Refreshing CRM, should be more popular in the UK!
Vorteile
- Great for grouping people using the Tags function
- Really simple to get started and the 2 week free trial was amazing to see if Recruiterflow worked with my recruitment style
- It used to take me hours and hours to send candidate e-shots on my old system. It now takes me minutes on Recruiterflow
- The customer support is decent and they listen to suggestions for product updates
- You get more for your money on Recruiterflow compared to other CRMs out there, such as email tracking (tracks opens, responses, and bounce backs), and automation tools for tasks that used to take hours
Nachteile
- Having used the system for a few months, there are a couple of areas for improvement but nothing major compared to other CRMs out there
- The tool where Recruiterflow will provide email addresses and phone numbers is pretty expensive for just an email, so I personally don't use it

RecruiterFlow - it's great!
As a past user of RecruiterFlow a few years ago, I've used various CRM/ATS systems over the last 3 years since then, including Bullhorn, and JobAdder. Recruiterflow is, in my opinion, the easiest to use, with the best cost/features functionality and very strong support.
Vorteile
Very intuitive interface with simple controls and useful features. Easy to change views from list to Kanban to grid etc. Useful search functions and inbuilt email sequencing, candidate tracking through recipes and similar functions.
Nachteile
Sometimes a bit slow as cloud based but that is a very minor gripe and related to our WiFi connection rather than RecruiterFlow. That said, this happens very, very rarely so overall, very happy.

Their support completely sucks. It didn't used to be this way. The software is way too glitchy and they refuse to take accountability for it and they blame the customer. I had such a good start and what i thought rapport with them...well now I see them for what they are. I would strongly advise you to find a more established software. We are already looking for another vendor.

I love Recruiterflow, I really do
I am a big fan of Recruiterflow, after using Bullhorn, Vincere, Bond adapt, Job adder etc. What you have created is very nice, pricing is fair and feels like a nice business with good people. I wish you would invest more in to your help team to get instant responses to questions asked and not have to wait. Also, should be a payment link option to pay manually - if an invoice or payment is outstanding, rather than wait for direct debit to be recollected.
It should be, this amount is outstanding - PAY NOW. on our billing section, not merely update your card details - that doesn't help.
Vorteile
Clean simple easy to use - it is not clunky or unnecessary. The interface is easy on the eyes and pleasant to look at.
Nachteile
The one thing I would say is you need to work on your fields - for example, basic things like candidate salary, you have to add as a custom field, same with current job title
Basic most important factors are candidate name, location, salary, industry, specialism, key skills, current job title etc.
Also the searching could be improved, it should be very easy to do candidate searches to shortlist for prospective jobs. Should be able to search with salary range

Why you should work with Recruiterflow
I work daily with Rf and love how simple and fast this is. Try for yourself!
Vorteile
customizable to your own needs, very intuitive and easily accessible. There are many features, linkedin chrome extenstion, and automations freely available which other Recruitment Platforms incurr high fees. Finally, Rf can be connected to your GSuite / Office email platform, which is very helpful. The helpdesk is friendly and quick in reply. AI solutions have recently been added.
Nachteile
There is no Mobile-app yet. What I miss are help videos linked to certain applications to guide the user.

I have had an excellent experience so far and they seem very proactive about improving the product.

Great tool and great value for money!
Great! The team are responsive. The tool is easy to use and I highly recommend it.... I already have done to other businesses!

I have already recommended them to a number of people! I think the UI/UX is great. Its concise, clear, user friendly and the team come back within 24 hours if I have any issues. I also love the ability to advertise on a variety of job boards as part of my package.

Very positive and can only recommend it to everyone.
Vorteile
I am a big fan of the overview of the jobs you have posted in recruiterflow also it's easy to get an overview of where the different candidates are in the flow.
Nachteile
Well there is always room for improvement but I actually reached out to recruiterflow in regards to features we are missing and they are looking into it. One thing I just realized is of course their app on a mobile phone that is something which can be made a lot better.

We are working with Recruiterflow since the beginning of our activyt, it has been a hard selection to find a tool matching our business and expectations, After almost 4 years, Recruiterflow is still a good choice

We are struggling a lot with the reports, KPIs Management, objectives management and the overall performance management for our recruitment activities. Dashboards, KPIs tracking.. Recruiterflow is not at the level expected on this part.

I personally have really enjoyed using Recruiterflow. It is very user friendly and the different functions are easy to learn and the reports are very helpful for company tracking purposes.
Vorteile
Recruiterflow is user friendly and I like how it integrates between applications. Also the bulk email function has been very useful in marketing and company performance.
Nachteile
I don't think there is anything I don't like about Recruiterflow. It is easy to use and doesn't bog you down with a bunch of complicated functions that you hardly ever use. This product gives us just what we need to help us be successful.

Overall, I don't mind using RF. I think it's relatively simple but still needs some work

I like how simple RF's platform is - I also love the ability to view candidates within the job and see their stages. The candidate view is also great! I do like the reporting feature, but it's fairly complicated and not intuitive to use. I also LOVE the browser extension for sourcing - this is my favorite part of RF
Nachteile
I dislike the resume search - sourcing within RF is not as simple as it sounds. I also wish we had more ability to delete activity - I will often move a candidate to the wrong stage and cannot delete it, which messes up reporting. I also dislike how you can only add a candidate to a specific stage when bulk uploading - that should be available whenever you are adding a new candidate. I also wish you could move candidates between reqs from sourced --> interested without having to move them through all the stages (think of this in reference with something like a cloned job).

RecruiterFlow - good value and fully featured.
Fantastic product and excellent customer service. We inserted a job board from Recruiterflow into our website, with help in removing the Recruiterflow branding.
Vorteile
RecruiterFlow manages our candidates in a recruiting pipeline. As well as storing candidate details, we have automated services established for emails and texting. We can create campaigns and recipes for multiple touch points. And, we were given a 3 year discount.
Nachteile
We are investigating integration with our current Voip service, but that could come soon.

RF is easy, effective, and worth it!
I really have to compliment the RF team. They are always available to help, answer questions, and they'll take your feedback to the team for product ideas. It's always so easy to engage with them, and they don't give up until your issues is solved. Also, overall RF is a great ATS for its ease of use, its functionality, customizable workflows, and adaptable integrations - we use it every day and are very happy with it!

Recruiterflow is easy to use, customizable and their support is amazing. I appreciate the functionality offers and the integrations are great and seamless to activate.
Nachteile
I've not found the CRM function for managing and tracking clients to be the best - we're using alternative sources to do BD. It's fine for Account management, but building leads and doing outreach is just not a viable scalable option in RF.

Great Product for both Recruiting and Agencies alike
I am very happy with my purchase and find it extremely hard to find a replacement.

Excellent system, better Customer Service
Vorteile
It really is an excellent product, but whats impressed me most is their people. The sales team were passionate and truly understood the product, which really wasn't the case when I got the pitches from other ATS/CRM systems. Further, the customer support once in are caring and really excellent at their job. I've been in Recruitment for 15 years and this is the best ATS I've used in terms of People support, and their product is one of the best as well.
Nachteile
Some small workflow changes could be made that aren't a big problem, it's just a 9/10 experience rather than a 10/10, I'm being critical. I feel like the kinks will be ironed out in time.

I am overall pretty happy with recruiterflow but I wish I could modify campaign statuses and existing profiles through the extension

You can't modify campaign status from the extension. For example, you can't stop a campaign or remove someone from it on the extension, you need to go to the profile page.
When a profile already exists, you can't just update the existing profile on the extension (except occasionally if the email found is the same). You need to search for them on the web page and update them manually.
You can't bulk unsubscribe people from a specific company.
Sometimes the search bar doesn't immediately find people after inputting their phone number or email.
Sometimes the chrome extension doesn't open.
It can be difficult to track candidates on a job on one when it's in "list" mode, and to move from one candidate to the other, because the back and forth arrows are not available.

Perfect for Boutique Recruiting Agencies
Vorteile
Ease of use is incredible, as is candidate/applicant tracking. The ability to drag candidates through the interview process, while updating candidates individually is fantastic. Importing candidates' info from LinkedIn is another plus.
Nachteile
Reports and custom fields/reports could use more updates, in my opinion.

A great recruiter software especially for candidate management
So far it has been great and delivers on all of our main requirments.
Vorteile
Our focus is mainly on candidates and assisting them with gathering documents for visas. This is one of the easiest softwares to organise and save documents and then share them when required.
Nachteile
There is the option to create jobs for employers to track the recruitment stage. It would be great if a similar function was available for candidates so you can track what stage they are in (say Kanban view) before they are ready to send to employers.

Great product for SME sized recruitment agencies!
Very good, good support, easy to use. Would highly recommend!
Vorteile
The ease of use, the front end appearance is very easy to navigate. All of the features that you would expect and want from an efficient and well designed CRM/AMS are there, and at a great price.
Nachteile
The reporting is fine from a top level, but could use some more detail. For example, you can track contact calls & candidate calls per user, but can't track "type of calls", such as "Connected", "Voicemail" etc... they all get lumped in together. But this is honestly the only slight down side to Recruiterflow.

Still learning the product but overall it's been very positive.
Vorteile
I like the adaptability of the product. If you have a suggestion for a slight adjustment or addition it's always quickly met and realized. The AI function is useful as well.
Nachteile
I think the ability to toggle back and forth while just hitting "back" on history and it taking you where you were previously as opposed to taking you all the way back a home screen would be nice.

UKLC Recruiterflow
It has made Recruitment much more streamlined and efficient. Tasks that would have taken a while previously no longer do. As long as you have the time at the beginning to set up Recruiterflow to meet your needs, you will see positive changes and lots of time saved.
Vorteile
Most things become a lot easier with Recruiterflow and save us a lot of time. Applicants are able to upload their documents independently which again frees up our time so we can focus on other things. Email templates are incredibly useful as well as the ability to use saved searches.
Nachteile
We are finding our feet as we go and there are a few additional functions that we would like to see available on Recruiterflow. Having said that, we know that the Recruiterflow team are very open to feedback from users and will consider adding extra features if there is a general need for them.

Recruiterflow is an amazing tool.
I could not ask for anything better. The tool is amazing, the customer service is great, it does not cost that much, and if I find bugs or issues, they are willing to fix it right away.
Vorteile
Recruiterflow is the most intuitive ATS that I have ever used. It's everything you can ask for when running a small staffing agency from an ATS perspective.

I don't have anything to mention. It's a great tool.
