My experience has been fantastic. I can put it on my home machine and work machine. I
I can control my customers much better when they need help.
Vorteile
I like that I can Sort the unattended Machine by Customer. I also like that it does not use a browser to connect to the customer
Nachteile
Not Much- I think that they can work on the multi screen function a bit
When there are multi screens the resolution is way too small.

Thank you for your feedback! Have you already tried our new scaling features? Here's a short video that shows how they can help you adjust the size of the remote screen: https://youtu.be/NoryfEpF-CE For instance, if you're working on a remote desktop that has a much smaller screen resolution than yours, you can either scale it to window and then resize it according to your preferences, or choose the Optimal View option (this one automatically calculates the optimal settings based on your and your client's current screen resolution).

Works really well but just missing a few features
We are able to offer remote support for our equipment without the cost of making a physical visit.
Vorteile
Its very simple to use and always available. Good value for money and have never needed support. Our customers find it easy to accept a connection without being concerned about virus's or malware.
Nachteile
Not knowing who the current user is and if they are really using it or have just left it connected. Have to risk disconnecting the other user to make a new connection. Would like an android connection.

Works great, makes my job easy

Vorteile
no glitches and no delays unless customer has a slow computer or network. Also like ease of transferring files
Nachteile
not being able to use it on apple products. Length of time to transfer certain file take a tad too long

It is a great affordable products that we have been using with no issues for about 6 months.
Vorteile
It was very easy to train my reps. on the new product. The customers find it quick and easy and they don't have to go through any lengthy downloads.
Nachteile
I have really don't have anything negative to say. The only complaint I get once in a great while is difficulty when trying to transfer a file other than a pdf.
