Amazing Product

Excellent solution, great customer service

Before grade.us I was using a more manual + custom code solution. It was cumbersome and any changes were slow to build and required lots of testing, etc. It was NOT an easy solution. I tried a few other competitors of grade.us prior to finding them (local search forum) and immediately saw an increase in productivity (on boarding new clients) and an overall ease of management. Overall very good solution!

Vorteile

Very flexible and intuitive. Easy to setup and easy to use. I am able to change the reviews flows for each client, quick and easily.

Nachteile

The email/html editor could be a little bigger, less clunky.

Great for agencies

Vorteile

I really liked Grade.Us and used it for over a year. It was simple to set up and to use.

Nachteile

The cost was a little on the high side. But it has all the bells and whistles that other services don't have so it is worth the cost.

What Happened?

They worked great for us until they doubled the price without notice. I emailed them asking why and to call me and got a poor explination of new services which I don't use.

I used this software and it worked great for over 2 years

User Friendly Platform and Great Service

I highly recommend Reputology to any business that is seriously considering the importance of keeping up with their customer reviews. We have been using Reputology's services for over a year and we are completely satisfied with the results. Reputology has been consistently able to deliver a simple platform that keeps track of the many reviews our business receives from different websites on a daily basis. Additionally, we can look at reviews individually, break them down by different brands and look the data within its entirety. Nice, simple yet powerful solution for reputation management.

It allows you to manage your reputation with very little effort.

Vorteile

The solution is designed to basically do everything for you, you just need to answer a couple of questions and you are off to the races!

Nachteile

It doesn't have every single review site included yet! LOL Actually I can't think of any cons at the moment.

Tested most all of them out there and this is the one that gets it done right for managing...

I searched high and low through many of the review platforms. They all had bits and pieces but didn't do it quite right. Then I found Grade.us. They do it the right way and make it easy.

I needed a platform that I could management my own reviews and the reviews of all my clients. Grade.us makes that easy. I can white label my service 100% and make it my own.

My clients are getting great results!

Vorteile

Easy to setup new accounts.
Can brand on your domain or any number of domains you may want to have.
All the top reviews sites are there and if you need others they will add them.
Always making positive updates to the platform.
Clean and simple interface.

Nachteile

None really. One thing they don't have is an emailing system. Not a big deal in my opinion because you can use anything to send out emails and request the reviews on your review funnel landing page.

So easy to use, my infant daughter could learn it.

I don't know what I like better... the fact that I only needed 75 seconds of instructional videos before I was 80% of the way to becoming a power user?

Or the customer service team that handles my "we're not like your other paying customers" requests. They're amazing. Jon's amazing. They're all amazing.

Vorteile

The interface is simple, understandable, does EVERYTHING you could want in the review funnel industry, and is less costly than the other big brands that are out there. A week before finding GRADE.us, I was on a sales call with someone trying to sell me their full version for $5000/year... or their lite version for $2500. If more people knew GRADE.us existed, that other company would be out of business.

Nachteile

I wish I could magically teleport a staff member behind our customers when they're reading their "Take a moment to review us!" emails. I'm thinking this would definitely improve conversion rates! Please add this teleportation feature at your earliest convenience.

Great product, little expensive for marketers.

Really like this product. We're a startup trying to brand this for dentists and Drs. however, pricing is a little high for volume.

Hey Jason, thanks for the review! We hear you on the pricing--we've tried to come in at a price that still gives agencies and marketers room but doesn't sacrifice the quality of product and service that we can provide. I'm not sure that the balance we strike is right for every customer.

As for granting access to clients, though, you may not be aware that you can now white-label our dashboard to allow clients to login and self-manage. However, there are some additional costs to set that up. Reach out to support AT grade.us if interested!

One feature that's pretty genius is Grade.us' ability to gather reviews from all different rating sites in one place.

Nachteile

I wish there was a free tier offered, but there isn't. It's a great tool though so I'm happy to pay.

Great way to monitor your brand's reputation!

Grade.us is a fantastic way to monitor reviews around the web. By creating a dedicated portal for our clients, we have been able to capture more reviews from satisfied customers and address unhappy customers directly. It's easy to set up, and the ability to customize has been a wonder!

Vorteile

It's easy to set up and the customer support is fantastic.

Nachteile

The backend can be a little clunky, especially with multiple clients.

The best reviews platform I've found

Vorteile

This software is feature rich and simple to use. I tried a couple others. One was less expensive but more complicated and didn't offer anything close to the functionality of Grade.us . I am hooked!

Nachteile

I wish the prospecting report was more targeted. For example, restaurant reports don't show Zomato or Trip Advisor on them. I opted not to use the review scan because I prefer to have a conversation/email to explain the findings and give them the other findings that I searched out myself.

I love Reputology. As a administrator for our company of the software, it gives us an opportunity to correct a wrong or praise our employees.

Recommended for Online Score Aggregation

Reputology's program meets our basic needs. The historical reporting is the best feature, but we also like the flexibility to choose any combination of rating sites to create a custom aggregated score. We wish there was a cost-effective option of aggregating ratings for multiple locations, but our account exec did a great job explaining why this isn't easily achievable due to limitations set by certain rating sites.

Vorteile

Simple UI, dependable service, historical data, multiple crowd-source sites to choose from, email notifications

Nachteile

It would be better if the software could report back reviews closer to real time. And, there's not a cost-effective option to get the aggregated ratings for multiple locations; at least not for the rating sites we'd like to include.

Great tool for my clients.

Easy to set up, friendly team and many useful features. Actually probably more features than most clients need or expect.

Nachteile

There're not too many things I don't like about them. Because this is a mandatory field, I'll say that I wish they had a couple more customer support reps and maybe some on the west coast as well.

Reputology is a GREAT tool!

Reputology saves me time by accumulating all my reviews into one report that can easily be shared with our management team. It also gives us an average on our reviews and allows me to search specific topics and scores easily

Vorteile

It is very user friendly and becomes a one-stop-shop for all our reviews instead of making me log into each site individually. It saves me time and is an efficient tool when drilling down into issues.

Great system with an easy set up. No problems this far!

Vorteile

The simplicity! It is SO easy to use and navigate. The analytics are also a great plus with how easy they are to read.

Nachteile

If I use a response regularly, I am unable to save that response which means I have to type it out every time. Also, in order to get analytics for a specific location you have to change the filter every time.

Our Reputology Experience

We have had nothing but positive experiences! Their platform allows us to pull all social reviews into one place and let's us email custom reports to our restaurant's managers. This has been extremely useful in helping us stay on top of what our guest's are saying about our brand. The platform also makes it extremely easy to reply back to those who leave you feedback. We were previously paying more than double the price for a similar service before we found Reputology.

Winner of the review data aggregators

We reviewed every vendor we could find in the space and Reputology won by a landslide.
The sales/setup process was effortless, UI is very easy to learn and work with.
Reputology has a plugin for Hootsuite - this was a major win because our team doesn't have to learn a new UI nor do they need to remember another login.

Nachteile

A Great Addition to my list of Services

A client asked me to recommend a service that would help them manage their online reputation. I was pleased to find Grad.us. I was about to purchase the service for my client and then realized that they had a reseller option and I jumped at the opportunity. This is exactly what I needed to expand the services I offer.

Vorteile

White labeling - Expanding my brand this easy helped my one man shop.
Customer Support - Getting a phone call on a Saturday to fix an error that I made, saved me time and money.
Continually updating the product with new tools and features as well as upgrading existing features.

Nachteile

As a beginner I find some of the more advanced features difficult to use, but the support team is always there to help when needed

When Clients Tell Your Brand Story

We are in an age now where every product and every small business is being validated by consumers and customers. When a small business has established a distinct brand and tagline, a potential customer turns to social media, review websites and other sources to see if real customers reinforce the business claims. I called this objective "When clients tell your brand story". By having the Grade.Us method of inviting reviews and then streaming the reviews to your website, it inspires the business staff to live up to the core values of the business because they are rewarded with great comments. Fantastic Customer Experience - Easy Deployment and Integration

Vorteile

This software was easy to deploy and integrate. This is a easy way to keep tabs on online reputation. The daily e-mail alerts recapping new reviews are extremely helpful and have allowed us inform and engage a larger audience as it pertains to areas of opportunity and reputation management.

Nachteile

While everything you need to keep tabs on things is built into the software, there really needs to be a view built in that summarizes ratings across every site on one page. This would be great to have access to both online, via integration and via e-mail digest.

WOW! This is THE Review System to use!

My agency has been looking for a review system to offer for our clients for months. We have tried other options and all have failed. Whether it was customer service, issues with the platform, all of the above... etc. After the walk-through of Grade.Us with Jon, I knew we had found our solution! Grade.Us has been a breeze to set up for our clients (About 15 complete and many more to come on board!). I am able to set up a client in a matter of minutes. Easy review system solution

The platform is easy to set up and navigate. Perfect if you want a white labeled solution. I do like how there are easy instructions on how to leave reviews on the various platforms which help when soliciting positive reviews online.

I wish there was a lead capture form with the review platform - like book an appointment now - I know of other review systems that have that integrated and I have thought of switching based solely on that feature

Poor Support, not worth the time to setup :(

Vorteile

cost - it was cheap. We had the demo and compared a couple of options and it appear these guys would fit.

Nachteile

The support was terrible! The interface was not great and needed an overhaul. Oh, and the support was poor.

The support staff are great to work with!

Vorteile

Simple and understandable user software. Easy to explain to my clients but should an error arise, support is always happy to help out as well.

Nachteile

No complaints just yet. Support is always available to jump in and assist if a small error arises but overall no complaints.

The Grade.Us platform is fabulous! One of THE BEST decisions we made in 2016.

We now feel in more control of the review system. We can be proactive vs reactive & request reviews instead of just reacting to those we receive.

Ease of use. Customizing each account to reflect that business. The peace of mind in knowing that you are managing you reviews in a proactive vs reactive manner.

Nachteile

Would like cleaner interface with Facebook - where we could just put a post that links to the system - Like a Facebook Grade.Us button.

Reputology is a great product. It's simple and easy to use and saves me a lot of time.

Vorteile

Detail reports that demonstrate progress, which can be broken down monthly/weekly/daily and location if you have multiple sites that you are tracking. You can request a full report which will be exported to you in an excel format.

Nachteile

You can reply to reviews for only certain sites directly from the software (like google), and for others you can only view the review and then have to log into the site and reply to the review (like Facebook, yelp, etc.).

Fantastic Support

We have generate fantastic reviews for our business, and for our clients. Great software.

Vorteile

The software is by far the most feature rich, flexible, and customizable we have researched. From an agency perspective, there is a very robust and comprehensive approach to satisfying us as an Agency with specific needs. The support team is very responsive and helpful throughout the process.

Nachteile

My only critique, which does not take away from the 5 star product or experience, is that the user interfaces, reporting dashboards, the "gradient" review buttons on invites ... all are extremely dated. I believe a lot of it is customizable, but we haven't gotten that far, and wish it was a lot more polished out of the gate so we didn't have to clean it up and modernize it.

I feel this product is a great product for the price.

Vorteile

Very easy to use. You can choose which sites you want to promote for reviews and select who you send the invite to. Great for a small company.

Nachteile

Not a complex program, but serves its purpose for the reasonable monthly charge. I don’t use it much, but have not been informed of any issues.

Reputology with Ashley Homestore

Vorteile

Fast notifications when someone posts a review. We have had a good experience using Reputology to monitor our online reviews. We have been using this site for over a year. It is a easy way to monitor all of our online reviews. Reputology sends me emails soon after a review has been posted. It tells me what site it came from, who posted it, and what the review says.

Nachteile

Not all of the website that report come through constantly.

Grade.US Makes the Grade

Makes the review process so easy for my clients. They LOVE the ease of the system. The cost is very affordable. Features are great - especially the review "Streaming" from multiple sites via a widget on my client's web page. Set up is easy. Lots of options for generating reviews and ability to select the review sites you want to target.

Trippled Google reviews in less then 30 days.

For a local HVAC business reviews are crucial. Over 5 years and only managed to get 14 customers to leave feedback. Now at 36 positive reviews with 1 day left in the trial offer and thats not counting yelp reviews that are "not recommended", not the softwares fault just Yelp is horrible.

Vorteile

Easy to use.
Able to stream reviews with their wordpress plugin right to my website.
Follow up emails if the customer does not click in email to rate.

Nachteile

None I can think of except it is not free. Very much worth the price for my type of business though.

Must Have for Any Marketing Consultant

It helps me tap existing goodwill my clients customers have for their business. Its completely "White Hat" and helps make it easy for customers to share their feedback via online reviews.
Now, if a client does not have a lot of happy customers out there, it doesnt work as well--but at least it helps them ID the problem.

The analysis tools were very useful. They provided me with overviews for restaurant reputation performance. They helped me identify specific trends and issues within our various restaurants.

Nachteile

The lack of Yelp data is an obstacle for me. It leaves me with an incomplete picture which results in inaccurate reporting.

We Love Grade.us

Vorteile

The ease of use from the user side to our side. We have worked with other review systems that were complicated and impossible to get a hold of customer service wise. Grade.us solved all of our issues, and has amazing customer service to boot.

Nachteile

Slightly more expensive than other systems we have used, but only marginally so and you get what you pay for.

A service that makes collecting reviews easy

I've been using this product for about 2 months now, it makes things easier for me so I am not required to manually collect reviews from other paid services and individually post on client's websites. It takes a little while to set up which in the long run still saves time and effort. There have been some glitches along the way, but the customer service department and owner have been there for us each step of the way correcting any error as soon as it occurs. We look forward to continuing use of the product and see how it benefits our company and our clients.

What a great product

The one area I have struggled with my clients is how to help them get great reviews. I've read countless articles with "tips and tricks" to accomplish this, but they all had the same problem...it would take my clients serious dedication to accomplish. I literally stumbled on grade.us while researching something else, and immediately fell in love. With the widgets, landing pages, and email add-ons that they have, not to mention the written marketing pieces available it takes the work off of my clients. I look forward to a very long and prosperous relationship with this company

the ability to completely white label this product as well as the back-end knowledge base. I have had to email several questions when I couldn't find the answer in the knowledge base and so far I have received a response within minutes of asking the question. By the way, every question I have asked ended up having a knowledge base article that I just didn't find.

Overcoming Software Fear

For me, navigating in a new software has always been a little intimidating, however I found this software program very "user friendly". It makes sense which made the navigation easier. After initial training, I relied on trainers to answer questions, until I started using "customer support", it was as though someone was looking over my shoulder, and could tell me just what to do, I was asking fewer questions to co-workers, which made me look more capable, and in turn made me look and feel more secure.

Vorteile

The customer support has been one of the best features for me, certainly the most important, and the fact that the selections are clearly marked for each task, minimizing the time you spend for searching, leaving less room for errors.

Great Tool for Managing and Improving Online Reputation

I use Grade.us for several of my clients. They love the fact that their reviews show up automatically on their site. It also gives their visitors an easy way to leave feedback. It is a good tool to help with managing and improving online reputation.
