It was a little difficult to use in editing. I could paste in items from other places, but it was a prefilled template that I had to update with my information. There were things that I had to add to what I had already to fill in the website. They needed a template that was relevant to my work.

Love the flexibility of the blank template on the older version which I still currently am using with site.

Well how the website builder has a completely new update every few years and this last update I did a trial and did not like how you are restricted from using a blank template and have to choose a layout already done.

GoDaddy does a lot of basic things well and this is one of them. When you consider cost and ease of use, it's a decent way to get started with a website online. In the end, you are likely to move off it. I use it these days to get something up and online while I build out a site that's got more features and functionality that I need or when I am simply testing a website idea. GoDaddy also has customer support to reach out to that are good at helping

Customer Support is top notch im a web designer who likes to work late at night and it hasn't been one time that I have called that I haven't been able to get someone on the phone for help. Hosting stays active only once has my hosting ever went down. One click install for all of the major applications like Magento, Wordpress, etc. UI is simple and easy to understand. You get a free domain for a year when you purchase 1+ of any hosting plan.

You have to know exactly what hosting plan you need for your website or you may run the risk of it running super slow especially with Wordpress sites.

None so far. Perhaps the only thing I could say is that if you are an expert user and you know programming, it can be a tool that prevents you from making advanced configurations. In my case in particular, after a while I changed the settings of my website SEO for another tool, since I wanted to have more control on how to customize my site and measure the conversions of organic traffic to my website.

I really like how easy it is to navigate in regards to building a website from scratch. I have an online business and about 2 months ago my previous site informed me they would be shutting down. I looked through many different website building options and chose GoDaddy. It allows you to truly make your business look so professional. You can use their templates to create an about me, a products page, a shipping and payment page and much more!

There is one con about GoDaddy and it seems to have been around for many years. When you are trying to set prices for shipping multiple items, it is a real nightmare! There is no easy way to set it up so that your customer isn't charged an arm and a leg for shipping if they decide to purchase more than one item. I did find a workaround that worked for my business but unfortunately, that is not the case for many others.

This product is so easy to use and allows small businesses to truly take control of their image. Without the large budget needed to hire a web designer, you can have a professional website for your business. This can include a storefront, links to other sites, galleries, and easy booking/contact options (to name a few). Truly makes having a website for my performance business accessible.

I wish the storefront option was a little less expensive monthly. I am not primarily a store so I couldn't justify the monthly cost when I don't always sell merchandise. Instead a use a link to a secondary site where I sell merch. Wish they would just take a small percentage of sales instead of a larger monthly fee for sales.

Again don’t be carried away with the low initial price as the default setting is auto-renewal and if you forget to turn it off you would end up paying the full amount when your renewal date arrives! My credit card was charged automatically and I had to cancel any further future renewals! Not happy at all!
