This app is for free and it is better than other salon appointment app which you have to pay for! I have just started / set up the payment online and it's fab very easy.

Nachteile

That they don't have a deposit part yet, but I know you are working on doing that in the future.

Everything just makes sense and there are no features missing or that don't seem to be required. It's easy to tailor to your specific area and would be suitable for all salons and spas.

Fantastic customer service too- within a couple of days of signing up I received an email from a real person asking how I was going. Very much appreciated.

The software is visually appealing, and easy to use. I'm confident that I will be able to train my Gen Y staffer in how to use it in a matter of minutes.

Nachteile

None so far- although I found myself wishing for a drag and drop feature to visually move bookings around on the calendar.

This is so easy to implement and use. It links so well to Facebook, Google etc and is easy to implement on your own site to.

My client can look at my schedule and book an appointment at any time. No need to stop to take a call to make an appointment. Most of my clients find it easy to schedule an appointment.

There's nothing I don't like about this software. It made my life easier. It would be nice if I could process a credit card through this software. Also it would be nice if this software could be an app on apple devices or android.

No miscommunication between me appointments and clients. Proffesional way of communication. Organising my life and see how moneymatters grow. I can see who has paid for services and if not i can send a pro invoice instead of personally calling is very convenient. I have no clients not showing up for a appointment!!!! Linked to fb and website and googlemabs jyst amazing. I dont have to answer my phone or explain things while im busy with a client. Everyone know they can book online and all info is givin on the app. I just paste the link on whatsapp and dont have to do anything else.

That i cant change the colours of my calander view like u want. I can be incorect but i miss the option where every service that is listed had a option where i could explain each of the eg manicure soak exfoilation scrub..... I like it when my clients book they can read about eash service ti understand what to expect so i dont have to explain what they are on the ohone. To avoid having to awser my phone.

Shedul is AMAZING for any shop that offer services by appointment, not only it is very easy to use, it is also extremely well thought. All the features you could think of are there. It made all our appointment, client list, sales review etc so so so easier. It also help us to be more organized and see our progress and where we can improve.

This software is FREE, and it is way more thorough than 3 other paid scheduling programs that I've tried. Their web app was great, very quick and very simple. Their actual app is now launched and it keeps getting better!! They link with Fresha which allows clients to book online and make an account for east appointment management. All of my clients navigate it easily.

Nachteile

Their client notes section needs revamping. In the current section for notes within a client's profile, it's just one space to write continuous notes. I suggest having a dedicated section to notes with tabs (allergies, formula, general, important notes, etc.) per client. I write notes every single day on clients for updates and need more organization.

I have been using this software for well over a year and a half and have loved the easy functionality of it since the beginning. It’s a great way to stay professional and avoids going back and forth with clients to book them in. It’s easy, affordable and hassle free!

Closing out time off for each employee individually due to vacation or time off etc. Right now hitting “closed dates” closes everyone’s calendar.

For 18 years i have used a pencil & appointment book to run my hairdressing business. Then Covid hit i knew i had to move with the times. Fresha was my solution - i have loved the client friendly features such as reminder texts, online booking & card processing.
I haven’t had a single no show since i have had fresha.
With all the new features is getting better & better. The fees are only the same as normal card payment processing too.
Ask yourself can you afford not to have fresha!

The only thing that I least liked was that my clients need to go day by day looking to see what’s available instead of showing a calendar showing the days available and the days not available. But besides that everything is perfect.

It is easy to use, i dont have to worry to remind my clients of their appointments because of the automated text setting. I ALWAYS get feedback the same day as I send my questions through. I dont have any complaints. Very friendly assistance...I can go on the whole night writing a review ...but this program and the team is SPECTACULAR!

I dont have any dislikes. I have used other programs costing a lot of money in the past but that is a waste.

Easy to use. They are constantly tweaking and bringing in new features. I love most is that they DO actually listen to their users and make improvements according to their needs.

Only a few of the features which still need tweaking. But I think once that is all sorted this will be an amazing system.
Only one way text can be a bit confusing for some clients.

Clear, straight-forward and very easy to use and configure. Flows well and doesn't over-complicate things! Very easy and I love how the development team are actively encouraging feedback from their client base to develop and improve - great idea!

Would be great to have multiple practitioners in week view. This would be a great help.
Also, if it was possible to have a seperate URL for each diary, that would be great for us (as we handle calls for several companies (i.e. https://CLINICABC.app.shedul.com) - as we can then launch the relevant diary directly.

The customer service is outstanding. There is an easy button to click on if you have questions or suggestions. They are quick to respond too. They are always looking for ways to improve and move with the times and pace of our industry. My clients really like the easy of online booking and the option for reminders. It is very compatible with surface pro and not just apple products ( but works great on my iPhone as well) I get emails for every improvement and easy to follow videos.

Double booking is being improved upon, so it is possible to double book on my end but not for clients online.

I like the scheduling, especially since the last update. I like that I can make the duration of an appointment longer than the actual service time allotted. This allows ample time for client coming in, having treatment and paying for the service.

Nachteile

I would like to see a pop up note feature for notes about appointments, my old software had that and it was very helpful. I don't always remember to look at the appointment notes I've made.

The biggest con which made me start using another booking software is the fact that their calendar is only one way sync. For some it won’t be a problem, but I use a shared google calendar in the room that I share with other therapists and uI just have to have two way sync to avoid double-bookings.

This app is a blessing if you want to find a nice salon nearby. The booking service functions very well and I am a happy customer :) I use this app also when I travel abroad .

Unfortunately in Romania the app is not very popular and there are not too many listings on the map. I wish this thing will change in the future and the app will be more promoted.

I’ve searched high and low for a Salon Booking System that did everything I wanted it to do- and Shedul is just that!

It’s easy to use and the features are amazing! I love how it sends clients booking confirmations (via email) and text reminders and thank you’s. My current clients are already impressed!

As a new small business owner it also helps that the system is available for free, but what it brings to the business is priceless!

To be honest there is nothing I can say as a con at the moment. The only thing I can say is I just needed some time to learn how to navigate and use it with confidence- but this would go for any new system! Because Shedul is so user friendly it hasn’t taken me long at all. Also the friendly team have already sent emails to offer any help if needed!

For me one of the most important features of a booking system would be ease of use - something that Shedul excels in. The user interface is also very attractive with menus that are easy to navigate through. I've found the appointment confirmations and reminders extremely useful, it has helped to avoid those last minute cancellations and no shows which can be very costly to a business. There are many features that are of huge benefit including the 'checkout' option, the facility to print and view invoices, being able to add products as well as services and also the home screen which displays a 'dashboard' including a breakdown of recent sales, upcoming events, appointments activity, top services and top staff.

I use it for music tutoring records and this is set up as hairdressing software. It would be good if it wasn't just geared towards one type of profession . I don't like how you can't cancel or change an appointment that has already lapsed.

This amazing free software has enabled me to provide customers (especially the younger ones😉) with an easy means to booking and managing their appointments. One of my younger customers said: “wow, that new booking thing you have is great, I don’t need to text back a for any longer to see when you can fit me in!”. As a result, that customer books more regularly with me than ever before! What a win, win!

I also love the integration with Facebook, which is where most of my clients book from.

I’m finding it difficult to find anything that I dislike about this FREE software, especially as I’m a very new business who could definitely not afford to pay for a booking system! This goes above and beyond it’s free price tag!
