It would be wonderful to be able to download the Monday log in a PDF format to save on our internal servers as we complete a full event. The information is no longer needed on Monday but is beneficial to keep in our records.

It's just packed full of capabilities... you really can use it for anything. While it feels a bit "much" when you get started, when you get the hang of it it's a really great tool for task/project management and communication.

Because it has so many capabilities, it can feel difficult to use - it's easy to overcomplicate things and get bogged down in the actual admin of the tasks rather than the doing. Ironic for productivity management. Also, it's not cheap.

I enjoy using Monday to track bug tickets for a mobile app. This helps me keep issues and bugs organized for the development team when they are troubleshooting and resolving issues. Despite its complex and extensive array of options; Monday turned out to be quite an intuitive tool, easy to get co-workers and even external contractors on board, and getting everyone familiar with the required tools in little time. Highly customizable, and just simply it was the best solution the team needed out of the box.

It was way too easy for any user to completely disorganize or even delete entire sections of a board on accident. For instance, I had an incident where my computer was unresponsive, and trying to click on anything again, I accidentally deleted one of our contractor developers off of an assigned section. Also, my leads often complained at how fragile the organization of the boards on Monday could be, where it seemed that adding a section to an existing board could change the organization of the entire board.

I think it's wise for monday.com to offer this, because if our employees move on to other companies after being introduced to monday.com, they are more likely to implement it there if they are already familiar with it.

I love the customizability of monday.com.

The time tracking feature. We are using another app for time tracking. Monday.com does a good job of tracking time for specific tasks, but we haven't been able to figure out how to track all of our time on a timesheet.

While the customizability is great, sometimes monday.com can seem a bit advanced for our small org. There are so many features to explore, but sometimes it can be overwhelming or beyond our needs.

We were using the free version of asana for our 3 person team, but now we are expanding use of the app to the entire org. Monday.com was the way to go because of the pricing and the flexibility. There are also lots of great tutorials.
