I can’t tell you how many times my order has been delivered to the wrong house. I even put the instructions to my home in the order. My address is plainly on my mailbox which is on the street and unobstructed. I even had a delivery man come to my home with my neighbors order and show me the address on his iPhone. It was the wrong address which he would have known if he looked at my mailbox

GrubHub is very convenient in that we can order what we want online and send someone to pick it up or have it delivered. These options are highly convenient because we aren't always able leave the office. Sometimes it's a small order, sometimes it's a big order, but nonetheless it's highly useful and efficient. There are so many businesses that use this and it makes for great ordering decisions. We have been using this service for a while now, and it will be used in the future. They are always adding different businesses for us to choose from.

Sometimes a company that we like to order from no longer chooses to be part of the GrubHub. We haven't had to reach out to customer service much, but the one time we did there was a long wait and we were transferred from person to person and it took a very long time to get to the correct person. Once we got with that person out situation was handled properly, but it was getting to that one person which proved to be a bit of a task.

If I could give them less than a star I would. I placed an order for lunch about 9is in the am. I get a message from them at 11:50am that my order was cancelled. No real explanation. I am at work and have no way of leaving, so I was left with no lunch. To make things even worse, they send me a $5 off coupon that has to be used today. This is only the second attempt at their service and both were horrible. First one my order was late and the driver explained to me that this happens if another order comes in before they get to me and if they are closer, they get their order before I get mine. I'm glad I'm on a free trial with Amazon (I will be letting Amazon know they are using a horrible company) otherwise I would have been even more upset. When I tried to order from somewhere else, it was well over an hour and past my lunch time. Thanks for ruining my lunch for me GrubHub. I will never use your service and for sure make sure I let everyone know how horrible your service is.

They were useful in that some customers want to order via GrubHub - perhaps because they have seen GrubHub's TV commercials, for example - and if you want to get these customers' orders, you have to sign up for GrubHub and have its tablet booted and sitting on your counter for the orders to come in.

Orders did pick up on GrubHub when it launched its partnership with Amazon.GrubHub charges a percentage that was higher than the other ordering/delivery platforms. Also, when we started working with them, GrubHub charged an additional credit card processing fee above and beyond what it charges for ordering and delivery. So, you are told you will be charged, say, 30%, but then you find yourself paying an additional 3% for credit card processing. This compared to 28% and *no* credit card processing fee with DoorDash.GrubHub's system works less well than the other ordering and delivery platforms. Their app is slow to respond to commands, which becomes a big disadvantage when working at the counter of a busy restaurant - you need those fractional bits of time to attend to other priorities.GrubHub seemed to ignore the time we told their app that we could have an order ready to be picked up. We tell them it'll take a half hour, but the driver arrives in 10 minutes. This makes for a frustrated driver and it is unpleasant to tell them we don't have the order they are seeking.

Grubhub is an amazing tool, allowing users to easily select from a huge variety of restaurants, all with complete menus, to craft a perfect meal to be picked up or delivered straight to your door! Orders are customizable, and can be tracked straight from your phone or computer, and you can even request contactless delivery where the driver will drop off the order at your door and ring your doorbell without a handoff, which was great at the peak of the pandemic!

Grubhub is great for convenience, though it is certainly more expensive than ordering directly from restaurants. Since Grubhub charges service fees and will take a portion of sales, restaurants can sometimes raise prices of their items on the app, making the meal more expensive than if you were to just call the restaurant directly and pick up from them. If you’re looking for delivery, it can add on quite a bit more, but the convenience may be worth it.

GrubHub is an excellent online food ordering app. It helps save people time who have busy schedules, and it makes it really convenient for people who would prefer to have food delivered right to their door. I also love that there is a numerous amount of restaurants and food options to choose from. The customer service is always phenomenal, and I haven’t had any problems with this app. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I love how many options are available on GrubHub....especially in larger cities. I can easily order my lunch or send the menu to coworkers or clients to choose their meal options before I place an order. The site is easy to navigate and I can place an order...even complicated orders in less than 10 minutes.

As a person with Celiac...I like that I can look up restaurants by "gluten free" options.

I wish all the restaurants that have gluten free options, would list them as many times I have to call in to make adjustments to my meal order which is a pain.

While GrubHub has decent prices compared to all the other food deliver services...the fees do deter me from using the service as often as we would like to at our office.

GrubHub is one of the best ideas that software companies have come up with. People are able to order at so many places using this software. Weather you need prescriptions picked up at Walgreen's or you need service at a food store. You just type o it in the search area and all the businesses relation to what you're in need of Will pop up. Its very easy to use. If at any point you in fact find you do need help they have that feature as well, live support. I recommend this to everyone.

From my personal experience with this online ordering software, I find it to be very efficient and convenient when it comes to finding the best places to eat near your location. One of my favorite features is that you have the option to either have your food delivered to your location or pick it up at the restaurant at a certain time. This features allows me to choose the most convenient time to pick up the food. Moreover, you have the option to preorder as well for the next day and this is very convenient when you have events at home with guests . One of my most used features is the "start group order" and it allows you to invite your friends to order together. This is a very unique features that most online ordering softwares have not implemented yet and it is indeed a very important one. This software is definitely my go to application when ordering online.

I have had a couple of issues with the software, however, the costumer service is very fast and efficient and always find a solution to the issue at hand. Maybe, one of the features that could be implemented is the tracking your order features with the pick up and drop off process to facilitate the experience. Other than that, this software is very sophisticated and efficient.

What I like most basically about this software is the ease of use and the compatibility with most devices and the fast ability to get food from a facility to a person or meeting or wherever quickly.

There are a lot of parts of the apps that I think that need improvement. I think the modifications portion of the app is very important. I think the menu portion from each restaurant or facility needs to be updated very frequently. The ability to make changes or substitutions and things like that are not user-friendly. Or they’re not even available.

GrubHub's mobile app is intuitive and easy to navigate, their customer service is top notch, and on a more granular level, the ability to search past orders differentiates GrubHub from its competitors. They are also incredibly communicative if an order you've placed requires cancellation, as they send out a text, email, and even call you to notify you. Their additional fees tend to be less than services like Postmates or DoorDash as well.

GrubHub does seem to have a noticeably limited selection of restaurants compared to DoorDash or Postmates. This setback in and of itself may lead me to seek out an alternative food delivery app, considering the majority of its features are comparable, if not identical, to its competitors.

What I like the most about GrubHub is the customer service. They have a chatline that is filled with real people who are ready to help you with whatever issue you may be facing at that current moment. Another thing that I also like about GrubHub is that they were the first and only food delivery service to reach out to a platform (In Grubhub's case, Amazon with Amazon Prime for students) to tackle the convenience issue for students in regards to food delivery. They offer free delivery and promo codes with huge discounts for students that is so helpful and should continue.

What I do like least about GrubHub is the coverage, if that makes sense. Compared to UberEats and DoorDash where drivers are quickly responding to orders placed by customers. I have had to cancel and order and was close to canceling one until customer service found me a driver.

Grubhub offers a large selection of restaurants. Whether you want to eat Italian, American, Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, you can order food through Grubhub. And Grubhub's coverage area is also very wide. I have not been to a city where Grubhub cannot be used.

Grubhub is really expensive. First of all, the price of each dish is a certain percentage higher than the price on the restaurant’s menu. Second, you need to pay service fees, shipping, and tips. The price of using Grubhub to order a meal may be 1.5 times that of a meal in a restaurant. Moreover, Grubhub does not support ordering dishes from multiple restaurants at once. Chowbus already supports one-time ordering of dishes from 5 or 6 nearby restaurants, but Grubhub can only order one.

I had surgery in August 2020 and was unable to make dinner or have much use of my arms. A friend of my started a meal train for me and many of my out of town friends sent me Grub Hub gift cards. This was the first time I'd used Grub Hub, as I'm notoriously cheap and didn't want to pay the extra fees for delivery. I have to admit, I about became addicted! The app was super easy to use and had most of my favorite restaurants. It was so nice to have all of those choices at my fingertips, and to have delicious dinners just show up at my door like magic! Every driver did a fabulous job and we had no issues at all. Grub Hub was a lifesaver!

There were a few restaurants I wanted that weren't in the app, but I guess that is the restaurant's choice to participate. I do feel like the fees are too high to use the app too much, but when you are ill or truly can't make or get out to buy food it well worth the price you are paying.

I use this app, web version and mobile version, for ordering food & groceries. Very user friendly and well designed for easy navigation. It uses google map to locate the restaurants, map them and show the distances etc. Payment is very secure and maintains the history of the orders etc.

What I dislike is that they cut out the restaurants, they order your food as if they are YOU. So it’s not YOU ordering food it’s them pretending to be you and picking it up so that they don’t have to pay the restaurants a fee for using the service. I think this is especially bad for local places that aren’t chains. The restaurants don’t even know about this either because I’ve personally called several and told them what was going on.
