have been instrumental in addressing the gaps between our hardware and our enterprise software solutions.

I use this software everyday. It has alot of good points, and a few bad. overall i am happy with the software. Just wish they could get it to patch the systems better.

Has a lot packed in to one software. You can manage your Desktops, Laptops, and servers all from one software. You can remote into computers. You can update and patch systems automatically. theirs so much to this software. theirs to much to list.

A lot of time is spent trying to get patches to push to all computers. We have to push them out manually. to much maintenance is required to keep everything up to date.

MEDC - a cut above!
Vorteile
Integration with their existing Mobile Device Manager software was automatic and immediate. It was very simple and easy to use.
Setting up configurations for automatic software deployment and updates are also very easy.
Nachteile
There is no anti-virus integration that I have seen. This is the only real con so far. Otherwise everything works very well.

I switched from one patch management software company to Desktop Central and it was awesome.
Better control of all desktops and servers
Vorteile
Its easy to use and very powerful. Setup was very easy and deployment was just as easy. I have gained much insight to the computers on my network and that's great. They also treat a server like a pc making it much easier to manage.

Top notch support.

DesktopCentral integrates with Active Directory and is absurdly simple - almost effortless - to deploy throughout an org. Push software updates, including Windows Updates, with only a few clicks. An invaluable tool for a sysadmin's arsenal.
Nachteile
Some of the modules feel a little kludgy at times, but it's barely worth mentioning.

Great software that will increase your productivity but needs a modification.
Easy to use and upgrade, makes managing a lot of computers really easy.

Pushing out patches and software is a breeze. Remote control of desktops and being able to restart PCs and servers is great.

WE REALLY NEED TO BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE SOURCE OF THE PATCH REPOSITORY DUE TO ARMY SECURITY. WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PUSH OUT ANY MICROSOFT PATCHES THAT DO NOT COME FROM THE DISA ARMY REPOSITORY. I'M HOPING ZOHO WILL MAKE THIS CHANGE BEFORE THE ARMY DROPS THEM FROM THE APPROVED LIST OF SOFTWARE VENDORS.

I've been using this product since 2014 and so far so good.
Did very well as a patch management on my environment with remote control feature, software deployment etc. all for a lot less compared to others.
Vorteile
Easy to use pretty much can figure out on your own... and with lots of website support on how the product works. Best bang for the buck.
Nachteile
some updates fails just to find out it was already running or not needed on the machine when set to auto which is not a major issue.. it's also constantly having a hot fix.

Nachteile
There too many agents, one for Asset Explorer, another for Inventory et, and a new one is release with every update and deploying them via Active Directory is not very clear. This is confusing at time.

Excellent Endpoint Management
Vorteile
This is one of the most user-friendly systems I have used. It's intuitive enough that I did not require any training on it. If I had questions, their support team is just a click away and they are quick to respond and are quite thorough and attentive. We use the system primarily to update our Windows systems and to manage our mobile devices.
Nachteile
The remote access piece can be challenging on Android devices.

Good Product!
Our business was looking for a software to handle our computer updates and software as well as remoting in to asset our end users.
Vorteile
Was easy to hook up to our Active Directory on premise. It was super easy to get the agent to our computers in our network.
Nachteile
When a software deployment fails it doesn't tell me what is wrong it just fails.

Fantastic Platform
This platform is fantastic! It's helped me on multiple occasions and has always been reliable. The customer service is also super responsive and helpful. I couldn't recommend it more!
