Beautiful and functional
As a solo entrepreneur and working Mum, I really didn't want to become a slave to my phone. Thanks to SimplyBook.me, clients can book their own appointments, make payments, etc. freeing up time for both family and other more hands-on work commitments.
Vorteile
The booking website looks smart, uncluttered and very professional and can easily be personalised to suit your branding.
Nachteile
It's not as easy to use as I would have liked but then I'm a little technologically challenged. It's not instantly obvious where to find various features either but this is a minor quibble.

The calendar is very easy to use.....it links to my website beaufully my clients of all ages find it easy to use
Nachteile
I wish there was an option to have a 14 or 18 hour sms reminder option.......I am currently using the 12 hr reminder-unfortunately I have a 12 hour cancellation fee policy. The 18 hours sms notification is too early/long........would love to have more options such as 14 or 18 hours instead!

Friendly and reactive customer service, easy to use software
Vorteile
Many features in form of plugins that you can programm just the way you need them. Customisation of your booking page works like a charm. Really appreciate the marketing tools too!
Nachteile
A few minor bugs in the past with syncing but nothing that couldn't be repaired within a few clicks or hints from the tech support.

Use it all the time for communication
Vorteile
We use it for booking rooms, managers, coworkers, and even for school. Real simple to book and cancel appointments
Nachteile
I wish it would allow you to customize the calendar integration more. It just give generic titles each time.

Simpybook is just great and simple booking software for any business services.
Vorteile
I have been using it for the last two years as an on-line self-service appointment schedule for my customers. Very easy to set up and use this software. Technical support is quick to response and very helpful. With Simplybook great way to attract more customers
Nachteile
The prices and the short time for renewal are pretty expensive.
It's not really worth it for smaller companies like myself it's not a good thing if you want to earn money for every little software.

Amazing, intuitive, easy to deploy, transparent solution
A very reliable and competent 24h online assistance. I cointacted them several times, night and day, and I laways found answers to my questions
Vorteile
In an emergency situation, we had to organize appointments for assistance to travelers. Designing the appointments schedule, the number of appointments per hour, was incredibly easy. For the end user, very simple to use, transaprent. For the admin, also very easy to use.
Nachteile
You cannot amnually add appointments outside the working hours. Let's say appointments are open from 9am to 5 pm, the regualr working hours of the provider: I can decide to add appointments as an admin outside of these hours. For now it's not possible, but overall, the product is just great and amazing.

It is good but needs improvement
I have had several problems with software. One, I am a mobile business and need the home address of people who book appointments. The company is out of Iceland so sometimes there are things that are not set up right for the U.S such as, I need the AREA code when people leave there phone number. But there is a box for country code (which allows only 2 digits) where people are mistakedly putting the area code which leaves me short a digit in order to call them if I need to- Such as to ask for thewir address. I am connected to google calender and clients are not supposed to be able to book over google events in my calendar, but that has happened.

Our users are in fact from all over the world with about 50 percent of them coming from the US. Generally our US users fix beforehand the country code selector so their clients only have to insert their phone number including area code. What you are referring to is that often area code is sometimes in parenthesis and separate from the rest of number (area code). In our case the client insert area code and rest of number all together but country code can never be confused with area code as it is a country based selector. You are right that it might be confusing if people are used to typing in area code in a separate field and that is something that we will look into adding in the near future.
Booking over Google calendar event can only happen if the checkbox has not been checked where you choose to SYNC BOTH ways. Please check if that was the problem in your case.

It is an extremely pleasant system for the administrator as for my clients.
I do not have to worry about my service schedule. The client owns the calendar.

Easy to configure and easy to use for end users
Great. but calendar sync can be improved to be faster. Due to de pandemic, our business didn't stop. We offered to our customers through this tool, schedule live consulting sessions to meet their needs.
Vorteile
This tool can be customized to feel and look like an extension of your existing page or It can be configured to be the only web page you will need. With the free version of this tool, you can create a business profile where you can display your contact information, business hours, let users make appointments, and pay online or pay later in person. This tool supports auto-create live sessions with your customers from a preconfigured calendar set by the administrator. You can store customer information like names, email, contact numbers, etc.

Can be a little technical but with time can be set up to your needs. Some features are paid.

Arnaque aux sms et surfacturation car jamais précisé dans notre entretien téléphonique mais l'impact des caractères peut faire tripler le nombre de SMS donc 1 SMS envoyé=3 SMS mes 500 SMS on disparu en 1 semaine au lieu de 5 ...pas de geste commercial alors que j'étais prêt à m'abonner durablement

Regarding the SMS then it is just completely out of our hands. It is up to your telecommunication company how they break up the messages into several messages and we have absolutely nothing to do with it as our Live Chat agent explained to you over the phone.

i Got what I wanted
Am able to have a page that people can come to book me for services in a perfectional way, and that is not something I can do or have the ability to do on my main page.
Vorteile
I love everything about this. it gives me so many options. I was able to get exactly what I wanted, and it came out beautiful. A Very perfectional Booking pack for my company. LOVE IT.
Nachteile
I was not able to get feathers that I wanted for the price. I the 1 where you get 3, and I thought it should've been 5, but it still worked out and I was able to put a beautiful booking page together.

If you need to freeze your paid subscription then you can just stop paying for as long as you need and then as soon as you start to pay again your system will be waiting for you. It´s only the free systems that we delete if they are unused and not renewed for more than 3 months.

It's great unless you let your free trial lapse
I'm extremely disappointed with this company. I had set up a company some time ago but due to some reasons I had let it sit for some time on a free level while on other projects and now my company and all the work I put into setting it up has been deleted and now I've been informed that I can't even recover the work done already and have to start from scratch with a different name. This policy is very un-user friendly and prevents existing clients from returning to the software at a later time. This is a very bad customer flaw and needs to be rectified for users who enjoyed the system during their trial and want to return later. For now I'll be moving to a competitor as this is simply not acceptable. Use with caution.

It's a great piece of functional software when you pay for it.
Nachteile
They will delete your data and account once you've set it up under a free trial and if you don't renew in time. You also can't reinstate your login under the same company name forcing you to start a new service under a different company name.

Regarding your concerns, then we are working on improving the booking pages and this summer we will present a new template with extra pages, so in fact you wont need another homepage than the booking page we will provide.
Concerning the second point then that´s a good point and we have now added it to our registration e mail.
At last the home button then no it can not take users back to your page. However you could use our widget and then the whole booking process will remain on your page so that your clients never leave your homepage. If you want further information about that option, then please contact our live help.

Great product; superior customer service
It's very flexible and provides many extensions but the learning curve is higher than I thought it would be. Overall, I am very impressed.
Vorteile
I like the price point. It is a phenomenal value for all that the software can do. However, there are other products that are similarly priced. I chose this one though because the review comments said their customer service was excellent. I have found that to be the case thus far.
Nachteile
As the administrator, the learning curve is a little steeper than I thought it would be. Thankfully, the helpful customer service has walked me through the processes and solutions when needed.
A suggestion would be to put a large, easy to find, link in the administration panel to the Helpcenter at https://help.simplybook.me/index.php/Help_Center.

I have a spa business with different therapists and treatments offered. Simply book.me allows me to manage each of these efficiently and gives me great reports and stats at the end of each month that I use to increase productivity.

Full of functionality and good value. Customer service has been amazing via the chat service.

Flexibility and ease of use. The functionality to link with Outlook calendars, set up different team members with different availability and ease of use for users.
Nachteile
It is sometimes difficult to find your way around the admin site - especially when using so many extensions. But the help offered by the chat service has been excellent and invaluable when required.

Simple powerful booking desk for my freelance work.
Fast to set up, secure to use and just workes. It really that simple.

Just a few clicks and I have a font with a booking system to jump start my company. It is so easy simple and innovative. I just love that how simply it took to set it up. Just select the template and you are up and running.A completely different admin and user URL help me in testing the features. My client can choose the time slab they want to set up a meeting. Its really simplify my workload and relation with my client. Accept payment for a meeting? sure this is another feature that impressed me. UI and admin panel is OK, user experience is avarage.
Nachteile
When trying to test I found sometime Reservation is not responding and I have to clear my browser cache or reopen the window again.

extremely excited at the propect

all the custom features are awesome. It is the only automated booking system that suits our needs (and we have tried a lot)
Nachteile
We have a lot of different services that are very similar, with only slight differences in the time or cost. We also have different instruments (categories) for these different services. Without a duplication feature when creating services, it took me literally 3 straight days (16 - 20hrs) literally!! to setup all our services one by one. It was very frustrating and I didn't even know at that point if the software was going to fit our needs. Luckily it did! A duplication would surely be a welcomed addition for all using the software. I really liked the welcome videos provided in the interface, but I feel there is a serious lack of descriptive videos on all the features available online. I would strongly recommend adding more.

Amazing feature packed scheduling tools that scale affordably.
Vorteile
The API is vast and connects to most areas of their full-featured ecosystem and has documentation for most areas of the API. Also, the price structure allows us to scale sustainably for our use case.
Nachteile
The API has the odd error which can be troublesome and the team does not seem to be responsive to corrections when submitted. Also, I've used their Redmine API/developer support page and it takes a long time to get a response, when they respond at all, even for paid users.

The best route to take
The benefits I realize is that I can just go on the app abd book instead of calling and annoying the hairstylist or nail tech.

The features that is impactful is when you have your confirmation of your appointment and you have the calender to make sure you choose the right date and it's just very helpful and convient.

We were working on integrating with Zoom however due to immense load on their end after the covid hit, they have not been able to provide us with work on their end which we need to integrate with them. Hopefully we will get there in the end, but until then we integrate with MS Teams and Gruveo for video meetings.

Great booking tool
Vorteile
Functionality and flexibility is outstanding. Easy integration into a website and many optional modules.
Nachteile
Interface for customers not ideal. No option of putting in first and second name on the booking form. Only one field available. Special days for booking are possible, we only have services on Saturday, but customer sees every day of the week on the calendar anyway.

I got to know about Simplybook via Google search. Simplybook was easy and suited my needs.
Vorteile
The best thing about simplybook is their custom feature library. You can customize your page and your admin page to suit your business model. For our photography studio, we used 3 custome features and those were more than enough.
Nachteile
UX/UI of Simplybook when i use it on mobile has some issues. I'm using iphone SE and when i view the calendar from Admin page to key in my booking, the date titles of the calendar never show full text, and it's hard to key in infomation

It has simplified an aspect of my work life a whole lot!!!
It automated a process in my school that would normally have been done manually. And since this is an online booking system, it takes out the human factor of parents coming to complain that they did not get an appropriate booking slot.
Vorteile
From a user point-of-view, it is SUPER easy to use. It is both visual (as I configured each service provider to have a photo) as well as intuitive.
Something to consider is a theatre style booking, the kind they do for movies.
Nachteile
Some features are hard to find but with such an efficient help desk who answer questions in real time it makes the whole process very easy to use.
I would like to see you develop a theatre-style / movie booking template where users can choose a seat number and not a time. Administrators will then be able to configure their theatre space by number of rows and number of seats per row and your system will draw up a "plan" instead of the timetable schedule that you have now.

Comprehensive booking and client management
We are using it to deliver a robust, GDPR-compliant booking service for students with comprehensive notification tools so that tutors and students are kept in the loop and can manage their own bookings rather than having to rely on administrators or email! The system has all the features we need to offer one-to-one sessions and small group sessions. There has not been another system to rival it so far so highly recommend it.
Vorteile
This is a very comprehensive booking management service. The architecture allows for highest level set-up for businesses of small to medium size with service, client, and user management. The customisation out of the box is full enough to create a very professional-looking booking site and the huge number of integrations available allows you to increase the functionality. There are reasonable price plans for businesses of different sizes. The fact that it is GDPR-compliant is a killer feature here in the UK.
Nachteile
The initial set-up can be a little overwhelming and some features are not apparent but there are comprehensive help sources. It might be helpful to have some more graduated price points above the free version since the free version is lacking some fundamental features but the cost levels higher up are reasonable.

Confusing interface, poor design
Vorteile
Originally, I chose it because I could create unlimited types of bookings in the free plan.
The interface looked modern.
Nachteile
After months, I'm still puzzled by the interface, and my clients are, too.
It seems like some basic features are left intentionally buggy so that you buy custom features.

Love the live chat and up to date custom feathers and they send out the email to ask my clients feedback
Nachteile
Well, the price isn't quite competitive to other booking software like most of my beauty salon friends who use Timely and they pay monthly to get access to unlimited booking and feathers

It helped us to get back into business
We had been closed down for a year due to Covid 19. With the restrictions lifting we are now allowed to do private parties at a reduced capacity.
I needed a booking software that was easy to use and at a good price. It took me ( a novice user) only an hour to set up and get running. When we went live we started getting bookings within the first 30 minutes!
Vorteile
The software is very easy to use and the instructional videos make life super easy.
Nachteile
I would have liked more options on the Theme configuration.

A greate easy system, but need some updates that are common in other similar systems to be...
We have up until now used a different system and found Simplybook on a search trough Google. We have just programmed it to our fir our business and needs and our impression, so far, is that it's easy to program and to use for our clients.
I have to say that our absolute best exerience so far is support though the Chat function offered by Simplybook.me. It's fast and the response is really helpful and accurate.
There are som issues regarding Approving (Extra features). If you need to use this option this is not "good" enough for companies with a lot of booking. But if you have a little volume of booking and always people that can approve the request at once/fast this feature will be perfect for you aswell.
The App possibility is a good asset.
And with some small more possibilities it will be greate.

Interface and user experience. It's quite simple to use and it also has a nice layout to put on your website.
Nachteile
No translations to portuguese. That would probably make it easier for my clients. But It's not a big problem.

Easy, practical and intuitive to use
I our clinical daily routine, it brings a lot of convenience to our patients if they become detached from our opening hours to book an appointment.
Vorteile
I discovered Simply Book Me recently, looking for booking options to link to the Facebook CTA-button. A pleasant discovery! Then, this tool is easy, practical and intuitive to use, and offers a whole bunch of possibilities regarding settings and syncing to relevant pages such as Fan page, Google My Business etc.
Nachteile
I'm just starting to use the tool, but, as far as I could understand, some resources such a CSS and Facebook bot settings require that we configure them personally or outsource their configuration. This is sometimes an impairment for the layperson.

1. The API slows our website a lot in Canada
2. Several features are missing such as number of openings remaining
3. Several features are missing such as generate several promo codes at once
4. Several features are missing such as properly choosing time slots for the arcade!

With regards to the API comment, all our calls to the API should take less than 0.5 seconds which should in most cases be a very decent speed. If you are experiencing sth else then please contact our Live Chat as that is not normal.
As for generating many promo codes at once, we have never had that request before so it is not on our task list but thanks for giving us feedback on this.
About the time slots, Arcades are quite similar to classes settings and we are launching a new interface for that in the next 3 to 4 weeks, so hopefully that will work well for your business.

Pros and cons
My experience with the app has been wonderful. It's a very good app with loads of potential.

Best value for online scheduling.
Vorteile
I've used the free feature for a year now. I have a small consulting business and it works perfectly for my client load. I only have to "renew" every month, free of charge. I highly recommend Simplybook.me to any startup.
Nachteile
Because I use the free version, I can't book from my mobile device. The upgrade is affordable so once my business is ready for the next level I will get this feature.

Free up your front desk!
We couldn't be happier with SimplyBook.me. It does the job and truly frees up our front desk resources

We chose this software for the reason that we wanted our patients to be able to schedule their own appointments with out having to go thru the front desk and phone menus. Patients hate being put on hold and this alleviates the problem

It took us a litte while to figure out the nuances of the software but that was just over the course of a couple weeks, but now I can say it really was not a big issue

Great appointment scheduling tool.
I am tech savvy but the range of options and flexibility make it quite daunting to get going. I really like the setup assistance and would recommend this for anyone who has more complex needs, this really did save a lot of time and helped us get the best out of the system.

I found the customization features easy to navigate. The overall interface is straightforward.

Several of the custom features would seem to be similar enough (deposits) and (payments) that if you require both options you use up two of the features.
