Vorteile

It’s easy to use functions. We have had no trouble with user friendliness. It’s also extremely easy for coaches to use it for drop ins and honor charges!

Nachteile

I am disappointed in the changes made to the “create a charge” option on member profiles. It’s become a little more complicated.

Saves me HOURS of time each month. No more tracking down people for money, no more hassling with credit cards. Store, membership plans, learning names... so much easier now.

There’s a few kinks that could be easier or smoother. Having someone new come in on a free Saturday can be a little bit of work, but it isn’t terrible.

The backend is easy to set members up. You can easily create plans, discounts, see members, etc. Also, we love how apps integrate in with the software so everything is in one place. Our members love the freedom they have with the store and the sleek check-in method. It's unlike anything we've ever seen from another developer and we love it. Not to mention, if I ever have a question, the support team is on top of it within minutes. All of the staff are very personable and easy going. There isn't something we've come across yet that we don't like.

Nachteile

There are occasional hiccups with certain members seeing the WODs. We can usually resolve it within minutes. I'm not sure if it's a user issue or if it's an issue with the app itself. Because it's typically the same folks, I lean towards a user issue.

PushPress has made signing up for classes a breeze for our members. On the administrator end, it is very easy to see classes, payments, invoices, etc. Customer service is top notch, if we have questions they are quick with the answers. The price point is also great!

We haven't had any problems with the software at all.

Vorteile

This software is perfect for small gyms that run fitness classes. The easy to use app is very user friendly and makes booking classes very simple for clients.

It's built in integrations make it easy to stay on top of all aspects of admin.

Nachteile

There are certain features missing like the ability for clients to book 1 to 1 sessions. However, pushpress' customer service is very responsive and have plans to improve the software.

It's very user friendly. Since it's made by people who actually own a CrossFit gym, the main buttons are easy to find and use. They know how to run reports and which reports are useful. I'm also really happy about the way it tracks leads- I feel like we can finally keep up with them!

Nachteile

We have two locations and we are unable to have 1 page for both gyms together. We are required to have two pages which complicates our check-ins.

I like how user friendly it is. It was made by gym owners for gym owners. They cover most every situation you may run into when running your own micro gym.

Sometimes you have to refresh the check-in and screens apps. I really don't like their scheduling calendar, but that wouldn't stop me from still using them.

So easy to navigate. Very intuitive. I needed almost no training to figure it out.

I have no cons to report. Our studio has a couple of membership options that don’t integrate perfectly, but we have found acceptable work arounds.

nothing at all. it works every time and they keep up with updates. at first the check in app was not good but they have fixed it

This software is very easy to use and we have been primarily using it at the gym, tracking classes and attendance. I think it is awesome that you can also send emails directly from the platform itself too.

As far as the dashboard its concerned, it is great for mobile use but I wish workout tracking could be a part of it because we still have to use another platform for that.

This software allowed me to fully integrate all of the daily activities that previously required so much time. With this software, I’m easily able to combine them all into one space.

The ease. I can run my CrossFit box from afar. I can view member activity, income coming in and my members have an easy tool to reserve and check in. It also runs my product sales - easily.
Service is top notch.

Not much to Not like. I gave 4 stars because I have only been using the system for a couple months and would not feel right to rank those categories any higher. But Support and Value - I have already experienced a 5 star value.

Gym that doesn’t need a big system.

Accounting could be better. Getting the transactions out to do taxes was more difficult than it needed to be. Doesn’t transfer to quickbooks easily.
