They're still building certain products, so certain features haven’t had all the 'bugs' worked out yet. But don't let that fool you, these guys are quick to make updates and changes that make their product worth it!

I love that if I have a question, I can chat with someone quickly and get it answered. It has been a huge selling point.

Nachteile

So far just the fact that I can’t toggle back and forth between customers paying with CC and ACH. I wish they could choose when signing up for a membership with me.

It's very easy to use and I was able to migrate from my old platform in a matter of hours.

The web UI can be a bit klunky at times and there's a bit of a disconnect between the check in portal app and the web console when a member cancels a reservation.

The ease of setting everything up was incredible. I don’t like the idea of writing or copy/pasting code so this was a dream. It does everything I wanted plus loads more for an incredibly good price. The online help is ‘actual’ people who reply actually help! They understand your business too, which is excellent.

If I have to put something, it’s that it uses American dates which always confuse me!

Sometimes glitchy, there are more clicks than needed for a lot of things. The app could definitely be streamlined.

The reporting is terrible. Hard to run a business using the built in reports. They are seldom correct or useful.

The login requires a domain first, then the email login. Why can't it remember your domain based on the email login?

Easy to use. Has some really great features and options for admins on the back end. Pretty user friendly and at a good price.

There always seems to be something wrong (missing dates on payroll, birthdays not showing up for members, unable to resume paused accounts, etc.) and the integration of optional apps does not work the best.

I love the ability to publish our workouts and class check ins to tv's using the Amazon Fire Stick. The system itself is user friendly, and takes little prep to use.

I wish the ability to charge using ACH was an option. Also, the ability to track PR's and performance in the Push Press Member Portal App

I like the ease of navigating the software. Everything is simple and straight forward, which is exactly what we needed to keep track of members and to process their payments. There are good metrics to keep track of financial areas as well.

I would like an overall feature to list in one area all the members assigned to a staff member regardless of what type of membership they have, this way they have a running list.

The billing set up with adding sub members has kinda been confusing. For example, we have a couple in the gym. The boyfriend pays bu everything Is under the girlfriend’s name ever since we added her to his account on a sub member.

The two things I like most are the simplicity of the software and the amazing support staff if there is ever an issue or concern.

Love the “help first” approach. They seem to truly be interested in the success of their users, and not just for their own benefit, but just to be as helpful as they can. Customer service has always been quick and effective. Really like the integration options as well.

Little bit of a learning curve getting started, especially if you are coming from another tool, so you have to relearn all the settings, where they are located, and how to configure everything. It was not always where I would have thought it would be. They do have a checklist that makes things simpler though.

The software is easy to use! The best thing is what is behind the software, which is the customer service. It has never been a wait or anything difficult to get anyone on the phone to trouble shoot or answer any of my questions in a timely manner.

The initial call - very personable. Pricing was the best option for us as well for a smaller gym.

Push press has the simplest set up for any type of gym or fitness outlet. The members portal is user friendly, the check in system and screens app is perfect for our gym. and once the billing is set up it makes you mo eye while you sleep!

The app like most app these days can have some quirks. However push press customer service is always eager to help you solve any problems you might have.

I love the reports, how members can sign up for classes on line. The ease of use us awesome. The customer service before and after purchase. If I have a question, there is usually a response in less than 24 hours!

As with anything, there are the occasional glitches and I'm not able to access certain information. The team, however, is fast to respond and usually quick to resolve these.

They put me in the free beta test with a free business mentor, so that made the choice easy...but I believe in the people and values behind the product too. It feels like they care about gym owners.
