Grade.us is a great tool for Reputation Management that is constantly rolling out new features to improve service. The platform is very friendly and easy to learn and the customer service team is simply amazing.

We are a hotel management company with over 40 hotels all over the US. We were finding it more and more difficult to monitor all our hotels' reviews on a regular basis, until we found Reputology. This program allowed us to monitor every review on every hotel in one centralized location. We were able to give each hotel access so they could monitor from one location on the internet as well. With Reputology it became very easy for me to see which hotels were responding to reviews and which reviews needed to be responded to from a corporate standpoint. One great feature our executive team really enjoyed was the daily emails sent with all reviews completed within 24 hours. They could keep track of what was being said about our hotels on-the-go which was very useful.

Simple to use modular reputation management system for small business

After testing numerous review and reputation monitoring applications, the solution from Grade.Us came as a welcome surprise.

From it's no-nonsense dashboard and ease of setup to the complete white labeling of the software, it's been a joy to use.

There have been a few little issues as I'm in the UK and the software has been made for the US market, nevertheless the support has been exceptional, even the CEO John hall has been involved resolving my questions.

The modular design is what attracts me the most allowing me offer more custom solutions to clients not found in other more expensive solutions.

Great review monitoring, surveys and dashboard

I love that it pulls all of our reviews into one easy to manage dashboard. I also like that it gives us a solid analytic resource for our gains and setbacks. The BIGGEST win is the surveys that we use when clients check out. We can set a threshold to ask if they would like to share on social channels if their rating was above a rating we determine. And even better, we can select which sites to ask to push to, which has been immensely helpful for us to focus on increasing our ratings one specific sites so we have a better overall rating!

I do wish we could actually post responses from Reputology, not just monitor that they need to be addressed. I also wish we could assign a task within Reputology for another team member to handle if it is their area of focus or needs to be escalated.

Huge tool for generating exponential growth!!

We've had great success with this service and it has generated exponential growth for our company. The one downside that I would like to point out is the review manager system does not notify me nor keep accurate count when reviews are placed. I have found it to be of no help and I have to go to every site daily to find my reviews.

I have recommended this service to other company owners and explained the power it holds on making it very easy for the consumer to post a review. Amazing Software - Fantastic Service
