First , i had couple of questions to customer service and replied very quickly and solved my problem. Second,there are many softwares already integrated with parley like ; salesforce, box and etc. This function saved lots of time.

Actually , i used almost a year for almost more than 2-3 contract negotiations , everything was smoothly completed.

Parley Pro's live collaboration feature is unique and was one of the main reasons why we chose this system. The software covers all phases of the contract management process, which is very important to us. The DocuSign and Salesforce integration is also a great help.

Nachteile

I miss a project management function (e.g. separate to do list, ability to prioritize contracts).

It helped our organization tremendously when it comes to managing our contracts. The platform is very easy to use and has helped us improve our productivity and efficiency by automating our workflows and giving us real-time visibility into the status of each contract. The dashboard screens provide us with all the information we need to make informed decisions, and the security features make sure that our sensitive contract information is protected. The ability to control access and editing rights on an individual level is also a great feature of the Parley Pro software.

Nachteile

It can be hard to use, especially if you're not familiar with contract management processes. Another problem is that the learning curve can be steep, which can delay the adoption of the software.I have noticed that sometimes the software can be slow when working with large contract files or complex workflows. This has been a problem for us because we have to wait for the software to catch up each time.The software isn't very customizable, so it's not great for our company. We'd like to make it more personal, but that hasn't been possible because of the limitations of the software.

We were nearing the end of an RFP process involving IronClad, Concord and SpringCM when we heard a rave review about ParleyPro. The review was so strong, we felt we had to at least do a quick demo to eliminate Parley Pro so we could sign with IronClad, our preferred option. It became obvious almost immediately that it was far superior to either Ironclad or Concord (in our opinion)! and way less expensive than SpringCM, as well as potentially better. ParleyPro had the ability to handle the complexities in our contracting process (we contract with state educational institutions who often insist we attach addenda to our contracts). Also, Concord only had the ability to negotiate online in their platform, and Ironclad only had the ability to negotiate offline and did not have a platform with redlining capabilities- so it was a HUGE selling point for us that Parley Pro could do both. Also, with Concord, I believe any changes you made to the document the counterparty would be automatically notified, without the ability to make it visible solely internally first. Anyway, we did a total about face at the last minute, we were so impressed with IronClad. Our PE owners were skeptical at first (they hadn’t heard of ParleyPro) but after a demo they were also convinced ParleyPro was amazing, and are now big supporters. Parley Pro also was the only option with real-time analytics dashboards and they upload your existing contracts/legacy agreements and tag them for you!

We are impressed with Parley Pro's ability to enable our legal team's ability to scale it's effectiveness, by facilitating effective creation, negotiation, execution, and management all of our contracts across hundreds of vendors and partners in one place.

We have nothing negative to say, the return on this investment is almost immediate and it's an extremely easy tool to utilize and scale within our organization.

The contract-negotiation process got much faster than before. The live negotiation helps us a lot to track the changes and all the redlines online. We are happy to use the dashboard reports as well, where all the key information about our contracts are captured.

It takes time to customize the software according to our preferences and sometimes there are some bugs - but all in all we are satisfied with the system and all our requests and bug-reports were solved or at least an alternative solution was offered.

Customer Support is top notch. It is easy to get a hold of company to request assistance as well as needs for development of software. Customization is an added bonus with this company as fields can be easily added or removed.

You've got to be willing take the time and work with the devs to configure it to your specific use - unavoidable as the alternative would potentially be more frustrations with granular configuration on the client end.

We automated our NDA and SOW agreements with Parley Pro, which is a great help for our department. Once a contract is executed it is auto-filed into a correct folder and we can find it easily by searching it.

Parley Pro helps us track our contracts from formation through execution, while keeping all changes and concerns in one place. Revisions and approvals are so much easier to track. The reps are always available to address concerns or requests for customizing our forms and inputs.

We lose some formatting from Word that is difficult and time-consuming to correct.
