A perfect PDF manager.
This is a wonderful app for all PDF related requirements. I am completely happy with it.

This software provides a very user friendly interface which helps me to convert and edit my pdf files. All the functions are well placed in the dashboard itself.

It does not have any Android app. Sometime I require this software in my mobile devices when I travel. They should develop one app.

Quick, easy, online, and necessary
Vorteile
SmallPDF it's a really easy-to-use app. For me, the most important is that you don't need to download anything, and you can use it even on you smartphone browser. I'm a designer, so I live dealing with PDF files, on my computer and smartphone. Sometimes, when I forgot something, or need to edit it fast, I prefer doing it in Small PDF, instead to open the whole Illustrator document that slows my weak computer.

A solid platform for the ones working with PDF files
It's very cost effective and easy to use specially for converting small files. It has been very helpful for me to create graphs and report that are needed to be shared.

Nachteile
Nothing I can think of. Since they added the Chrome extension, they offering is complete. You can do anything you can think of with PDF for free. A value proposition that you can't beat!

Je trouve que l’équipe Small Pdf Pro devrait nous aviser dès que l’essai gratuit prend fin. Mais au lieu de ça, ils prélèvent directement sur notre carte bancaire. Je n’ai utilisé votre logiciel que très peu de fois voire 4 fois. Je demanderai juste qu’on me renvoie mon argent car l’abonnement ne me servirait à rien du tout.

Very useful
My experience has been great. So much that I want us to become one of my favorite work tools.
Vorteile
What I like the most is the amount of options you have to convert a PDF document to another format and vice versa. And that you have the opportunity to try the tool for 14 days.
Nachteile
I honestly don't think it has anything negative. I think it's great and I'm willing to pay for the tool to use it frequently

Super easy to use, wish it could upload a little fast sometimes

I use small pdf because we scan cdocuments into a system that redacts info automatically, which makes my pdf file much larger than it should be to email to our exec director. Small pdf is easy to use! I just upload the files and it makes it so I can email the files out with ease.
Nachteile
If the file is fairly large, it can take over an hour to compress, which also slows down the wifi for everyone else in the office.

Iam a student and often I need to write and send my documents to my university, but the document should be in PDF format. So Smallpdf is the best solution for it. I recommend it to everybody.

The Website is really easy to use, it really does its job, I don't want to pay Microsoft Office for the option for converting docx to pdf, and I found this solution, I use the website every week and never had any issue.

So handy!
Vorteile
I love being able to quickly and painlessly change file types, etc. SmallPDF makes it so simple to do anything with a PDF or to make anything into a PDF.
Nachteile
I don't like how you can only use SmallPDF twice within an hour, but I know where they are coming from. I also know this can be remedied by purchasing the software, but I just make the free version work for me.

Good option if you don't use Adobe suite
Pdf to excel and word is the most handy thing about this software.
Vorteile
It is easy to do what you want will pdfs. Going between pdfs and word and pdfs and excel is pretty handy, as well as being able to edit.
Nachteile
You can split and combine pdfs with preview on Apple computers. Editing and creating pdfs in illustrator is my preferred method.

Web上で色々PDFを編集出来るトコロが良きです
多少思う所はありますが現状PDFの編集をしたかったという課題はクリア出来てるので良いとします。PDFの編集業務が今後続くか次第でSmallPDFを使い続けるか決まる感じですね。

何といってもWeb上でPDFを読み込んでテキストの挿入や、個人情報等の消したい部分をササっと直せるトコロです。複数台のPCを使うので買い切りタイプのソフトではこうはいかないのでとても良い所です。
Nachteile
正直、pdfそのものの結合や削除等が分かりづらいです。UIが値段の割に使い勝手が悪くそこは良くない点です。ただ他のもっと使い勝手のいいソフトに任せてこのソフトは編集に徹してるので現状大きくは不満には感じてません。今後に期待します。

SmallPDF is a great alternative to Adobe Acrobat!
Overall, Smallpdf is easy to use and works right out of the box. Adobe Acrobat is a bit pricey and requires a login and only allows up to two people to use the service versus sharing my account with the organization.

When you go to Smallpdf.com, you are given all the options you would find in Adobe Acrobat. In addition, there's a free trial for you to use in case you want to try it prior to committing.
Nachteile
I'm not sure if there's outlook integration with smallPDF (gmail integration exists) but that is something I think would be a good idea!

Very helpful online platform for managing documents online without the need of installing applications
Vorteile
Smallpdf is an excellent website to manage PDF documents online. It is very simple to use, just upload the desired document online and then select the feature that you want. I use it mostly for converting my PDF documents to MS powerpoint extension and sometime to combine many documents together. Small PDF is a very convenient and fast tool for managing PDF files online.
Nachteile
Nothing really that I complain about. It just need a good internet connection to get the job done.

Wow
I found this software after a quick search. I decided to try the free sample and see if it could do what I need it to do. I scanned in a 30+ page document and emailed it to myself as a PDF. I then needed it broken down into multiple PDFs of only a few pages per file. This could not have been simpler. It loaded all my pages and I was able to select where to cut it off and make a new file. Loved it.

It did exactly what I need it to do! I had a very large PDF that I needed saved in sections. It was so easy to upload the file - then select where to "cut" make into multiple PDFs. Then it was just a click away.
Nachteile
So far - nothing. I am only in my second day of trying this - but it does whatever I need it to do so far.

My personal view on Smallpdf
As a paid user, overall experience is good for Smallpdf web. But the desktop version sometimes just doens't work. Only re-installation solves the problem. Yet, the customer support doesn't seem to be very helpful.
Vorteile
When it works, It just works. Very well most of the time!
Nachteile
When it doesn't work which happens very rarely, it just wouldn't work. No troubleshooting.
