This is the best pdf editor available as compare to all other available online. It just beautifully converts any pdf in the desired format. PDF editing including annotations is a brownie. UI/UX is superb.

Customer Service is horrible. I was charged twice and sent an email regarding the charge and found out a strange email was created and used my banking info for this account. I told them to cancel and they not only ignored me but charged me again.

I like that the app is very easy to be used and organized. It has multiple options for format conversions.It supports the Arabic language.

For the trial version, you have very limited chances, maybe only 2 times to try it. So, I couldn't discover all of its functions and options' quality. When I tried to convert a 14 Mega PDF file to Word, after conversion, the file keeps loading without showing any result on Word.

I love this product the most about that I could use it for free for first few times and it's compatible with any device that is connected online. The basic Acrobat Reader does not provide document signing and it's become quite a headache when I have to sign onto PDF file occasionally. This software lifted the burden from me by offering instant online service.

As mentioned in the Pros section, I can use this software for free only for the first few times or I have to wait for certain amount of time to renew the free use. If I want to use the full service with no limit, i should sign up for their plan.

I like that it is easy to use and fast in converting documents and it also does not require from you to install any software on your laptop since everything can be done from the website.

Tried desktop and online app. Both worked find for merging the documents that I needed quicklly. The app is more drag and drop and easier to use than desktop.

Desktop version was OK, but when merging documents it was not easy to move documents around before merging them. You had to move them 1 location at a time rather than to the front, back or middle.

I recently discovered smallpdf and I realized that it is an awesome platform for converting, combining and merging documents. I have converted and combined a lot of documents using smallpdf and I never had an issue. Conversion is fast and great using this platform.

Smallpdf is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. It saves me so much time merging documents and splitting PDFS. I recommend it to all of my coworkers.

Can I complete most of the same functions using Adobe? Yes.
Is this way faster and easier? Yes!! And that is why I love it.
