Efficient software
The whole process from the beginning of the candidate to the end of the contract is agile and in a very tight way because I can see how the whole process of the candidate goes or in what stage of the process he stayed and I have to get another candidate

The search for candidates could be a long and confusing process but with the help of Zoho Recruit the process has been easier and more orderly to carry from the search of the candidates, a follow-up of each process, the scheduling of the interviews and the final stage of hiring
With the reports of Zoho Recruit I can have a detailed list of all the candidates who have registered on the company's employment page to see their profiles and thus be informed of each one's experience and be able to choose the best option for fill the vacancy
The configuration of the account is quite simple to perform as everything else of the platform that is very easy and agile that provides support to the recruitment area and can take the order of each candidate
Nachteile
The filtering for each candidate is not complete for example the age that is so important to know there is no way to look for it and sometimes the candidate is good but age does not apply and I can see it until I enter the curriculum but not by search

Been great for us
Overall pretty good. I've stuck with it for many years because of the broad range of functionality and how easy it is to use. I have raised my concerns around pipeline management, and wouldn't rule out changing if I discovered a system that did everything Zoho does and fixes the issues it has.
Vorteile
Zoho is very simple to use, it's so simple to pick up. One of my team had never used a Database or CRM before working here and she got to grips with it right away.
It also has such an extensive range of features, functions and capabilities, however, these need to be activated individually, so you can have as much or as little of the capabilities of Zoho Recruit as you need, without it getting over-complicated from a user standpoint.
Nachteile
Pipeline management. The system doesn't distinguish between a candidate status (ie, available, not looking etc...) and a job application status (shortlisted, cv sent, rejected etc...) which means there is only one status. This becomes an issue when a candidate is involved in multiple processes and you update the status for one (let's say to Rejected), this then causes the candidate not to show up in searches of candidates still in process, even though they are still active on one or more other jobs. You can still see their accurate status if you look through the job, but they wont come up on searches for active candidates. We lost track of a couple of people due to this.
Also, despite it being a very simple to use system, configuration is a little complicated. Took ages to discover how to configure email sending from the system.

Flexible ATS with some of the easiest configurations - Recommended!
Have been implementing the entire Zoho Recruit solution as a non-technical system admin. It's been straight-forward and approachable for non-technical admins. I will also be using the system daily as a recruiter and enjoy how deep the customizations go - I feel this system can be built around how I work and function.
Vorteile
The ease of implementation: easily edit automated workflow actions, configure parsing functions, template most actions, and manage roles and permissions. Having used many other ATS options, this is by far one of the most user-friendly suggestions. Plus, the pricing is flexible to whatever hiring velocity your firm needs. Support is also very attentive and responsive.
Nachteile
There are no cons I can consider. One of my least-liked aspects is the per-user pricing, and needing to pay for hiring manager accounts, for instance (the hiring managers here will only be submitting interview feedback, along with any other decision-maker; it would be nice to see these accounts with extremely minimal Zoho interaction be free). But, this is a very small gripe - the pricing is already favorable and flexible and we're happy to pay the (very) small cost for those additional account users.

Terrible Software
These guys have totally missed the point here. It’s the most difficult software to navigate - maybe it would have been easier to use the free version, but I have the full version and it’s impossible to navigate, the jargon used, pointless pipelines.
I cannot find documents , assessments, it’s absolutely useless and I wouldn’t recommend it as all.
All other Zoho software apps at least make a bit of sense to beginners, but this is down right frustrating.

Nothing. If I HAD to choose then possibly the fact that it publishes job opening on multiple boards.
Nachteile
Not at all user friendly. At all. And most of the job boards it posts to aren’t in South Africa.

My experience is 10/10. I am just amaze!

Zoho Recruit allows Recruiters to recruit and handle the 360 of recruiting. Their platform is awesome, especially being able to create workflows, hand off to hiring manager, templates and just the User Interface and WORKING mobile app.

There is nothing I dislike about Zoho Recruit it connects with all my applications.

Generally I like the functionality of the product and you certainly get a big bang for your money compared to other platforms. Good integrations between Outlook and Office 365.

We transitioned from Bullhorn to Zoho, and it's a world of difference. Bullhorn was very slow and not easy to set up and modify, versus Zoho, which is very fast, has tons of job board extensions, and is easy on the eyes.

I like the platform design. It's very easy to manage, and you can set it up on your own.
Nachteile
Sales process is a bit confusing - they will quote you one price then quote you another then say its month to month but encourage an annual commitment.

Decent ATS for recruitment
Vorteile
It's ease of use. Off it's easy to navigate your way round and I like how customizable the options are. The UI is easy on the eye and allows quick options for viewing cvs notes and uploading documents into the file
Nachteile
Although the user interface is nice and easy it does feel a little outdated compared to other systems i've used. In terms of functionality but just perhaps be a little more pretty on the eye

Nice start Zoho!
I'm new to this but so far everything seems intuitive. I excited by the low price so I can spend money on the job boards but coordinate everything from Zoho Recruit.
Vorteile
I like the Access to the free job boards. I also like the career page option. I can use that to source candidates more organically.
Nachteile
There are too many limitations on the free trial which make it hard to fully evaluate.

One stop solution
I have been using multiple platforms till I find Zoho. The best thing about this, I never searched for an alternative! Previously I was using ODOO but was in constant search for alternative and Zoho provided that. This is the 3 service I am engaged with including, Payroll and Vault.
