I find this software easy to use and my clients love it. The new booking links have really made the software a lot more professional and i cant wait for the new integration payment function to come online.

Nachteile

With the recent improvements there is nothing I do not like about this software

I love how easy it was to set up, and my clients agree, even those who are shy to use online forums use it with ease, it’s perfectly geared to salons and spas, unlike other online booking items/apps, it gives clients the option to book multiple services, which I couldn’t find on any other sites.
Their FAQs are full time equipped with video tutorials to easily access and solve many issues you may come across as a first time user, and otherwise, respond very quickly to their emails with amazing customer service.

Nachteile

There is no option YET to sync to your contacts and calendar, you’ll have to manually filter it to your phone’s applications. However all of this is on the site and it is very easy to do manually if necessary.

I love shedul!!!
It has made my work and booking system so much easier and has made me more accountable.
I love the fact that my clients can book with no hassle and it’s really easy to use.
You can auto set messages, booking reminders, thank you messages to your clients and collect all the data you need. You can also add your staff and your clients can select what staff they prefer.

Nachteile

The only thing I don’t like is the fact that At the moment there is no iOS app. But I’m sure they are working on it.

The features that I like the most include the cost, that I can link it to my Facebook page and website allowing clients to easily book online 24/7, that I can have multiple staff and locations in one system, the software support is fast and friendly, and I can review days/weeks/months at a glance on the home page.

Nachteile

I would like to be able to market to current clients via their email addresses, thereby increasing current client returns. I would also like for clients to have the option to include a review after they have had services or bought product.

Shedul is a fantastic product packaged in a very nice interface. Our favorite thing is the easy-to-use, nice looking online booking system that works great with our website. Would recommend Shedul over and over again.

Love that the support team actually DO listen to your suggestions. And make changes that make your life easier. The crew are lovely to deal with. I love that the software is online. So if my computer crashes. I can pick up my iPad and keep working.

Probably the fact that we don't have a two way text. Clients sometimes don't realise this. Would also be great to be able to set multiple text reminders. I.e. if a client had bought a treatment which has to be used the day before their next app I could set a text reminder for them. Possibly a few options to customise our own screens. But I am just being picky now. The program is amazing.

I absolutely love this software! The customer service is so kind and helpful!! I really appreciate all they do to make sure I have what I need and I can do whatever’s necessary to have my business run smoothly. Especially through this time of need!!

The only thing I had an issue with was the processing time. I can’t quite figure out how to make it give me that 1/2hr between services...

Looks much clean and performance is much better than Salon Iris.
Also, I love that I can use in my Samsung Tablet and be mobile if I need.
Overall, I love this software and consider for my daily use.
Great tech support and better documentation made for peoples that are from "different galaxy".

Nachteile

Like anything else, AT THIS TIME (I understand that in USA it was just launched), are few cons:
- You have to send to customer service the Excel clients file to be added. Probably is security reason, I do not know.
- Because, not all the countries receive same future apps pushup in the same time, USA have to wait little longer. That's OK, we love them anyway.

The software simplicity, design makes it so easy to use and the customer service is excellent. Automated and customizable SMS text appointments/reminders makes it easy to track clients. Inventory and Product management as well. I am pretty amazed at all the features available and still learning.

none, their technology software is continually advancing and growing to accommodate Salon & Spa management.

I love that it is FREE. It does everything you need it to do and then some, with the reports and everything. I have yet to discover all the possibilities but fully intend to use it to its full potential! I came from really good paid software which was nerve wracking to leave but so worth it in the end. Every bit that I can save for my small business is just so helpful. I really really appreciate Shedul!

Probably more about getting used to it coming from other software, but sometimes I feel like I have to click many times to enter in a particular field.. usually when I’m rushing and I think I’ve selected “search client” for example, and go to type in their name but realised I still have to click in the type box before entering their name.. such a stupid problem to have really 😂 But that’s the only thing I think could be improved. I do it every time! 🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s FREE so this is not a complaint at all! Keep up the amazing work shedul!

Yes, there is one, there are no Salon or Spa related professions listed in the drop-down menu, in the 'Tell us about yourself' - I'm not sure if I personally like the heading, 'Personal Service', It is as wide as it is vague.

Always changing and bringing new features, always quick replies whenever we need help with anything , and are now looking out for our business during the covid19 panic which I found extremely helpful

I love the ease of use and that Schedul is adding new features to better serve each service I promote. I tried a scheduling app through my website provider and found it to be plain old boring until I stumbled upon Schedul and found out it was absolutely FREE! I love the email & text to phone feature! :)

That Schedul don't have a feature just yet to add images of your services, perhaps put little circles for an image of service?!

the online scheduling is super easy to set up and very easy for clients to use and figure out.

i have multiple scheduling times and it took a little tweaking to minimize the chances of gaps in scheduling. but a couple emails to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and he gave me some advice that helped greatly and told me they are working on something to make it even better. while the chance of gaps is a risk, it also happens when i was scheduling on my own. so it really isn't a con of the program but more of scheduling in general

Shedul is versatile scheduling and business application. This helps me to set up my own site to take appointments. As I provide services I offer free consultancy there is no need for me to use payment gateway.
The schedule is all on one software. From invoicing to inventory it has everything what a shop ever needed, and for free.
There is no limitation of any kind and every feature is working flawlessly.

I think an API would be great as it will help people to integrate with their website. Else this is a very good tool.

Everything is excellent, its constantly evolving and new features and always being added and enhanced and the teams innovation is fab!

I love every single thing about this software and I’m just amazed at how they listen to the customers and grow their application to make it better. The interface is very well thought out and it runs so smooth and glitch free. I love everything from the calendars to the confirmation texts to the payments. The price is unbeatable and their customer service is like no other. Just go ahead and get it.

I’ll let you know when I find one but for now just go ahead and start using it. You will not regret the decision.

a function that in my opinion could be implied is the possibility of ordering customers also by date of birth. so you can bid on birthdays of the month. Or a section that warns you of all the people who turn years in that month / week so as to send them an email with a discount coupon.

Lacks some features, sometimes development can seem a little slow but I guess it's a massive service with a lot to do.

It's intuitive - no long winded training needed. Does pretty much everything my old software did but easier and in a better format.
Reporting features are easier to see and access.
It's easier for me to designate who has access to what and at what level in the business.
Multi site function.
Ability to see what's happening at any time, 24/7 in either salon.
Ability to respond very quickly to clients now.
Facebook booking option is much easier than previous software.
More scope for descriptions of treatments so clients know what they are booking (was limited to around 15 characters with old software - you had to know the codes!).
Ability to "overwrite" quickly, ie, if I'm happy to do a client's treatment which overruns into my lunch, it warns me but lets me do this without having to faff around behind the scenes after the client has gone.
Very good stock control system! No allowing you to "sell" a product which you don't actually have! Although, if you don't want this, you don't have to have it.
Support, support, support!!! All emails responded to, with clear instructions, helpful videos etc within a 24 hour period. Essential!

That’s there’s no cost to use scheduling system, very low fee rate compared to others, and excellent customer service!

Just the cancellation policy and online book time slot restrictions we have no control over it. Would love to control how soon client can book online not 24 hours as the latest. Also 48 hours cancellation is still too soon for my particular business.

The support is just amazing. I have been in contact with the Shedul team about a number of things and the response was quick, clear and thorough. Immediate action was taken, I was being updated about the progress and solutions were presented within days. I have experience with other, paid, bookingsoftware with way less responsive support, so this is a huge plus for me.
The system itself is self-explanatory and already pretty comprehensive. New features are being rolled out on a regular basis and the user is definitely being heard in this process.

Nachteile

At this moment, sms reminders are not supported in my country, but notifications in the Fresha app are being developed as we speak, so no worries there. If the front end would be a little bit more customizable and could serve on a custom url, it could completely take over the function of a website, which would be awesome. Not really a con there either though.

Does away with cumbersome local databases and moves you to the cloud, 5. Allows you and your team to access you Shedul from anywhere, 6. Has great permission levels allowing you to setup who can do what, 7. Powerful in app reporting models allowing you to keep track of daily/weekly/yearly income streams, with plenty of report types to see the trends of your business, 8. Nothing else out there does what this does!

Nachteile

No cons, team Shedul are always developing and look for your suggestions. As time goes by more functions are incorporated as well and new types of business services. Remember it is free and the team do a great job keeping everything up to date.

I’m so pleased with it Iv been using for 2 years and for the fact it’s free I absolutely can not fault it. 1000% recommend. X

Absolutely love the customer service you get when you sign up. Literally every single question I have had was answered within 24 hours or less. They are incredibly helpful and will do whatever you need to get things resolved.

There are some options that are not available yet, but they are coming. They assured me I would know when they roll out. I am new in setting up so I’m not quite ready to dive into marketing so that wasn’t a rush for me.

I find the linkover between this and fresha (which i assume is intended to be the customer interface) confusing at times.

- clients can book online : there is a button for Facebook, Twitter and a link to give clients so they can book.

I wish there was an actual app. It would be great to be able to send out mass emails through shedul. But they have made it easier to download your client list to formulate a client list. Lastly I wish they had a unpaid invoice reminder.

The software is very user-friendly. It suits my needs. Great layout. The feedback from clients is that booking an appointment online is so easy and convenient, especially if they don't have the time to call the salon to book their next appointment.

I have tried the email appointment notification but it doesn't work. Everyone has a mobile phone I would like to be able to send my clients appointment confirmation via text. I have sent a request to the customer services asking for assistance with this task. I got a respond but instructions I got didn't work.
