I like that fact that it is available to have a matching website. This way you can keep everything operating in the same company. I like that the template will automatically match your email address or domain name that you have through the company.

Nachteile

I do not like that the website tends to make errors and it messes up your website. I do not like that the ease of use of the features is not easy at all. I think that it needs a little more simplification. Since I have some experience in website making, I was able to navigate a little easier, although this may not be capable for the new beginner. The price is not worth that, so I created my own website.

I like that it is an affordable and simple tool to making a website without experience. This service allowed me to create a website very quickly and make it look pretty professional for my first site.

I would not consider this a great service. Yes it is easy to drag and drop, but it is very hard to customize. I wish this service allowed the user a little more flexibility, instead of such a rigid template and tools.

GoDaddy has simple drag-and-drop editing capabilities, and a good amount of control with of pre-filled ADI. The editor is easy to use, but there are fewer options available compared to platforms like Wix. Someone who needs something very simple may find this a nice go-to because they won't be overwhelmed with bells and whistles. Plans range from 10 dollars to 25 dollars a month and they all come with SSL/TLS security too

Besides a product like Wordpress which is also easy to use and much cheaper, GoDaddy's Website Builder is a very cheap and easy to use option, but compared to a lot of other options (and I've used a few in the past 10 years). It is hard to fully recommend this product when there is so much more one can do with other products

GoDaddy is great if you're into code and have the ability to code your own website. If so, GoDaddy is really a one stop shop and you can disregard the few star review I've given to this platform.

GoDaddy was the first hosting platform I ever used. Not able to do my own coding I hired a professional to do the work for me. Every time I needed a change to be made, I paid for that change. Nowadays, with Wix, Site123, Weebly, Shopify, Wordpress, many of which allow you to do your own coding if your so inclined, I have no idea how GoDaddy manages to stay in business. They are not particularly customer centric/friendly. If I could use any other platform other than GoDaddy I would. In fact, when my mother told me she was using GoDaddy I convinced her to switch over to a different platform.

The only thing that I found to be easy to do with GoDaddy are:
- Seeing what products you bought, and how to upgrade
- DNS settings and stuff like that are relatively easy to use
- Their interface is good
- Their support tickets/documents are extensive

There is a reason web developers make good money....don't fool yourself into thinking its for anything more than a small business with a small budget. Ultimately an acceptable choice to get yourself a web presence quickly and with a minimum of hassle. Upsells are frequent and can be irritating.

Godaddy is a great software for getting your business up and running. Without programming knowledge or website building knowledge you can easily get your website up and running by editing, dragging and dropping and adding in your information. If you are computer literate and can use MS Word you will find Godaddy easy to use to build your website. You also get a free trial period of 30 days to make sure you are happy with the software before you have to pay.

The services that are included in the hosting are pretty good and the administration panel is intuitive, which is great in order to manage your website. The domain search is very effective and has a function that tells you the approximate value of your domain in case you wish to sell it. Another positive thing is that it allows you to buy domains from other countries.

Overall I think it is quite a bit expensive for what they offer. The "Workspace Webmail" is genuinely bad, it has a very limited mailbox of around 100Mb which is practically useless. The hosting itself is slow and the customer support used to be terrible, although it has been improving quite a lot.

1) The moment I thought to go online with my services, biggest question for me was whom to approach, who can help me, what are the steps involved etc. And I must acknowledge Daddy (GoDaddy) was the answer. Though I searched for mydomainname.com but they came up with other feasible options also in .in, .co.in etc.

2) Coming onto pricing - I compared with other providers also but I found Godaddy pricing was cheaper. Moreover, customized pricings were available for annual plan, combo plan etc. And hence I got a great discount over here.

3) Now the best part was website itself. I was just wondering how to get my website designed. Professional guys talks in technical jargons and are charging $500 and so on. Godaddy team suggested me to try the godaddy website builder feature they have. oh wow :) that was more than enough. I just typed the required contents and my 3 pager website is already done and launched. No technical required, no coding, no designing. So many good templates were available which is more than enough for a newbie. Thanks to GoDaddy Team and their products.

The designs and templates are antiquated at best, and unusable at worst. The on-page SEO and code is filled with bloat and duplicate content. There are considerably more versatile and up-to-date alternatives that while might be marginally more expensive, are vastly superior.

I also like how GoDaddy is very flexible on refunds. If you are unhappy with what you purchase you are able to get partial refunds.

The builder crashes if you internet is not fast enough. In order to utilize the builder to its full advantage you will need a decent internet speed to run the online platform. Since it is not a software that you are able to download onto your computer, you will need enough internet speed to run it thur your internet webpages. I recommend closing all other apps that may need bandwidth to allow for GoDaddy website builder to run smoothly.
