New User, so far it seems like a good investment
Overall, I am not sure if my subscription is worth the money I've spent yet, but I am hopeful that it will pay off in the future. The site seems to be coming together well. I've tried other services - like 10to8 - and they were buggy and annoying. I have had no technical issues with Simply.
Vorteile
I love the look of the sites. The pre-made templates are really easy to use. There are also instructions every step of the way to make sure that you can customize things as you wish.
Nachteile
It does take time to get set-up. I did not have enough time personally and ended up hiring someone to set the sight up for me.

Excellent product and customer service
Vorteile
I run a sport facility rental company in Malaysia. Simplybook is absolutely beautiful and fits my booking and scheduling needs. Simplybook has helped me in avoiding double booking which may lead to bad customers satisfaction. 24/7 customer service helped me to set up the booking website up running in just 3 days. Simplybook also has dashboard that helps you understand more about your customer so that you can make better business decision to attract more customers.
Nachteile
Lack of more localized payment system (eWallet) such as Boost, Grabpay, QRpay etc.

Did my research!
I searched and tried many online booking products, this one came out on top for value, ease of use and a variety of features to integrate easily
Vorteile
That there are varying levels that work with my company as it grows. the number of add-on features and the fact that I can choose what I need and leave the rest behind, and also that they thought of everything! Sometimes I think there's something I can't do and I just haven't found it yet. They're customer service is amazing. The online chat was answered immediately and accurately; I've had neither of those experiences before with live chat.
Nachteile
The mobile experience. I always just go to my browser and use the full site on my phone. Can't seem to get it to sync right with my google calendar, that's probably just me though.

Booking super simple
Overall super simple and easy to use. Being an entrepreneur you need something that doesn't take all your free time to add in something simple to your site. So far, so good!
Vorteile
Super user friendly, took me about a days work to figure out the ins and outs of the site. The customer service is super responsive when you get lost or can't figure something out. Also the custom features really help with adding on as I'm figuring out what my clients needs are.
Nachteile
Only thing I had trouble with so far was when the reservations started coming in. I have a couple ladies reservations not go through due to the system timing out. I had the checkout screen set to 20mins..... for some reason it cut the time short. Maybe a glitch, not sure.

Best in the market
We're a float tank/sauna business. The booking revolves around picking your time-slot at using one of our three float tanks and in the future a infrared sauna. The simplicity of the system allows our clients to quickly and easily turn their interest in what we're offering into an actual booking. I believe if the booking process was more complicated, the customer purchase rate would be far less.
Vorteile
The fact that it actually renders nicely for our clients that book using their mobile phone! This is a major PRO. The competitor cloud solutions that we tested out didn't meet this expectation.
Nachteile
Trying out features safely without affecting your actual LIVE store. But the friendly staff at SimplyBook.me went above and beyond to even accommodate this requirement!

Booking Appointments the Right Way with SimplyBook.me
Vorteile
The price plans for the software are great. The customizations, integrations with other platforms and functionalities of the software are top tier, one of the best. It is SO EASY to setup the software; 1,2,3 and that’s it!
Nachteile
There was once a problem with the customer support of the software but I think the creators/authors have worked out the issues.

Easy and many features
Easy to make booking systems for social media and web pages . user friendly and lots of info if you get stuck. I was starting from scratch and have not had to ask for tech support yet because of how friendly the system is to get going

I knew nothing about booking software, I did my homework on products and shortlisted about 3. This one was the easiest to set up at a very good price point. Has features that others didn't also.

Nothing has made me think this software is lacking as yet.

I like that is easy to use in the changes, in changing the non working days and to be with me economically in the beginning of my work. It is not easy that the old people uses booking on line and I am grateful to easybook in its economic rate

Perhaps that it is not in my lenguage at all, specially in the comunications with the clients. Only 50% knows english

Appointment scheduling system with low limits

Integrates natively with many popular software and platforms. Robust API documentation and possibilities. Polished UI and UX.
Nachteile
Limits. The lowest tier is on par with other close competitors but the limits are low and restrictive. Businesses that have up to 500 bookings in a month might not necessarily collect payments online for all these bookings. The limits on the lowest 2 tiers have to be friendlier to small and medium businesses, otherwise only the bigger boys can afford this.

I miss a tool to keep track of my clients membership.
It would be very handy, both for me and the client, that you have a look on remaining bookings left on the membership.
Also: there should be a tool where you can temporaly pause subscriptions (f.e When clients get ill of injured and can’t come to class for a while)

I just love those guys!!!
Ive looked a lot for a software for booking for an on-line school and found nothing good. until I've found SimplyBook.me . it is easy to use and to tech my employees how to use, it is very efficient, the support is on-line in chat and very helpful. If you need a booking system - this is the best solution - even better than stuff that was suggested to develop in-house in $

calculation of booking is for every booking is made so book a student in advanced forced me to buy additional bookings. I don't do the yearly program cause I thing Ill need to upgrade the package next month.

Excellent booking platform
Despite the drawbacks it is a very competent comprehensive system that allows you to quickly build a very clean looking site.
Vorteile
Ease of set-up, free trial to get configuration correct
Nachteile
Inflexible web page and menu selection without purchasing another custom feature, some custom features should really be inclusive (like classes vs services), the calendar booking is not very clear on a mobile phone if there are different types of classes for the same day, setting up memberships to discount / zero price a class booking is very clunky (you have to set up a service category and have client choose the category instead of the backend working out the client has a membership and applying the appropriate discount to the service cost)

Easily accept service bookings
SimplyBook.me has been great to use and easy to use but as mentioned, the price of it goes up fast as you expand.
Vorteile
With SimplyBook.me you can easily accept bookings for your service based business. This is great for our photography department.
Nachteile
SimplyBook.me has multiple price options including a free option but you only get 50 bookings and that's not enough for larger companies.

I like SimplyBook.me because I save my time. No many emails and calls. The students love book directly in my booking page. Also the sync of the Calendar is fantastic and this help me to manage my life in a better way. I chose SimplyBook.me from 3 different websites and this is absolutely the better. First the assistance! I find prompt help when I need. But also because is a easy system to use and for the possibility of customization.
Nachteile
Nothing. Honestly, at the moment, I don't find anything that I don't like. I use SimplyBool.me online booking system from over two months and it is perfectly suited to my needs.

The SimplyBook.me team really thought about all the needs a person booking a workshop or class might when making a booking. My favourite features are group bookings, embedding the class on my own site and the

It would be great if we could give a cash reward in the form of a % for referrals made by customers. As in a % of the class fee for each booking we receive from a referral. Giving them a discount on their next class won't really work for my jewellery making workshop, as most of my customers book once and never again, as it's really just an experience.

A fantastic booking system
Overall I can only recommend this booking system.
Vorteile
It´s very easy to use for the admin, as for th other users. It gives you a lot of extra plugins.
My costumers are very happy and the system works perfectly well.
Nachteile
It would be great to be able to ask my clients just for a deposit of the total price. I hope you can make it happen soon. Also, the possibility to include a TPV from my bank as a payment option would be great.

I agree that we need to add the deposit feature and I am happy to say that it is on our to-do list. Hopefully that will be added within the next few months. Regarding the TPV then what you can do is to allow people the option to "Allow delayed payment" and then add your bank details to the confirmation e mail. This is a workaround...not perfect solution but might help.

Great and powerful booking system

I like the future that the clients have the easy possibility to make a reservation. When an reservation is made and accepted, the clients get updates of upcoming event both with an email and a sms message.
Nachteile
Translation part is difficult to manage, and the translation page freeze easily. It has happen that I have lost all the translation I have made because of lagging page. I would like to have recommendation of a pot. App, or morse stable page.

Highly recommend this booking system
It's been smooth and good overall. Only been using for a month now but had no issue so far.
Vorteile
The user interface is straight forward and easy to use.
Also the price is cheaper than other providers .

The best online booking system at a great price!
This was the only software we found that did virtually everything we needed for online party booking at a truly amazing monthly price! Every time we had a question, the customer service team was very easy to work with.
Vorteile
So many customizations and features. The customer service is top-notch.
Nachteile
Wish there was the option of taking a deposit built into the software.

Great tool for booking appointments
Vorteile
I love how simple it is to use and the intuitive nature of it.
Nachteile
MY company's on-site massage therapist uses SimplyBook.Me. When I've tried to make an appointment without the direct link, the site has been hard to find.

Good overview, relatively easy to use, nice to have the possibility to implement it into my own website.

I get emails with offers that are NOT available for me! I would love to have the US stardard option with 8 features.

OK but needs many improvements
Vorteile
The offered template styles are good and aspect is easily changeable.
Nachteile
Some important custom features are listed but not working (such as reward & referral). The documentation page is difficult to navigate to find what you need and too many basic operations are not at all intuitive (like setting a start/end date for weekly classes) or not possible to do. Another important aspect is that the number of booking allowed is really limited unless you purchase the very expensive premium program. In general, I think this software needs a lot of improvements, especially for the price of the plans!

Works great for my Detailing company
Ease of booking for my customers
And staff
Vorteile
I set it up for my 2 shops and mobile Detailing and people can book each of them with ease. I connected it to my website and Facebook. It works great. It's worth every penny.
Nachteile
The customer service was not so great when I couldn't log in the first couple times. I also would be really cool if it connected with our quick books calendar.

Easy to get started, but not very intuitive to do changes and templates very limited

Easy to start and use for simple booking. I also like tha you can use it as a simple website for small businesses.
Nachteile
Difficult to do changes. Today I wanted to change description of locations (I have 2 locations) and I could not where to do it.

Dealbreaker, clients are unable to book our services from their mobile phones, go ahead and...
WAITING more than a week to hear back from Simplybook's Developers as apparently they are they only people that can optimize the HTML for mobile bookings. Will be leaving Simplybook and looking for new booking site that can actually take bookings. You can only see 1 service out of our 16 services! Bad HTML code!

can send text notifications to clients but only those who take the time book our services from their desktop computer since mobile bookings DO NOT work!
Nachteile
Clients CAN NOT BOOK APPTS FROM THEIR MOBILE PHONES! Unbelievable that Simplybook.me is rated the #1 booking app?!!

For the font choices for all service descriptions etc you can use html which is already there but if you are referring to the font size etc. But for the standard text as the name of the page etc, then yes you need some basic coding. But please ask our Live Help, they are pretty good at it and could give you tips on how to do that.

Feedback and review from inclusive fitness
I like the simplicity of the booking! Some features like being able to clone a class would be very helpful! As I have done 22 classes that are all the same text! And if I could she. Cloned it 22 times and hen just change photos and dates! Would have been great. But support is good and there is a lot of videos and links to support there feedback.

Free to start with, relatively easy to get on with. The main thing for me is that the site looks clean and doesn’t get cluttered! Which I don’t feel can happen with this layout!
Nachteile
To make it simple they have eliminated a lot of detail I would have liked! I struggle to put more stuff on the home page! Maybe another button next to the book now button!
It also has a problem on internet explore where it caches out and you can’t edit your classes and such! But on other browsers that seemed to not be such a problem

Really great for starting my business
It’s allowed me freedom to create a professional presentation fir my students.
I’m still learning 5 months later how to use parts of it. I’d like everything to be in one place...(booking, payment, membership/class passes, workshops...)
I may have to build a website with another company if I don’t figure it out soon...

It’s affordable, has a lot of options and it was fairly simple to get it up and running.
Nachteile
It’s bulky in some ways. I still have not been able to figure out how to link my payments to the site and create more features.

Quality, Easy to Use Software
Vorteile
I used this software on the free plan for almost two years. I have tried out many alternative software over the past two years and I have found them very difficult to use. This software has no transaction costs. The custom features make the product different from their competitors. The continually add new custom features which make the product great. I also like how it can be integrated with a Wordpress site.
Nachteile
Its sometimes a little difficult to get used to the software at first but compared to the competitors user face, this is much user friendly.
