Very useful for sharing sales collateral and tools with employees and customers

An Easy-to-Use LMS

We started with a very complicated LMS that we did not love at all. When our contract was up, we went searching for something else. We can across Litmos and it seemed to be just what we were looking for: simplified, easy-to-use, but does all the same things that our old LMS could do. So we went for it, and we haven't regretted it since!

Outstanding Product

I reviewed 15 LMS systems for Cubex prior to making our final decision. Litmos checked off every box and seamlessly integrated with Salesforce. Their customer support is OUTSTANDING and their development team is constantly putting out new features and functions that make the system more and more valuable to us.

I've had a positive experience using Litmos LMS as an admin on the site and a user.

It's no secret that there are a multitude of options in the marketplace when considering an LMS. Your specific training requirements will dictate which direction you take. However Litmos offers customer service and support that is second to none! This is the reason I have chosen them above the rest at 2 separate companies over the past 2 years.

Litmos LMS served its purpose for a time but I moved on

It was good when we used it years ago, but the features were very lacking. We moved onto a different LMS back in 2017.

Great software!

Litmos provides a good user experience for the learners in our organization. They can quickly access and complete the trainings online or on the mobile app. The company has also pushed out some nice updates to enhance the experience. The only con is the admin side seems a bit clunky as it often takes many clicks to get the info you want, but even that has improved recently.

The biggest benefit of Litmos was tracking who had completed a training and who had not.

We readearched a lot of systems and by far Litmos and and continues to exceed expectations

Good and Bad

Good system as far as setting up, creating tests, and audio and video quality. I have about 600 learners on their platform. We are growing far beyond that and I am seriously considering dropping them and going with another company. Their customer support has always been difficult and at times down right arrogant. My last 2 requests via email have not been answered. The reporting function is cumbersome and flawed.

Quality LMS - Even for Large, Global, Extended Enterprise Training

We have used several LMS's, reviewed many. Litmos wins on many fronts. On the surface, many LMS's look good and work OK. Dig in, implement and negative issues arise. Digging in with Litmos and most my surprises were positive. They have made things easy, everywhere. And they are listening and getting better every update. Test this product against any "bigger" LMS. I believe Litmos will win and the bonus will be less $$. Notes: Easy registration, intuitive graphical interface, deep integration with Salesforce, 10 custom fields in registration, custom categories helping learners find courses, SSAE 16, Soc ll security certification, more languages, can have optional content with required content..reorder it..and add content to an existing course, can see status of completion for every piece of content in a course, admin can see learner view instantly, easy learning paths, auto schedule good looking pdf reports to any email, allow hlml code in most text boxes for customization, impressive auto email options, online community, impressive support....... and so on.

Like the ease of use. It's simple to navigate, lots of ways to customize and fine tune users...

Easy to get up and running. A lighter, more agile LMS that does what you need it to do.

This LMS was our second choice, only second because of some limited versatility.

Users were able to create and maintain their own courses and it didn't require the assistance with IT unless issues arose.

It started out great but as I get to learn more about the LMS it is not doing what we were promised it could do.

New to the app

Once I found the Litmos app I downloaded it for android and iOS. Overall I felt the app is very user friendly and makes training on the go quick and simple. However I found a few differences when I attempted to use the app.

I've been working with technology for 35 plus years and I've certainly seen my share of great products, as well as those which fall short of what they promise. I'm happy to report that the LITMOS Learning Management System exceeds expectations in every dimension:

1) It is affordable
2) It is truly intuitive and easy to use
3) Their LITMOS Technical Support Team is outstanding.

In addition, we are using ISpring (for SCORM Conversion of our materials) and the two systems integrate seamlessly.

Has worked well for our needs.

It has provided a resource for our training modules and a means for users to complete, on their time.
