Very good for some but not all client types and geographical regions
The people are all very friendly and do the best they can to help. I just wish that they'd had more support for clients in different time zones. My clients tend to want solutions very fast and that was a problem.
When I signed up, the price was half of what it is now so it was acceptable. But then the exchange rates impacted my local cost and even when provided a discounted rate to stay on board, it was still a massive cost jump and not one I could pass on easily to my clients. So now I've gone elswhere.
Vorteile
Robust infrastructure. Up time is very good and does what it claims to do.
Nachteile
Rather expensive, especially if you have to factor in exchange rates.
Support is limited to their head office location hours so not ideal for people in other world regions
Rather inflexible in terms of configuration which makes it hard to white-label as well as some of others I've looked at.

REVIEW Management
LOVE it only would change a few things as outlined above.
Vorteile
Love the whitelabel features and ease of use! It's at a great price point for me!
Nachteile
I would like to see better and more integrations. I would like to see integrations with linkedin and instagram as well, I know it already share the reviews to FB & Twitter but these two would be great as well! I wish the texting feature was easier as well.

Great company - All functionalities one could need for their reputation marketing!
First of all, I would like to mention that I have not started actively using Grade.us yet.
However, I've been comparing it with a lot of other options out there and done extensive research. I have found that they offer the most features, in a very useful way and for an affordable price.
I did make use of their support team a couple of times, and they were quick to respond, friendly and helpful too.
All-in-all, I would definitely recommend Grade.us and I'll be using them for my agency with confidence.
Vorteile
Fair pricing: I have compared their pricing with other options, and they're not the cheapest but it's a good pricing strategy that leaves room for my agency to profit without having to ask fees that are too high.
Agency specific options: They have very useful features that are specifically designed to help agencies with building their reputation marketing business. Furthermore, they have TONS of free, super valuable content to help with this as well.
Quick support: They have a live chat feature. This, to me, is a must for any software I use (with a few exceptions for software that don't really need any support) in my business. I have contacted them a few times, and even though I'm not a paying customer yet, they were very quick to respond and very friendly.
Nachteile
Some things take a bit of research to get the hang of. But there's enough documentation to make up for this. I haven't really found something I don't like yet. If I do, I'll update.

Great for agencies
Vorteile
I really liked Grade.Us and used it for over a year. It was simple to set up and to use.
Nachteile
The cost was a little on the high side. But it has all the bells and whistles that other services don't have so it is worth the cost.

Great product, little expensive for marketers.
Really like this product. We're a startup trying to brand this for dentists and Drs. however, pricing is a little high for volume.

Hey Jason, thanks for the review! We hear you on the pricing--we've tried to come in at a price that still gives agencies and marketers room but doesn't sacrifice the quality of product and service that we can provide. I'm not sure that the balance we strike is right for every customer.
As for granting access to clients, though, you may not be aware that you can now white-label our dashboard to allow clients to login and self-manage. However, there are some additional costs to set that up. Reach out to support AT grade.us if interested!

Good software that does what it states
Really good and easy way for my business to show and implement.
Vorteile
Really food pricing when compared to other software out there, works really well, and new features have been added, good to see a product is continually improved upon.
Nachteile
Nothing really, it fit for what we were trying to achieve which was good. So check it out and compare it to see if it would work for you.

Great Tool for Managing and Improving Online Reputation
I use Grade.us for several of my clients. They love the fact that their reviews show up automatically on their site. It also gives their visitors an easy way to leave feedback. It is a good tool to help with managing and improving online reputation.
Vorteile
Ease of use. Both on my end and visitors.

Seamless and easy to get up in running in no time at all!
Reviews up on my website and campaigns in clients hands within an afternoon.
Vorteile
Everything was so easy to add to my existing web site and social media extensions. Streaming collective reviews and making it easy for clients to be able to enter a review with out much effort at all.

Save time and gives every customer the opportunity to review
saves me time and it reaches every customer. gives you one last chance to avoid the dreaded poor customer review .
Vorteile
once set up it is quick to use. It get to every customer. Should a bad review surface it gives you the opportunity to contact the customer before they sting you with a poor review.
Nachteile
They do not support SMS in my country. I feel like I am paying for the complete package and only getting part of it.

Changes don't take and it's nearly impossible to reach customer service
Vorteile
In theory, it's good software, if it works and if there is tech support to help.
Nachteile
It seems intuitive until you actually send out a test email. Then you find that none of the changes they made stuck. When I tried calling tech support, (twice) no one was available. I was promised a call back and nothing. Back to square one.

Great tool. Good pricing.
I've been using Grade.Us for over 6 months, and have had great success. My clients are getting 2-5 reviews per week that they wouldn't otherwise get.
Vorteile
Pricing structure allows me to be profitable. If a client wants to self-manage, white labeling is easy, and minimal training is required.
Nachteile
Appearance could be cleaner, and more options for requesting new reviews would be great.

A Great Tool
Grade.us is a great tool to help you not only facilitate the process of getting reviews but to manage and monitor the reviews that come in. I love having alerts that I can follow up with along with the ability to add an auto-updated feed of reviews to my sites.

Excellent Software and Service
I couldn't be happier with this product. It's truly easy to use and any questions are answered immediately. I'm a web consultant, and I've been working to get my current clients on the system. I've got a few happy ones so far! The rest just don't know what they are missing.
