This is an easy and interactive feature to use.The amount of customizable fields that can be used is helpful.Users that interact with the poll find surveys to be user friendly and quick. The survey user interface makes for quick answering- it is an efficient tool.

SurveyMonkey is expensive. A per use survey fee instead of a monthly subscription can be offered. I have had to pay for a monthly fee in order to use a survey once.Customer Service is not readily available and could be more accessible. For instance, a live chat feature could help solve any user issues right away- these problems often occur when creating a survey.Having a more in depth "how to" guide for users that are creating surveys would also eliminate any questions. Perhaps creating a forum for users to enter in any questions and answers would also help build a technical support community.Being able to integrate other products with Survey Monkey would be useful. For instance, I would like to be able to incorporate a Survey Monkey poll onto my custom website (Squarespace).

Even though the free trail is limited, once you pay the full service, SurveyMonkey offers a wider range of customization for more professional surveys. The visualization of data is diverse and neatly displayed for a complete overview and understanding.

Google forms is easier to get started and google forms offer the service completely free, even thought this might be seen as a con, if you are a medium-large scale business SurveyMonkey is a more complete and diverse survey software.

For the light user (free ) it is sometimes frustrating to be allow to see and select the full features , build a survey with this in mind and then realize we have to start over again.The monthly fee is reasonable but not acceptable for discontinuous use or for small companies.

QR codes gave difficulties at some points of time, 50/50. Where it didn't matter what phone the person had, still had the same problem. I'd wish they would improve on their QR codes.

What I like most about SurveyMonkey is all the surveys I'm able do through this platform for other services. It's really easy to use and I'm actually able to complete the survey from start to finish once I've started it.

The cons of SurveyMonkey is that when I created a survey on their platform I didn't get anyone to actually take the survey. I'm not sure how to get anyone to take the survey but that's really the only issue I've had with this service.

Nachteile

À la différence d'autres logiciels de sondage, il n'offre pas assez d'exemplaires de templates personnalisables. Du reste pour de simples formulaires de sondage et autres, il est top 👌.
