Recruiter Flow for Recruitment Agencies
Could not be more positive about the review, selection, buying, and user experience. We evaluated four ATS providers and were former BullHorn customers. We knew during the call with RecruiterFlow that they were our choice. The account manager, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], had answers to all our questions and showed us in short order what we were looking for: A competitive priced ATS, that was easy to use, managed our placements and fees, interview scheduling, and easy candidate upload & management and reports. Since the time of purchase, we had several questions and requests. Within the same day they were answered and solved. Great post sale support.
Vorteile
The software is very intuitive. You don't really need much training at all.
Nachteile
So far no cons. Any challenges we had the support team had a solution that day.

I've look at every ATS and this is the best!
Fantastic, couldn't be happier. And the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the entire Customer Support team is extremely responsive but on issues and also on feature requests to make the system better.

Excellent, user friendly program!
Absolutely love Recruiterflow and all of the functionality it provides our agency. The email recipes and templates have totally streamlined some of our processes, and drastically helps to organize the hiring process on our end.

We had some kinks to work through in the beginning in order to make the software fully functional for our agency, but the team over at Recruiterflow was incredibly responsive and helpful in getting us up and running.

Great ATS
Our overall experience is excellent and more important is that the customer service is excellent at all levels! the team at Recruiterflow have always promptly addressed any issues we needed assistance with.

Ease if use. Features that work great with the needs of a talent search agency. The ability to customize the product to fit our needs and database talent pipeline. The ease of being able to track candidates as they move through the search and pre-hire process.

Our recruiting has become so much better now
Eliminated dependency on recruiting agencies and vastly improved candidate quality.
Vorteile
We have completely eliminated the budget for recruiting agencies and advertising on job boards. Now our inhouse and freelance sourcing team sources great candidates and Recruiterflow helps us engage them with personalization. It has completely changed the way we recruiter.
Nachteile
There is not much to dislike about this software. Maybe, I can use an employee onboarding module. But I can live without that.

Great product for fast growing companies
Vorteile
I love the UI of Recruiterflow. It's so much better than all other recruiting softwares in the market. I am also able to automate most of my repetitive tasks using Recipe. Since, it's deeply integrated with my email, all the communication is also tracked automatically.
Nachteile
While I love Recruiteflow, I would love to see a deeper integration with Zapier and probably the ability to send text messages and place calls directly from the system.

Maybe, we can work on the reporting component a bit more. Though I have found a way around it by using tags to customize the report as per my daily needs. But if that can also be automated then it would be wonderful.

Fantastic layout, easy to use and great functions
Vorteile
Simple and easy to use giving you a great overview of a customisable pipeline. Search functions for candidates work really well most of the time and the tag functions make organising candidates really easy. The email marketing tool is excellent and a must-have!
Nachteile
It doesn't always pull information from CVs to the candidate profile correctly but it's easily adjustable.
Can be difficult to navigate between panels at times with unnecessary steps within a job.

Makes sourcing and outreach really easy
Vorteile
I love the chrome extension that helps me source candidates directly from LinkedIn and find their contact coordinates with just one click. I can also create email campaigns for the candidates I source. Recruiterflow's email campaigns has helped me source 3x more candidates than I used to earlier!
Nachteile
There isn't much to dislike about it. However, it can probably use an integration with angelist and other job boards.

Great ATS For a Recruiting Firm
[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the team at RecruiterFlow are great to work with. They approach the business with a personal touch, are very responsive, and are continually adding valuable features to this platform. The platform is rock solid.

Best Agency ATS we have been able to find
Vorteile
After trialling everything we could we chose Recruiterflow and so far it's been great. The reasons we chose RF are:
- It's got a great UI, really clean and modern.
- It's really easy to use. We had it set up and customised in under an hour and our consultants picked it up in minutes.
- It puts CRM front and centre and make's it very easy to build and run email campaigns.
- The Linkedin widget is the best I've used. Really quick and easy to capture data.
- It doesn't impose any workflows on you. I feel like most other platforms have made assumptions about how recruiters should/want to work but RF has allowed us to keep our own best practice.
- Service has been great. They are always available and you're often speaking with one of the founders.
Nachteile
It's still a work in progress and not all areas of the platform feel fully formed yet but the core parts work better than anything else I tried so it's a happy compromise for us.

Recruiterflow is user-friendly!!
Vorteile
Recruiterflow is very flexible. You can also customize a lot of info fields. I also love that the software's design is simple yet very neat looking, it makes everything easy to read and it's very pleasing to the eyes. Our transition from our old database to this new software has been easier. Though we have made some adjustments and changes into our internal processes, the adjustments we had to do was very minimal.
I also love that the Recruiterflow team and it's [SENSITIVE CONTENT], is very responsive with all the queries we have. They made our lives easier during the transition process. Thank you!!!
Nachteile
The current Analytics feature is great, however, I wish that it has more detailed information available since it's also a way to track people's productivity and activities.

Great Tool for the Recruiting Lifecycle
Vorteile
The ease of use is incredible. The functionality and integrations/ extensions have a high degree of utility. It houses an all-in-one organized solution for resumes, notes, tasks, and emails. RF is also very customizable which is great if you work on a variety of roles with different stages. Lastly, it allows for collaboration between teammates!
Nachteile

Overall, I'm a big fan based on the speed of the system, how easy it is to customize, and all of the automation capabilities!

Like most other ATS platforms, the reports are focused on *how many* instead of *who*. Getting reports of candidates with links to their profiles is not an option.

Recruiterflow has been rather turbulent. It took me some getting used to.
Vorteile
a) I think it's great that its can so easily launch the job on your careers page and remove it.
b) Activity logs are super helpful
Nachteile
I know you guys are a start so here's some constructive feedback:)
a) Activity logs delay and don't auto refresh.
b) Disqualifying candidates should be easy with template-d communication rather than two steps i.e disqualifying and then writing an email. Tabs are on either ends so it's slightly hard. Check Greenhouse maybe for UI
3) Filtering your job does not auto filter the interview stages there. This means I have to remember which interview stage is mine(Eg: Take home test or Take-home test). I'm choosing from quite a few.
4) Adding recruiters to profiles need some work. Not clear enough to finish in case you don't want to go through the entire stage
5) Need to embed classmarker/other tests into this
6) Can't see invoices
7) Bulk movement of stages
8) A lot of my non recruiterflow emails are getting labelled "recruiterflow" on my headout gmail account and that's a real problem too

Easy, full-featured recruiting software
With Recruiterflow, I've consolidated almost all of the software I use to use to do my job, into one easy to use package. And it seems like they're just getting started. Can't wait to see how the product evolves.

Recruiterflow has everything you need in a recruiting ats/crm: candidate sourcing and contact info, job pipeline, email campaigns, job board integration, client management and more, all in an attractive and easy to use package.
Nachteile
Universal search seems to only work with candidates and contacts, but not companies. Also, would be nice to have keyboard shortcuts.

I like the filters and ease or use. The application was very easy to get used to, and the filters are very handy while in meetings with other coworkers
Nachteile
Two things:
1) I would like to be able to set the width to the columns in the Candidate section, so I can see all the information I need. If I set it once, it will always revert if the page is refreshed. It's great that I can set which columns are displayed, but I wish there was an extra option for width, or that the width would not revert once set
2) I sometimes notice Candidates being added to our Candidate page, without anyone from our agency adding them. This could be a setting, or something, but it dumb it would do it by itself

Great ATS for Agency Recruiters
Overall a great experience -- it could benefit from a couple of small improvements but overall it's exactly what we need.
Vorteile
The system overall is extremely intuitive. The metrics are helpful, the campaigns are easy to manage, and the jobs simple to set up and build and tailor to specific needs.
Nachteile
The formatting in campaigns could be better and it would be great to be able to navigate to new candidates from another candidate's page without having to close out. The searchability AI could also be a bit better.

Easy to use - Great support - Great Value for money
Since I've started using Recruiterflow the overall recruitment process efficiency has increased significantly by making the process of sourcing candidates much smoother, and also turning candidate management much easier.
Vorteile
The layout is really clear and easy to navigate.
Search works really well being able to search according to very detailed criteria from the information contained in Recruiterflow ( another pro: can be soaked from most social platforms).
Google chrome extension for candidates social sourcing.
Nachteile
Access via Mobile. Not fully responsive.

Outstanding ATS / CRM
Have used numerous recruiting software platforms in my career. RecruiterFlow is a cut above all the rest.
Vorteile
Excellent user interface, highly customizable, well designed, robust without being overwhelming, intuitive, online chat support, easy to design search parameters, incredible automation.
Nachteile
Nitpicking but nothing critical... Would like the ability to change font color of Companies in the Job portal view.

Helpful for Recruiting Firms
We're doing great business and having a better time keeping track of who deserves to be placed at what jobs.
Vorteile
Love the ability to put candidates into silos, and keep tabs on where there are and why they're there.
Nachteile
Hate having to sign in to my account every time I pull up the website. Wish it would remember me.
