Solid Tool for Recruiting Agencies
Overall it's been great! The data migration and implementation of the tool was easy and it seems like adoption of the tool has been a huge success.
Vorteile
I like how easy it is to navigate the tool. Everything is pretty straightforward and the job/candidate profile and pipeline customizability is essential for an agency like ours that have a variety of clients with different needs.I also love the automations!
Nachteile
The reporting functionality needs some work as it's not as straightforward as the rest of the system, though CS has been really helpful in solving our issues thus far.

Adoption of the tool wasn't great and there wasn't much accountability to use the system over the year that we had it. Review Recruiterflow
I always liked the cusotmer service and the speed for an issue to get resolved. In general never took more then 24 hrs to solve an emerging issue, and if it could not be solved, I would get at least a message/ email that the issue is beeing worked on. I guess that is the reason I have given before maximum rating to the platform.
Vorteile
The product integration it is easy to use, user interface seems a bit complicated in the beginning, but once you get used to it and learn to use it it works very well. To this day there are many features that I do not use on daily basis. Overall a very good product.
Nachteile
I have one bruning issue, right from the begining and even though I have suggested through my emails, several times, it is still not implemented. That would be to have an automated refresh of job posts, or at least a button that allows you to refresh the job/jobs. At the moment, to refresh the job, one must go to the job close it manually and re-open the job (which dissapears if you have setting to "all open jobs") it its just annoying.

it was a good experience like i stated the customer service was always great they were always willing to help and sometimes we really miss that with our new ats.

it was very easy to use for a staffing agency & if there was ever any issues the customer service was always very helpful and willing to help at any time. we always got a great response and it was always very quickly
Nachteile
the only issue we did not have was when we uploaded all our candidates into the date base, it was not recongnizing names so it would put the names down by job title or address etc so we had a lot of the same 2 profiles - but i believe they fixed that now.

Flexible and Easy to Adapt
Very strong customer support and good feature development. Solid product for recruiting and managing

I love all the customizable fields. The ease of the product to use. A lot of common sense and end user in mind. I have entry level business people using it and they adapted quickly. No real training required.
Nachteile
Future iterations would be to have that data backend up and the values edited and auto changed with the edits in the fields. Specific Note tagging or classification would be good then all just going in the general population of notes. (i.e. pre-close notes or references or activity updates etc)

Job Adder didn't make any sense. Very restrictive. Also had to go to support for anything customized and they pivoted from a job board to an ATS and it shows! Bullhorn was at my old company and what a grand mess. The worst performance and very outdated workflow and engineering. Better support and implementation. Also knew the product well. Zoho rep didn't know too many things that were available. It wouldn't have been a bad choice compared to the other two (jobadder and bullhorn) but glad I got recruiterflow - its the better of the two.

In summary I really enjoy using it and it does not feel like another system on top of our working practises, it is seamless and a very useful tool to have.

Ease of use and customer support are a big thing for my business. I absolutely love this product.

A simple tool with enormous potential
A simple tool with enormous potential, where you just need to turn a blind eye to minor flaws.
Vorteile
Crucial for us is the integration with Linkedin Recruiter, RF has proven to have the easiest way to get data. At the same time, the open API and minimal risk of locking our data with the ATS provider is important to us.
Nachteile
I'm surprised at the little things RF developers think about, but some things they don't keep track of: the list of key technologies, exporting only excel data, not CSV, basic candidate search, or the lack of a matching system.

New age software for new age recruiting agencies
Vorteile
Our recruiting process is proactive, however, most of the softwares today out in the market are not built for this workflow. Recruiterflow is an exception and a breathe of fresh air. Our users can automate their mundane tasks, nurture candidates and build relationships. The UI is really intuitive and easy to adopt. Last but not the least, their customer service has been amazing. 6 out of 5 stars for that!
Nachteile
There's nothing not to like about the software. I referred some of my friends to Recruiterflow, however, since they were neither on GSuite or Microsoft Office, they couldn't sign up. Probably support for other email providers to expand their business can be one suggestion.

Great software
Using Recruiterflow has really made my work easier. Automated processes allow for saving plenty of time and features like reminders, tasks, and notes help with making everything clearer.
Vorteile
The software is really easy to use and very customizable. It has a nice sleek look which makes it clear and very professional. It has great features that allow tracking candidates, searching CVs, and automating responses. It helps post jobs on several platforms at the same time which is saving a lot of time.
Nachteile
Sometimes it does not detect that candidate is already in the database if they have 2 different email addresses but the same phone number. Also on candidate profiles location is not always accurately populated from CVs and requires a manual update.

Moved from BH to this - best decision I made
Excellent, Excellent, Excellent
Vorteile
After having used BH for a couple of years, and finding it so cumbersome. I switched to RF and best decision I made. It is so simple and straightforward to use, and to set-up, has all the functionality I need without a lot of the bells and whistles I never used but paid for in BH!
Nachteile
The main one I miss is being able to integrate texting in UK - the 3rd party options to do this work out quite expensive and would be wonderful if it could be integrated

How RF resolved my problem!
I recently had a HUGE problem which was attached to my search engines. I reached out to [sensitive content hidden] and was immediately contacted by technical support. Over the course of 3 days, the support team did everything they could to help me. Finally, we had a very long Zoom call where their support staff was able to access my computer and solve the issue. They were so helpful and understanding of the fact that my computer-ese is lacking! Thank you to the whole team at RecruiterFlow! Starting with management who connected me with the proper people, do the tech people who were able to work their magic and fix the problem.

Recruiter Flow is a great product and keeps getting better
It's been great using this product from the start. I had never done recruiting or used a CRM like this before. It was easy to learn and now serves as a reliable and productive tool for tracking candidates and managing client relations well.
Vorteile
Everything is really customizable for whatever work you're doing and what you're tracking. The engineering and product teams are fast to take in feedback and release new features every couple of months or so.

I wish I could change colour themes in my own dashboard haha

Great ATS, Great Service!
Cannot say enough good things about the team at RF! They are responsive, kind and witty. Their passion to put oout a best in class product was evident from our first call to their last upgrade.
I have been extremely impressed with their level of customer service and ability to be proactive partners in solving oour recruiting needs. They listen to hear the problem and are thoughtful in delivering an upgrade that will benefit all their users.
We looked at a number of ATS's, but they had so many features at such a great price, they were the obvious choice.
Vorteile
Customizable modern approach to recruiting in the real world! From uploading candidate info and reaching out in e-mail to tracking campaign success and engaging with potential candidates, RF does it all!
With an intuitive approach to design, the platform is easy to navigate and effective to use. Highly recommend to small or large firms.

Lots of glitches and not user friendly. But very affordable
If I were given a larger budget, I would move back to Greenhouse.
Vorteile
Being that it's an ATS, it's better than not having one. It is about 1 step above keeping paper resumes.
It's much cheaper than other platforms
The customer service is prompt.
Nachteile
This system is extremely glitchy and not intuitive compared to the other ATS platforms I have used.
- Setting up the application form is quite awkward within job set up is clunky. If you don't save the job on that particular screen, all that information will be lost (even though every other aspect of the job set up does not work this way)
- Invites randomly get sent out in the Monrovian time zone.
- You can't remove a job from your job board without it closing the job completely. Both Greenhouse and Workable allow you to take the job off your careers page, but leave it open.
- Formatting the job description is always off.
- About 20% of the resumes that come through are unable to be read by the software, even though they are either PDF or Word docs.

Easy to use and robust recruiting software
Vorteile
Recruiterflow is a really robust recruiting software. The user interface unlike other traditional softwares is modern and really easy to use. Automated email tracking, integration with LinkedIn, resume parsing and team collaboration features also make Recruiterflow an amazing software.
Nachteile
I would love to see click to call functionality in the software itself. Currently, you can only text from the software. I have been informed that it will be released in a few months. Looking forward to using and reviewing that feature.

Fantastic, Customer Service is top notch, having used an ATS's since 96 I utilized many and RF is my recommendation!
Vorteile
Its easy to use, customization is easy, tags, campaigns for both client and candidate built into software. Can quickly and easily build a pipeline from Linkedin to RF. Was well you can use RF for all your outbound client marketing no need for an additional crm - email marketing software.
Nachteile
Really out only con is the formatting within the software recognizes google doc formatting as all tech is using G Suite & we use Microsoft so we have to reformat a little.

This tool is awesome, i have tested and tried 20+ tools and recruiterflow is the best. Truly tthese guyss know thier business and are very helpfull. They have even made custom features for us without charging extra.

Easy to use, quick in moving through the different pages - though some back functionalities are lacking - offers the essentials in a light, intuitive package.

I used a number of different CRMs during my 15 years in recruitment and I have to say that this is up there with the best. Very user friendly and easy to navigate. Does everything you want as a CRM

There are a few features they could add, but nothing major. Would be nice if they had a mobile app to get information when you're on the move.

Great customer service and a great product!
Overall experience is fantsatic - always quick to respond, helpful, and makes life a lot easier. I've used Recruiterflow both as an internal recruiter and external third party recruiter and it's helped in both areas.

I love the user friendliness and effectivity of Recruiterflow - they are always looking for ways to improve the software and the automation of it makes my job a lot easier.

I think the career page could be enhanced some but overall still pretty good.

Great product if you're an agency owner!
Overall, I have nothing but great things to say. The team is HIGHLY responsive and when they don't know the answer, they'll find it. The product itself is simple to implement, use and maintain. Add that to the fact that it's reasonably priced and it's been a 5/5 experience for me thus far.
Vorteile
This was super simple to deploy. I think it took me no more than 5 minutes if I recall correctly. From there, the widget makes it simple to add candidates and prospects on the fly.
Nachteile
I would like to see some standardized dashboards for agencies. I understand the challenge around each agency having different KPI's so I'm not sure how but think that would be great.

Super easy to source candidates and automate recruiting
Vorteile
Recruiterflow has helped us source number of candidates and clients. We are able to automate a number of repetitive tasks and save a lot of time which can be used to generate extra revenue. Their support is unmatched.
Nachteile
There's not much to hate. The migration from your old CRM takes like 2 weeks but it's still faster than most of the other solutions.

Good bang for your buck
Recruiterflow is an easy-to-use ATS system that is pretty straightforward. It allows you to get the job done pretty painlessly from a candidate management perspective. It also allows you to monitor the amount of fees/commission to be paid out which comes in handy.
Vorteile
It's easy to use, the customer service team is friendly and helpful, and now they have Kanban viewing for their jobs which is my preference.
Nachteile
What I like least about this platform is that when a candidate emails us a resume, you have to manually download the document and then upload it to the system. I have used a few systems in the past where the system automatically detects the resume and will have it appear in the Files section.
I also don't care for how limited the job page is, as I think there could be more customizable components to it.
And the reporting function is very limited.

Recruiterflow Review
Vorteile
If you're a small to mid-size staffing agency, this is the best ATS for you. Before going with Recruiterflow I demoed over 15 ATSs but the reason I went with RF was due to the time saved through the automated function it has.
Nachteile
I wish it had more integrations. We use a lot of other software tools in our tech stack, and unfortunately, some of them don't integrate with RF

Great Platform for Agencies
I have been very happy and thoroughly appreciate the customer service.
Vorteile
The platform is very easy to use and I love the automation options. I am still learning new tricks to make the process easier for recruiters.
Nachteile
I would like to see a drag-and-drop option for resume uploads. I would also appreciate an integration with HireEZ.

User-friendly ATS
It makes my day to day easier, and also they have a stellar technical team that is very helpful when there is an issue with the software and always find a solution, also they give you realistic timelines when they are solving a problem.
Vorteile
It has quite a few of automated features that save a lot of time, also is very intuitive and easy to use, even if the person is not specially techy, it's not hard to get the hang of it.
Nachteile
Is a bit complicated to use it as a data-base, you need to follow too many steps to do it, it should be more accessible.

Great ATS

Raising the bar!
Probably the best Applicant Tracking System I have ever used!
Vorteile
It is user-friendly and works very smoothly. I also love the design and color.
Nachteile
I had problems using the text message feature and I was getting errors but it was resolved immediately.

Recruiterflow for the win!
I've had a fantastic experience with the Recruiterflow. It's easy to use and integrates well with job boards and other platforms. The team is amazing to work with and quick to respond.

Great software for collaborative teams
Great product. We’re hiring faster than ever.
Vorteile
Recruiterflow is super simple to use. We could get started in no time. We are a distributed team over multiple locations and Recruiterflow makes it really easy for us to collaborate with each other. I could get rest of the team started in no time at all.
We love the chrome extension and automation. Life saver as it saves me atleast 30-40 minutes everyday.
Their support is awesome! The team always replies promptly and actually listens to what you say.
Nachteile
Not much to say here. Genuinely love the software here. If I have to pick one, I would say it would be great if it had a mobile app.

Perfect for our needs
We were looking for something to collaborate with the team that was simple and easy to use. Recruiterflow is delivering on all fronts and is competitively priced.
Vorteile

Nachteile
Probably could do with some easier reporting, but it's not something that significantly would improve things for us.

Great Product
We've been using it for a few months now and the overall experience has been great so far. As mentioned previously, it's very easy to use and set up and the customer service is fantastic.
Vorteile
It's a great entry to mid level ATS which is extremely user friendly with an easy parsing tool and browser extension.
Nachteile
It's been a bit of a challenge to work out our email integration but that has more to do with our setup really and that they don't have a true ai component.

Best modern all-in-one tech solution for start up agencies
Great experience. I assessed over 8 different ATS solutions, and recruiterflow was the top choice. My concerns were the fact they are a young company with a small team. However, that is actually a strength. They have been very personable and fast with their responses back to me. The product is simply beautiful to use and very modern and not clunky.

The modern look, the combination of ATS with CRM, the resume parsing, the workflow, the chrome extension
Nachteile
Managing open jobs can be a little cleaner or easier at the administrative level. I wish there was a way where the scorecards can easily be viewed without having to click through.

Great Product, Impressed so far
It's been a really good experience so far! I would definitely recommend this product, particularly if you are a recruitment firm because it really is designed well for agency recruiters. Lastly, the customer support is really responsive through their chat feature and they get you answers and feedback quickly. I did not see that as much with a couple of other companies I had trials with. Thumbs up overall!

I'm a start-up recruitment firm so I was looking for something that was clean, modern, easy to use, with good automation features to save me time. After trying out some different software packages I really came to appreciate Recruiterflow's features. The integrations and extensions work well, you can get up and running really quickly, and it's not overly complicated and "clicky" like some other programs. You can customize a lot of things. I still haven't used all of the automation features so I'm looking forward to taking advantage of that more as I go forward.
Nachteile
Because I work for a recruitment firm I also like to track sales metrics with clients. Messages left, calls made, emails sent etc. I would like some more easily accessible analytics for my client/prospect touches to more easily track and review at day's/week end. But, they tell me this is coming down the road so that's great! They seem to be constantly adding features which is another positive.

Recruiter Flow for Recruitment Agencies
Could not be more positive about the review, selection, buying, and user experience. We evaluated four ATS providers and were former BullHorn customers. We knew during the call with RecruiterFlow that they were our choice. The account manager, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], had answers to all our questions and showed us in short order what we were looking for: A competitive priced ATS, that was easy to use, managed our placements and fees, interview scheduling, and easy candidate upload & management and reports. Since the time of purchase, we had several questions and requests. Within the same day they were answered and solved. Great post sale support.
Vorteile
The software is very intuitive. You don't really need much training at all.
Nachteile
So far no cons. Any challenges we had the support team had a solution that day.
