Best remote support application
We use this application for remote support and maintenance of workstations, servers. It is great for end user support as well as maintenance of servers, database's etc. Its really easy to use and so the learning curve on how to use it is reduced significantly making it easy for that person to become productive quickly.

Has some minor issues working with tables like MS surface but work around are available.

Best value for remote desktop services that I know of
I've been using FixMe.IT for several years to do remote PC support. I usually do stuff like remove viruses, install software, fix printer driver issues, and pretty much anything I could do sitting in front of the computer. It's handy for quick fix things that, without such a solution, would require me to either drive across town, or in some cases drive to another town just to do quick fix tasks. FixMe.IT has saved hundreds of gallons of gas. It is easy to use, very customizable, and quite a time saver. My customers can go to my web site, click a button, and see a customized page to get started getting into FixMe.IT. I really like that part of it. I really like that it is easy for my customers to get to and get set up for me to help with their PC issues.
Vorteile
It's easy to use, has all the features I need, and is priced reasonably.
Nachteile
I guess if there's one feature that's lacking, it's multi-monitor support. I'd like to be able to use both of my monitors to see both monitors on a client PC for example.

I have been using this software for about 5 years now and for the price it has meet all my needs.
I can connect to all my clients in an instant and monitor for several days if needed
Nachteile
I am currently experiencing some issues with the new version as far as when you first connect the default is " full screen" and this has several issues. one is when in full screen I can not use my clients task bar on the bottom of the screen. I have to shrink it to a "window" so I can use there task bar.

FixMe is by support backbone
My overall experience has been wonderful. Priced right and so easy to setup and use.
Vorteile
I love the ability to view all users by office. I am able to see if they are logged in and if they are working or if the system is logged in and idle.
Very easy to setup and user. Bandwidth is extremely low so I can actually help users on my PC connected to my phone hotspot if needed.
Nachteile
Honestly do not have any cons on the product.

Overall, pleased with the performance / cost of FixMe.IT
Overall, we are very pleased with FixMe.IT. The few cons I mentioned are not big enough issues for us to have a problem with the software, just minor cosmetic issues.
Vorteile
Software is priced accordingly, easy to use and install, easy to setup unattended support and/or start new sessions, and easy for end user to communicate through chat window during remote session.
Nachteile
The ability to navigate between multiple monitors on a remote computer could be setup in a more user friendly manner with possible left/right arrows on the screen vs having to select each display from the top menu. Also, we run into issues with copy/paste of URL links from our computer to remote machine at times.

Simple and Effective
Vorteile
The ease with which I can connect to client machines from anywhere I have an internet connection and the ability to reboot to safe mode without user assistance is invaluable in troubleshooting.

Good for the price
Quickly access and support our clients telecom app and needs for support.
Vorteile
Most competitively priced remote support tool we have able to find from a vendor that we can trust. Pretty easy to use - like being able to transfer files but could be more intuitive.
Nachteile
No MAC remote support, Fixme.IT URL has been confusing to some customers and sometimes we have to spell it out. Find that some customers security policies limit and don't allow the Fixme client to be installed on their PC's.

I like that the program does not need to be installed on the customers computer. It connects fast and allows for support
Nachteile
Sometimes when connecting to customers widows of programs open behind other windows. So this makes you minimize other windows. Also that it temporarily installs in the temp folder. If Windows security is set to not allow this the program cannot be used.

Regarding the installation of the Client app, it is downloaded to the temp folder by default. Great value for the money but lacks a very helpful feature

For the most part, the software works very well. I have been able to connect to nearly all of my client computers. I do like the ability to have a person for to fixme.it and start a support session for a "one off" support call.
Nachteile
I'm still waiting for the ability to have multiple logins (not simultaneous) for a single account. I need to be able to give a specific person access to a group of client computers for remote support. I.e. If I have groups named Client A, Client B, and Client C, I want to another person be able to log in with their email and password and have access to Client C computers. There is also a minor issue of some sort with Server 2008. On a regular basis I am not able to connect to that computer. It appears the connection works but I never get the screen for remote access. When that server is rebooted I have access for a few days but then something happens and I can only RDP to that server.

Vorteile
Ease of use and it's features for supporting multiple displays. Addition of ability to control more than one computer at a time was a great update.
Nachteile
Wish they had a way to set it to low bandwidth so that high res background pictures would not attempt to send over slower connections or to tell it to not send so it improves user experience when bandwidth is limited.

To do that, click the Options button on the session toolbar and choose Image Quality => High Speed (displays the remote desktop as an 8-bit color image).

Fixme.IT works for me
Switching to this product increased my productivity with my clients and reduced any stress for them to connect us remotely.
Vorteile
Simplicity for my clients to connect with me. I used to spend way too much time connecting just for a short session. Also, the Unattended Access allows me to do my work for my clients on my schedule instead of having to depend on someone allowing me in.

FixMe.IT is Great!
This software allows me to perform remote IT sessions without the need to travel to the client on many occasions saving me time and money.
Vorteile
This software does everything I need. It allows me to perform remote sessions with clients as well as unattended remote sessions. It is not real fancy but does everything I require at a fair price. I have been using this software for 4 or 5 years now.
Nachteile
There is nothing I dislike about the software.

Very easy and simple to use, drag and drop feature and multi sessions.
Vorteile
multi monitor support is ideal for ease of use. being able to copy files to and from a remote session via drag and drop is very helpful.
Nachteile
Fixed bar at top is useful but gets in way of full screen tabs, can me made to disappear but I prefer the persistent appearance, if it could be made so the remote screen shows below this when on a full window would be perfect.

The service's reliability is very good- near 85 percent of connections without any loss of connectivity during sessions.
Nachteile
The loss of connectivity during sessions, once a loss occurs, seems to recur often. These losses effect me sometimes often.

I have been very pleased with the my overall experience. Product works well.
I do not have to leave my office to service my multi-national customer base.
Vorteile
Ability to connect to multiple computers at the same time, is a very useful. As an I.T. professional, I routinely connect to many computers at once, when deploying many computers at once. Or when stopping a virus attack, I can quickly get to all computers on any network I need to.
Nachteile
Techinline Ltd billing system, no grace period. they claim 1 day but haven't seen that yet. keeps cancelling my service, if payment is not received on 1st attempt. Other suppliers will try more than once before cancelling anything.

By design, the Bluesnap system cancels a declined order on the following day after the original failed auto-renewal attempt. The main purpose of this is to ensure that there are no subsequent repeat charge attempts whenever any payment is declined. At the same time, we assure you that the FixMe.IT application provides a 1-day grace period, which means that we keep your subscription active for 1 full day whenever the auto-renewal payment is not processed by Bluesnap. We also reach out with a failed renewal notice and provide instructions for submitting the payment. After one day, i.e. when the subscription expires, you may use the 'Renew License' option within the Expert app to submit the payment. used to be lackign features, but is a lot better lately.
I would like it to work better with remote systems that have more then 2 screens. I use it a lot in 6 screen clients and its a pain.

Great software
We are able to offer superior customer service with this product.
Vorteile
We use the "unattended access" with most of our clients because this allows us to connect with their desktops from the second we pick up the phone. We can often connect with them by the time they finish talking, and resolve their problem very quickly.

We have not encountered any negatives with this product.

1. If you mean that the remote user needs to click on the 'Accept' prompt when connecting to the expert, we're planning to get rid of this very soon. Please stay tuned for updates.
2. We're unaware of any issues with QHD support. FixMe.IT supports all screen resolutions up to 4K. You can take advantage of the application's scaling settings to adjust the remote screen according to your needs or preferences. Please see this video for more details: https://youtu.be/NoryfEpF-CE
3. You can enter admin credentials on the remote machine. However, certain tasks require the end-user's input by Windows design.

Excellent product for remote support
I have been using the software for a number of years having moved from a competitive product. FixMe.it offers a very high level of functionality for the price and this makes it stand out from the competition.
Vorteile
Its quick and easy to establish sessions with clients when performing remote support and demos etc. Software is fast, stable and works well and is rarely defeated by company firewalls.
Nachteile
There is no Mac client but generally this is not a problem for me.

It just works.
It allows me to take care of my client's computer anywhere in the world, from wherever I happen to be.
Vorteile
When a client needs help it's easy to talk them through the connection process, and the service is very reliable. And, unlike the competition, the price is reasonable.
Nachteile
Other than I can't use it with clients who have Macs, which is a big limitation, I really don't have anything negative to say.

This is a great alternative to LogMeIn, Teamviewer and other such tools.
Cost effective and fast remote control for unattended and one off connections........exactly what you need.
Vorteile
Simple and reliable as well as being great value for money. Slowly but surely features are being added such as the recent update to allow multiple remote control screens at once (previously you could have multiple connections, but only remote control one at a time)
Nachteile
Software doesn't support OSX so I'm forced to use Teamviewer for my OSX customers. Also it would be nicer if the app was also web based so we could use any computer to remote control etc without installing software, even if it was more limited.

My company switched from using WebEx to FixMe.IT and it was a huge improvement.
Being able to establish a session with a user quickly is very important and that's probably the biggest strength.
Vorteile
The thing I like most is how fast it is under normal circumstances. As I said, we switched from using WebEx and it felt like it took several minutes to start up a WebEx session where as with FixMe we can get a session started very quickly, especially if it's with an experienced user who knows how to start a session.
Nachteile
One main problem comes to mind.
Performance when customer is on WiFi can be poor. Sometimes when we're helping a user who has WiFi, the session will seem to freeze up for around a minute and then will pick up again with a reasonable level of lag (like click response time is 1 or 2 sec behind) that is understandable.

Price of course, easy to use, if you login to a domain environment it will prompt for domain admin credentials, some other application doesn't, it will keep session available when you switch user name or logout. love the last update multiple session at the same time. I totally recommend this application

Need few more features like screen that will have more details about the computer you are connected to: ip computer name. I also notice the client id the host give you is not the same after you connect the session, that is all I remmber

A good remote-access program
Very easy - so that's why I've been using Fixme.it for some years
Vorteile
I use other remote access software but I prefer this one in many ways. Firstly, as I have more than one PC I need to be able to use the software on more than one. The other remote access software has to be licensed for each machine in spite of the fact that it's only me using it. It's very easy to instruct my customers to log in and the unattended access facility works very well.
Nachteile
I find the file transfer facility nowhere near as user friendly as Team Viewer, it's ok for one file at a time but Team Viewers explorer type screen allows multiple files and folders to be transferred easily.

The Right Remote Access Tool for Me
I love that I can jump from desktop to desktop, despite being thousands of miles from my clients, and those clients being more thousands of miles from each other.
Vorteile
My home base is very remote; I needed a remote solution that was stable, secure, inexpensive, and allowed concurrent connections to multiple clients without requiring a lot of bandwidth. FixMe.IT satisfied all of my requirements.
Nachteile
One of the key requirements for my purchase was 2 part authentication, which FixMe.IT has, but I would feel more secure with the authentication coming through SMS/text rather than email.

excellent persistent remote support & access software
Great company. Good access to developers for bug fixes. They continue to roll out more/better features rather than sitting around cashing checks.
Vorteile
Loads quickly, light footprint, can use on the road in less than 1 minute, good support for multiple screens, will do drag/drop file transfers.
Nachteile
Prefs are tied to IE so resetting IE wipes out stored prefs. Does not take long to reset them though.

Remote Desktop Control made for IT Professionals
Vorteile
FixMe.IT's servers are always fast and stable, It is simple to direct users over the phone to start the Support Session, it automatically checks for proper local-admin privileges and will prompt the user for credentials if needed. FixMe.IT was made with IT support professionals in-mind; it never has a problem viewing and clicking-through UAC dialogs, and the additional features such as Unattended Access and File Transfers make Remote Support a breeze.
Nachteile
per month per user price seems steep, however, is a reasonable price for such powerful software, and seems extremely competitive compared to other similar products.

Inability to bypass UAC. Inability to run at service (instead of having the dialogue box open in order to maintain connection)

Brilliant I.T Support Software
We have tried a number of products and this is certainly our favourite
Vorteile
Great unattended features that can be shared through all employees using the tool making remote access to customers systems much easier. The software gives a clear view of which system are online and which aren't. It is also very easy getting a customer to start a session when using the software.
Nachteile
Doesnt work on mac.
Copy and paste to clients PC could work better
When you run out of licenses it doesn't tell you who they are in use by which means shouting round the office

FixMe.IT is easy to use and has a good price for the number of unattended client installs.
Vorteile
Easy to use
Clean and simple interface on the Expert application
Easy to organize unattended clients
All basic remote support software features are there
Nachteile
Windows only (Mac support would be nice)
Auto-login will often hang
Being able to send files from the Expert application to the remote client would be a nice feature

Awesome product, service us really good
Supporting users anytime , really quick, without the needs of installing any other third party applications or add on.
Vorteile
The easy graphic user interface, included some great features, that help supporting our users.
The simplicity of the product is really amazing, thanks you for a great service and support.
If you are looking for a quick and simply remote tool, this is the one for you!
Nachteile
The options, to revoke service still available for users , and they can remove the service at any time, it would be great, if you can take this option out.

Simple product to use, easy to get customers connected or to get on with unattended clients.
Vorteile
FixMe.IT is really simple to use and has some useful tools: file transfer is simple, as is screen sharing, plus you can use a pen to highlight things on the screen or change the mouse to a red dot to guide people around the screen. And the software is inexpensive when you consider you can run both new remote support sessions and unattended clients from the same console.
Nachteile
The ONLY issue I have with the software is that it is not the quickest to connect and sometimes you are left wondering what is going on.

No need for customer support.
The platform allows me to remotely access my computers in the office, provide remote support for my clients and is a key part of my business operation. I am very satified with the product.
Vorteile
Easy to use, scalable and efficient, all for a fair cost.
Nachteile
I have no dislikes, I have had no issues and the interface is simple.

I <3 Fixme.IT!
I've been using for a few weeks now in my org and I have to say I <3 Fixme.IT over all the other remote admin vendor products we've used. It gets the job done, is super simple, doesnt need admin credentials to install the client. It just works!
Vorteile
This software is great! Remote Administration tool allow you access to a PC using a simple 6 digit code.
Once online, you can remote control the session and do all the things you need to remotely.
The best part is that you dont log out during reboot and logouts! You can see the login screen!
Nachteile
So far, I havent found anything too terrible. The layout could be updated.
Thats about it though.

Use Daily
Our small business does daily Technical support and Training via fixme.it. The stability and reliability are at the forefront of the fixme.it's features.
Vorteile
This program runs well for the tasks at hand. The interface is intuitive and easy to grasp.
Nachteile
Requires a good internet connection. This isn't so much an issue with the software itself though.

Use daily for work - no issues at all, works great!
Vorteile
The latest update allowing us to have multiple desktops open and switch between them has been a gamechanger. Unattended access is fantastic, and we haven't run into any showstopping issues yet.
Nachteile
No Mac client or ability to remote into a computer from an Android device - those two would put it over the edge.

Easy to use for pro and client, nothing to learn and quick to setup and use.
Remote support for clients so I can bill while at the office doing other work. Really helps to get an idea of what the problem is before going on site for something that can be fixed quickly via remote.
Vorteile
Never a glitch, freeze or drop. Easy to setup and use. Survives a reboot and is a better value than Teamviewer, or AnyDesk. Product does have real support if needed.
Nachteile
Program does not update itself. If client has not used the program in a while, they have to download a new installer.

Works well, we have been using it for years.
Vorteile
It is easy to use and does everything we need, clients can access it with ease and the url is short and easy to remember.
Nachteile
There are no Cons to mention at this time as we use it specifically for attended remote access. we screen connect for our unattended access.

Best thing we have ever found!
The product itself is amazing, and JUST WORKS. The pricing is fair, and the ability to seamlessly work with UAC and unattended access is awesome. I really love the support though. Simply skype them and sometimes your questions and suggestions get updated right on the spot. They are also always open to customer recommendations, and even several of mine have already been implemented. GREAT COMPANY.

Anytime I have a complaint or wish list item, I'm always greeted with a "yup, we're working on that and it'll be coming soon." And it does! So no cons.

Great Remote Support Tool
Vorteile
I'm able to deploy the unattended client to allow me to access my more troublesome clients, while leaving icons on the desktops of the rest.
Nachteile
It is only for Windows-based machines, and there is no iOS or Android Expert client, which would let me administer my clients from my smartphone or tablet.
