Should work
So far, not bad, I hope the more we use it the easier and quicker we’ll get at using it.

Just hard to schedule times for my 1 therapist , figuring out how to set open hour. the program was not as simply as I thought it would be to set up but we are learning

I am loving Simplybook.me. So glad I discovered it, it's easy to use, it's exciting and...
I can make all the changes myself and it seamlessly reflects on the booking site.

* I love that it is so easy to ad new features and switch between them if I change my mind as to which one to use.
* I love it that my booking site looks like a website.
* The payment Integration is a fantastic feature.
Nachteile
I think it is designed more for salons rather than fitness classes, which is what I use it for. On the booking site, it would be good if the sessions on the same day would show right bellow each other, it doesn't need to take up so much space, it confuses members who are not good with computers.
Also, in the site I used before, members could see who else was booked in the same class, which they liked.

Booking Member Rooms for Clients
SimplyBook.me allows us to prepare for our client meetings. We are now able to prepare paperwork the day before our meetings which will also reduce the amount of time it will take to help each customer.
Vorteile
The product was very easy to use and set up. We have only been using it for a couple of weeks. So far it has provided us with all the features we needed and seems to be very reliable. This will reduce the number of calls to the office and provide our members with the ability to schedule an appointment from anywhere in the world.
Nachteile
It did not integrate well with our older version of Outlook. I am hoping to have better success once we move to Office 365.

The most complete booking software that I have found so far
Very happy with the program and the customer service so far.
Vorteile
I was looking for a booking software for a long time and I have tried many most of them. In the end, I decided to stay with SimplyBook.me. It is the most complete booking system that I found, very flexible and with great features. I can do everything with it! I was looking for a booking calendar that allows my clients to book a package of classes without booking one by one. SimplyBook.me is the only that has the package feature and covers my needs. Thanks.

Because has many features, it takes time to set up your calendar, but it definitely worth it.

Love the software, very easy to program and use!

Lots of features, very easy to program, competitive pricing, easy to customize, customers really like it.
Nachteile
Hard to reach a live body for tech support questions - would be nice to change company/provider schedules on the fly instead of going out of the calendar into the open hours programming.

I tried several booking systems and came to the conclusion Simply is the most suitable system
Everything I need to fulfill my business with ease while booking system takes unnecessary phonecalls for bookings from my work load. For me it works superb; The system is built and created that everyone can start it and use it, even if no experiences have been made before.
Vorteile
Easy to use, help is easy to find as well as easy to use. I also like the customer service a lot. Whenever I had a question it was answered quickly or in a timely manner. The software offered a variety of business solutions, from very small to larger businesses, its simple to add service or to change options I can choose from.

This Eliminated several programs
THis has helped me in so many areas of my business it has really been a godsend

SimplyBook.me works great even on a smartphone. Didn't know this was something I needed until I started looking for various other needs and this one kept coming up and filled those needs as well as plenty more
Nachteile
The only con is the price it can be pricey for a company just starting out. But when you realize it takes the place of several programs and rolls them all into one. It is well worth the cost

They are a joke: THEY DELETED MY BOOKINGS
They have next to no support! The live chat function is a joke because I have to always send in an Email. That in itself is a joke because of how long it takes for them to respond!!
Starting out you get 4 plugins, what they DONT tell you, is to secure bookings, you need the "approve booking plugin"... I watched the system delete my bookings in realtime with no support!!!
After making a promotion, I lost half my bookings in the process, which means I have spent the last two days trying to find people who made a booking that was wiped off the system... And I watched it do this in real time!?! You don't know how stupid I felt watching people book, and watch their booking disappear, their details disappear and now trying to find everyone!?!

Dear Lara, Thank you for your review but we are very sorry to hear about your experience. We offer live chat 14-20 hours all working days and then for 3-4 hours during the weekend and therefore it is likely that you ran into this problem over a weekend when we were not there.
As for the ¿Approve booking¿ plugin then this plugin is ONLY needed if you want to accept bookings before they can be confirmed. What happened in your case is most likely that you were accepting payments and requiring payments to be confirmed beforehand. In this case if your client doesn´t pay, the booking gets automatically cancelled. Otherwise it is impossible for a booking to get automatically cancelled.
To find cancelled bookings, all you need to do is to go to ¿Reports¿, ¿Detailed report¿, use filter and show cancelled bookings and then you can access all the bookings that have been cancelled.
We are very sorry that we were not there to help you with the misunderstanding.

Great, easy to use booking system
We needed a booking system to intake exams for over 200 rolling learners and this platform has allowed us to work very smoothly in organising rooms, invigillators and types of exams for a number of years now.
Not only does it have the features you would expect of a well built booking system, but the cost is much lower than other products and the support is quick and helpful.
Vorteile
Very easy to set up, layout is functional and site is easy to build. Intergrates very easily into our business needs.

They have changed the layout and feel of the site with little warning but these changes have made for a better user experience

The best I found.
Despite some time consuming learning it is the best service I could find. It looks good, it translated to my language, it has a reasonable pricing and some additional tweaks and shortcuts i had had no time to get familiar with. But I will. I would subscribe again.
Vorteile
It had the basic things I need. I have spent a few days on a booking service search for my company website. I can arrange my service timetable to my wishes (at least so far). Its an advantage since I could not do exactly that on some other providers. But the main thing that held me to this provider is the ability to translate the booking interface to any language. Sure you have to do a lot of translations yourself and the way to do it is pretty basic, but hey it actually works. Thumbs up for that.
Nachteile
Just like any software, there are some things you have to get used to. I wont get into specifics, since its not that big of a problem, but you do need to spend some time getting acquainted to the software principles. After that you're good to go. Its a con to my mind to spend time on something that is supposedly easy and fast.

It is amazing
It is cheaper than any other boking system and the interface is really amazing. I really love how colorfull it is.
Vorteile
The booking interface is amazing. It is very easy to use and my customers loves it. I also like that they have live chat. The assistants are very nice and they help me everytime I have doubts.
Nachteile
I need to pay for different pluggins. The software has very nice pluggins and extra things to add to the system, but in the basic user I need to pay for most of them.

I am happy with SimplyBook.me first because of its ease of use and another because it is a software that allows us through its platform and systematic process to interact with our customers as much as possible, providing the necessary tools in the useful online booking service at the moment the appointment arrives either for an initial consultation or a service consultation.

Good for my company easy to use
Vorteile
It is easy to use a good way for my company to reach out to customers so they can put up bookings with us.
Never had any problems with SimplyBook happy it got a very simple booking opportunity
Nachteile
The prices and the short time for renewal kinda expensive.
I would like it worth for smaller companies and why not include the custom adds it is making it feel less attractive for use owner it's not a good way if you want to earn money for every little thing.

Before customer, a lead journey
[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], the BR support was excelente in her e-mails and also the zoom section we did. And I got a lot of attention from her and a lot of questions being answered, and I'm still not a active customer though. It seems to me you understood what a experience is, before even the customer be in the platform activilly.

More than a book platform, it's about loyalty, easy to use and an end process with payment also.

Maybe it could have a way to have a Service Provider I could add a lot of adress on it on this features, instead of adding a lot of Service Provider per each address.

Very Easy and Very Robust Calendar
I do a lot on online coaching and teaching so I needed an easy to use system that is robust, doesn't crash easily, is attractive to clients and gives me a lot of flexibility. So far, all the items on my checklist have been met.
Vorteile
How easy it is to set up and the large number of options to customize booking system to my requirements.
Nachteile
Documentation is a little lacking - it is very "segmented" so if I don't know exactly what I'm looking for, it's a little tough to find. e.g. recommended size of images in Services and Service providers. I'm guessing and playing around with sizes. So the "nuts and bolts" of the system are hard to find.

Decent booking software with lots of additional functionality
We use SimplyBook.me for a student counselling service and the software more than cover our needs. Our customers find it easy to use and we have a good overview of each service provider's bookings.
Vorteile
The booking page is highly customizable, both in layout and in how it handles time slots and calendar setups. It is able to handle multiple types of services with multiple service providers.
Each payment plan gives you a quota of how many extra features you are allowed to activate, but you can pick and choose which features you want to activate to fill that quota.
Nachteile
The settings menu could be more user friendly. Changing one function may require you to change multiple settings in multiple menu screens.
Calendar sync option has some issues when synchronizing with an MS Exchange calendar.

We don´t have calendar sync with standalone MS Exchange calendar only MS365 and then of course Google and Outlook, sorry about that.
Regarding the settings menu then we are constantly working on simplifying the settings as much as we can. However the system is very flexible, which means that there is a lot that can be customized and adjusted.

Really Great Software
Overall it is a really great software! I’m very happy that I found it!
Vorteile
The software is very easy to use! It was very easy for me to input information about my company and navigate around to learn the various functions. After inputting the information, the outcome was very professional looking as if I had paid a professional to do it for me.
Nachteile
The most affordable option ($29.99) is too limited. Only 8 personal features allowed. I had to cut down on a lot of the features that were available to me when I was using the free trial and was choosing to purchase the actual product. I went from 25 features to 8.

Fastest support turn around ever. I feel like they made a custom product just for me!
Vorteile
The people behind the support team. My goodness. They are always available, always quick to help, and aren't afraid to think outside of the box.
They really built this software with an understanding that every business is different, and give you unending ways to make it work for yours.
Nachteile
I am used to a piece of software that we had built for us 10 years ago, so this one is missing pieces of that. However, that took 10 years to build, and in just 2 months, we've customized this one to be at 80% of level of our other software. Incredible.

Seems fantastic. Fell short.
Vorteile
I originally chose this software for my scheduling because it includes many features under the free plan. My implementation is slow, so this allows me to adapt to the software and really understand it before making my decision. The customization is outstanding. Once you level up to a paid plan, you have a great many features for a low price.
Nachteile
I couldn't get it to work the way I need it to. I synced calendars. It seemed to be working great on some sample appointments that I put in. I had to stop using it when it allowed an appointment to be made that didn't fall within the parameters I had set.

Very easy to use, I had searched lots of systems and the level of customization to get the look and feel of my brand was a big factor in my decision. The features are also great and I never miss appointments due to the notifications.
Nachteile
There isn't two-way integration with gmail so you need to manually manage appointments between those two calendars if you are using two systems. However, it can add your appointments to your Gmail.

The support is great. And I like the layout when working in the program and functionality of the program on my website. I also like the customer gets an email reminder and can get a text reminder. The visuals are straight forward for the customer as well. Compared to other programs I have tried I prefer SimplyBookMe
Nachteile
I had an issue with changing from trail to pay and the system did not register I had paid so I had to prove I paid to get access. However this was done in a speedy fashion. Another issue -I wanted to see how the text would work and paid in the trial version and then I was told they did not know how to transfer that credit to the paid version. That should not be an issue.

Regarding the purchased text messages then they should always follow your user profile, also if you upgrade to the paid version. However if you established another account for the paid version, then it would not follow automatically. Webpage for Bookings
I needed a way for my customers to book themselves and pay online for my services and I searched several options. Most offer free trail month and I decided to use simplybook.me because of the name (simplybook.me), the booking page can be used as a stand along booking website, the url was simply, and since I did not need a lot of features, I was able to set up a professional looking booking webpage that I could direct customers who were interested in my services to go online and book themselves in and pay. This saves me time. Also simplybook.me notifies me when someone books and the customer also. Best thing yet, is that simplybook.me also reminds the customer a day before about their appointment as well as myself. There was a little searching to learn what I needed to set it up, but you can online chat with individuals before you even decide. I learn a lot from doing this. Also there is extensive online search through the help center that shows you how to set things up. These things allowed me to custom my webpage for customers to book into. Great site.
Vorteile
It was easy to understand and easy to set up. It does what I needed it to do.
Nachteile
I am a start up so I only need minimum features but wish their was a 5 feature instead of 3.

This is one of the best appointment booking software options available
My clients can book appointments and get immediate confirmation that the appointment has been booked. The reminders before the appointment are also useful. Synchronising with existing calendars is also invaluable .
Vorteile
The software has lots of useful features and options. It can be used either as a stand-alone (customised) appointment booking webpage or it can be integrated into and existing company website. It also synchronises with existing calendars so that you can continue to use existing calendars. Reminders before appointments can also be set up for both the customer and the service provider. Customer support (via web chat) has also been responsive when I have had cause to use it.
Nachteile
It can take a bit of time to set it up in the way that works best for you. Some of the options are not fully intuitive so that it can take a bit of time and testing to get it to work in the way that you want.

Use of SimplyBook.me for books of private teachers
SimplyBook.me was the most complete site of booking among the others and has all the features that I need to help me with the management of my company.
Vorteile
The most relevante features that made me choose this company was the possibility of online payment, division of types of services in categories, complete description of a service, really cool interface of the booking page on your site and a fair price for subscription.
Nachteile
What i didn't like is that there's no integration with Brazilians companies of online payment, only PayPal, and there are to few features in the lower plans.

Comprehensive function online booking system
Before using SimplyBook.me, I always make my client booking service by google spread, and I need waste lots of time to reply and contact clients.
SimplyBook.me is easy to set up and make client booking automatically.
Vorteile
There are over 50 kinds features in SimplyBook.me that I can find some useful function I need and set up only in few seconds.
Nachteile
I can't find the multi prices setting for group booking in this system, maybe it is a very customerize function for public, but it is my urgent need one.

If you are referring to offering different prices for different size of groups, then unfortunately we do not have that. You can contact our Live Chat to see if they can provide you with some workaround for that. For example you could use coupon codes, so have different discount codes depending on how many are included in the corresponding group booking. Then you would have to explain that in the booking process in your description text.

A fantastic platform
A great website offering the possibility to get bookings and payments online - just what I needed.
Vorteile
I was looking for a website where clients could book and pay straight away for the services I offer and SimplyBook.me offers exactly that. I am a start up business and with SimplyBook.me I managed to create a fantastic website at the same time. It's all very user friendly with added custom features for added services.
I looks great and I now have a website which can take bookings, payments online and gives me the opportunity to at the same time pull great marketing reports.
Nachteile
The features are not always well explained but the online help is always very helpful.

My go to for bookings
It has been a great experience and the customer support is very helpful. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs this type of service.
Vorteile
Simply Book me is very easy to use and I can design inside my website. I love that my customers click on book now and it takes them right to it. It also connects with Instagram which is awesome. The free plan has many benefits and overall just very pleased with the service.
Nachteile
Some of the features I would like to use are rather expensive if I were to get a few ad ons. I wish it were a little less inexpensive but overall very happy.

Best online booking software
I like it, best price service out there
Vorteile
You can customize your services, schedule, even design a website for online booking. We used it for our online tutoring classes and worked very well. Able to take payments and online booking is awesome tool
Nachteile
I didn't like that it's plugin system where, more plugins you want more money you have to pay. For my use I didn't really need many but didn't like the fact I only had 1 or 2 choices for what I could pay.

Booking Software saves me time & money
Simply Book Me has made a lot of difference to us - we used to suffer from no shows and also be on the phone constantly taking bookings. It is like having an extra employee
Vorteile
My customers pay up front and always turn up. They get reminders which is great. Also they can make their bookings anytime without having to speak to me.
Nachteile
It is hard work to set up special offer / multi pack deals and sometimes seems inflexible.

A very helpful scheduling system
Vorteile
There are very many ways of configuring it. Some of the features that I find more useful is the synchronization with Google Calendar. No only my appointments show up in my Calendar, also if I set an appointment manually in my Calendar, SimplyBook detects it and it doesn't offer that time slot to my clients. That is very useful. The interface for users looks very nice and professional.
Nachteile
It is difficult to customize. I had an unusual setting (two offices, Zoom services, different providers) and I had to spend quite a few hours and queries to the support system for finding the correct way to configure it. The support documentation was less useful than the direct chat with the support team, which was very helpful.

the system isn't so simple to do on your own. it will likely take hours. staff is very nice...

price is more that i was paying to the site that i used before ( they shut down ) it seems to be at least as good or better than many similar products . but, i won't know until i've used it for a while ( first day , today ) although only via "chat " the staff is super helpful!!!!!!
Nachteile
very complex, and difficult to navigate. no call center for quicker help. only "chat" . of course this seems to be the way many companies are going. you're not getting a human on the phone, and if you do, it won't be without a very heavy accent, i assume.

It can be difficult in the beginning when you are setting up a lot of services and service providers and using many custom features. It takes time to get to know where everything is within the system, but after that it becomes easy as a breeze and you will save so much time and effort!

The best way for booking service

Very difficult to use on a mobile phone. Not mobile friendly at all.
Got started with using a booking website for my business, but will consider looking at more mobile friendly software.
Vorteile
In the time that i used it I could not find one outstanding thing that I liked the most about the software. Nothing is standing out.
Nachteile
The fact that if all sessions have been used of a membership the membership does not automatically expires. What is the use of having time left on a membership and no more sessions/units to book into that time? If admin needs to cancel that membership manually, what is the point of having a booking system if it needs to be done by hand.

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the membership feature then this is a very common usage of membership, to only allow a certain number of sessions to be booked during membership period and this applies to a lot of different sectors who want to have it exactly like that.
Users can add more sessions if they renew the membership already when sessions for membership period is over, or new sessions get added when next membership period starts. This is in fact very useful for limiting bookings to limited resources like tennis courts etc, so one member does not block too many sessions during a certain membership period.

The site comes with fantastic support from a very patient and helpful team
I have been able to set up a booking system relatively quickly
Vorteile
I like the fact that it is very accessible and the Support is second to none. I like the fact that changing the look of the product is relatively easy even for someone as computer inept as myself!
Nachteile
I run Classes, I would like to be able to offer a single class pass plus 5 and 10 class passes. The system does nto allow for this as you have to buy the product as a membership to create the class pass. Then use the Pass. For single Use this is too long a process and will put people off. SO to be able to have the 2 systems, to just purchase a single use product at the same time as have the "membership" is pretty important. Ease of use for the client is so important and can put people off.

I've been using it to book my podcast interview sessions.
Helped me to organise my schedule, it looks professional, it was easy for my interviewee to book themselves in and for me to collect the relevant information from them.
Vorteile
It send reminders, immediately alerts me of bookings and cancellations and reminds me 1 hour before - very helpful.
Nachteile
I don't like the ticks and unticking when putting in your availability. It's confusing (ticks and crosses) and i don't like it 'expiring' every month
