Great product and excellent customer service

I have called twice with questions on how to optimize grade.us for my business. The first time was with Jon Hall and he showed me how to set things up quickly to do what I wanted. The second call was with a lady who helped me so quickly that I didn't even get her name. They have a great product here. It is reasonably priced and so easy to use.

I've been using RepLoop a long time, since beta, even before it was called RepLoop. We've used every possible reputation management system over the past 6 years of business doing local marketing and the features in RepLoop are a veritable "greatest hits" of all of the best features of other systems. The owners are extremely responsive to user input and have aggressively and quickly made improvements and changes to the products over the past 2 years to make and keep it cutting edge. We run all of our clients through RepLoop and they are thrilled with it and the results it provides.

Reputology allows a growing hospitality company the opportunity to monitor its locations and provide direct feedback in order to improve guest relations. The platform allows for all management to be involved with individual access levels.

Easy to use and very effective for generating positive reviews.

I've been using Reputation loop for a little over 12 months and have nothing but positive things to say about it. The entire platform is built with the user in mind. It's simple to use and it actually works like it's supposed to. A rare thing to find with software these days.

I'd say my favorite part of the whole software is the built in "review filter" technology that lets unhappy customers vent but do it in a private setting and not online for the world to see.

straight forward easy to use SaaS platform with great results

Getting started with this software was very DIY and simple to follow and understand. When I needed support (which was very rare) the support team was responsive and solved my issues. Great service!

For starters, they answer the phone! I had someone walk me through the entire setup process for our white labeling. The reporting is thorough and the setup is fairly simple. Great people, great service.

These guys are great!

After paying an amount for one store with one review soliciting software, I was able to get up to 25 stores for a cheaper price with Grade.us. Just as feature rich even if it isn't as pretty.

Reputology Review

We like how we are notified whenever we receive a review and from what outlet it came from. We also like how it shows us our overall rating and how we're able to access all our reviews from one site.

Generating Lots of Positive Feedback For Clients

The software is easy to set up and easy for the client to use. If they can add an email and an name the software takes care of the rest by dripping a sequence of emails to the reviewer asking them to post their positive feedback online.

Along with that, images of the positive reviews are auto generated and shared to social media sites like Google, Twitter and Facebook.

We started using Reputology last year and love their product and service. Their product is easy to use and makes reputation management a breeze. In addition, they provide great customer support when we have questions and need assistance with various things that come up. I recommend trying them out for your reputation management needs!

This product is streamlined. It's easy to navigate and looks really nice too. I couldn't imagine another product that would outperform the user experience of Reputology. Awesome service and reactivity

I work for an e-commerce agency and Lord knows being able to fix things on the fly is crucial in order to maintain strong relationships with (and impress) our clients. The whole Grade.us team has done (and is still doing) an incredible job at helping us with the setup of our platform in an incredibly timely manner. Every time I'm asking a question, I get an answer right away and even when we're trying to push the platform a bit further technically speaking, the team provides a solution in only a couple of hours (or days for biggest requirements).

Great Software, Great Service!

When we compared all of the different review softwares that are available, we quickly realized that grade.us covers all the bases. Easy of use, flexibility, white labeling, great customer service just to name a few. We are now bundling the review monitoring and streaming software as a part of our basic offering to all our clients.

Grade US is amazing!!

The platform and features are really good. Where things are located and the terminology of the settings is difficult to understand. Its intuitive but if I didn't know, I usually would use the resources tab which has a ton of info. If I couldn't easily find the info I was looking for, I contacted customer service which was amazing!

Very thorough training

I had a very good experience with rep on a training call. The content of the call was very organized and my time not abused. Rep was organized and knew his stuff.

The software is easy and intuitive and very thorough in terms of what it can offer a business that is serious about their online reputation.
